I don't write about customer service unless it was genuinely something that was worth telling people. He gave us a good rundown of the situation of the restaurant and provided an in-depth explanation of the menu for my first time there. He gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what consisted in each of the dishes. Which helped us ultimately make our choices and I enjoyed every single dish. The interior was well decorated with modern/futuristic reflective aesthetics. A great touch that made me love it even more was the dimming bags put over the spotlights adorned around the ceiling to help cut down on glare and make it a bit more comfortable to enjoy the atmosphere. The mixed vegetable salad was a very pleasant blend of sweet, savory, and Sichuan spice. I originally was going for the cucumber but I was interested in more variety and opted to try more of what they had to offer. It still hit as a refreshing appetizer to complement our other dishes. 9/10 The black pepper noodles were actually amazing with how it balanced out a lot of strong, potentially overwhelming flavors. The black pepper was perfectly seasoning the fiery stir fried bell pepper and noodles. The beef played a great supporting role to elevate the dish without making it all about itself. 8.5/10 The Number 1 rice noodles in soup was powerful without being indulgent. The flavors hit hot and hard but still savory and tastefully diverse. Jin recommended it as the noodles have a very pleasant chew and had a diverse plating with bok choy, pickled mustard, and an egg to top it off. 8.5/10 Overall I enjoyed this place completely and will 100% return when I come back to Texas.

I did not have a great experience here. First, the food took forever to arrive. I would understand if the place was busy but no one came out to explain why it was taking so long. Perhaps there is only one chef. Now i have had some pretty great thai food here in this area (Richardson/Murphy/Plano) and with the yelp reviews for this place, I expected way better... The drunken noodles were missing that oomph. The portions were small for the price. And there was literally no difference between the drunken noodles and the pad see ew except the veggies they put into it!!! Tasted EXACTLY the same. Would rather have driven the extra 10 minutes to thai thumbz instead. read more

I'd say the people who are fans of this place have not experienced real thai/lao food. First off, the nam kao was flavorless and looked like it wasn't even fried? It literally just looked and tasted like white rice soaked in curry paste, what happened to the mild crispiness? Drunken noodles let me down hard. My friend ordered the pad see ew and our dishes look exactly the same as if they just cooked it together. Ordered take out and was told the wait was 30mins. I arrive 30 mins as told and food was not ready. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting so essentially my order (2 items: papaya salad and nam khao) took 1 hr. I asked if they forgot make it, they said no they're just behind. For my inconvenience I was offered water - really? You wasted 1 hr of my time and I get water?!? This is an okay thai place. I ordered their pad thai, pineapple fried rice, and thai spicy basil with tofu and chicken. Their pineapple fried rice was delicious! However, the pad thai was a bit soggier than the usual and very salty. The thai spicy basil was good. The only thing that threw me off was the tofu which was more crunchy than soft and spongy.
