Honesty making false claims. I went here 3 times with my car for inspection. Each time they told me car failed and the second time they took money from me but still failed my car. Then took my car to another inspection facility and it passed and the guy told me there are no problems with my car getting inspected. read more

It was a Rainy day and they have a great seating area with a couple of chairs and a table inside the shop... you know, like a waiting area for customers. Apparently I chose the chair the gentlemen who works there prefers. It's a state inspection, it costs the same everywhere. I'll get mine somewhere a little more friendly. Chair sucked anyway. read more

Never carry your vehicle here to get inspected. The owners don't care about you. All that they care about is money. That is proven by who they hire. The technician cussed my wife out, in front of my kids, because she parked in the wrong spot. It was so bad that she had to call the police to leave because he wouldn't get out of her face belittled and cussing her out for an honest parking mistake. I will never be back to their company. read more

after several years of having my vehicles Inspected at this business i will not be returning . i pulled up this morning to have my car inspected and was greeted by one of the rudest young ladies i have encountered in a while . as i parked and stepped out she informed me i needed to move a total of 1 foot because i "MIGHT " block the entrance to the car wash . the car wash bays were empty and the amount of time it would have taken the inspection attendant to come out and move me into the the inspection bay would not have taken but a second or two ! after a second or two of thought it dawned on me there are other inspection places with out the rude ass attitude she opened up with ! i left and went up the street and i am now holding a passed inspection and the guy even threw in a bottle of washer fluid ! i am pretty sure the business has changed hands since last year and it shows ! i will not be going back ! read more

Do not go here. There's a very small mouse of a man or little sticker troll named Doyle that refused to inspect my motorcycle because he couldn't touch the ground from the motorcycle seat. He became very hostile and angry when he noticed his shortcomings. He was spewing very foul language and grumbling quite a bit. I wish I knew more about troll etiquette at the time, but did noticed that he became more uncomfortable as I moved out into the sun (I hope that can help someone in the future). The lady in front of me said that he was very inappropriate in front of her small children. I think this business is not very long for the area. As Downtown Waxahachie continues to grow, business with poor customer service such as "Sticker Hole" will no longer remain. I look forward to revisiting this location when it closes and becomes a local bar or restaurant. read more

I've been going to the sticker place for my inspection needs for over 20 years and under 3 different owners. I've never had bad service. I've never heard of anyone being cussed at or ill treated even when they had to turn down an inspection or fail a vehicle and over thw years, I've personally witnessed both circumstances. In fact I recently purchased a vehicle that they can't inspect. (Not every station is able or equipped to inspect every vehicle) They were helpful and polite in suggesting someone who might be able to inspect it. I will continue going to sticker place for the vehicles they can inspect and continue to recommend them to others. read more

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE! Sally Poarch is one of the owners. I am SURE she must be the one that John S encountered in his review here on Yelp. I know one of Mrs. P's sons and his wife - great people, down to earth, used to go to church with them. Hard to believe Sally Poarch is his mother. My wife had a vehicle inspected there six days ago. Tried to get the vehicle registered this morning - the County never got a copy of the inspection from the Sticker Place. Called them, they said they had no fax but would photograph it and send it. OK. Then they said they'd have to call me back. OK... paused, thinking which number to give her since I was in my office. I sighed. "What are you huffing for?" I was asked. Thinking she was talking to someone at her end, I asked if she was talking to me. She said she was and proceeded to cop an attitude with me. I said, "I'm coming down there" and hung up. Left work. Drove over. We did not have a pleasant exchange, to say the least. She handed me an inspection sheet and said, "Here, take this and get out and don't come back." Well, we could agree on THAT point - I would not be back. Parked my car back at work - and looked at the inspection. It was blank. No pass, no fail, no VIN, just the make and model. Worthless. This woman should let the other members of her family, and maybe an employee or two run the place. For the betterment of the business, she should not speak with customers. read more

There are other inspection places in the city with good reviews but last year I took my car to a place in Midlo and I waited for 45+ minutes... thinking that would be about the same wait time, I picked this place off a google search as the map showed it to be an easy walk to Downtown, thinking I'd kill time there while waiting for my car HOWEVER, this place had me in and out in less than 20 minutes! No need to even think about killing time anywhere! The lady working is so friendly and sweet, I was so impressed that I went home and brought my husbands car right back for his inspection too! The service at this little place was beyond awesome! My official go to place from now on. read more

The location and speed of service are great, the lady that runs this place, however, is horrible. Especially the way she treats her employees. There was a young man (maybe a teenager) who performed my inspection, very courteous and quick. The older lady who was obviously the manager was rude and terribly condescending. I had the opportunity to watch the way she interacted with the young man doing my inspection and it was like he was unable to do anything right in her eyes. I would never give this lady any of my business again. read more
