Wait time with an appointment is too long, took me 2 hours wait time just for them to act like they were shocked I was there

Update, this review DOES reflect how they normally operate and their standard of care. No manager contacted me yesterday as stated in their reply. They had time to reply to my review but not schedule my appointment. Do not list your hours as 7 am if I cannot contact you at the time. Why is there such an influx of patients your sending them to a CALL CENTER?! This is my health, if I wanted to waste my time I'd call the DMV. read more

Well we had appointments at 9. They don't call back till 944. And while sitting we listen to the phone ring off the hook while the two girls just small talk. Then a client walks in and says I don't know what to do they said just come here and she said sit down we figure it out. . Client standing at counter and she's still on her personal phone and letting phone ring and ring. Now I know why it takes them Long to answer calls. They prefer to just talk and talk and not answer phone I Ben tripping for 3 mins phone ringing while they talking. Pathetic. I wouldn't come here. read more

If you have an opportunity to schedule your appointment elsewhere, then do so! I was on hold more than 3 hours to make an appointment. I had to go into the office to make an appointment only to be told they would have to call me back! After waiting more than 3-1/2 hours on the phone!! I understand having to verify insurance but this process makes it seem like they don't want to help new patients!! This place is terrible. read more

In order to make an appointment you have to wait +3 hours on hold waiting to speak to a representative. Facility does not call once they receive your referral, and they do not return emails and voicemails within 24 hours... or at all for that matter. Staff on site is friendly and patient oriented, no complaints on them. Call center is a joke. Lack of communication within the facility. If I could go anywhere else to get my scan, I would. Take that into consideration. read more

The staff is very friendly, and helpful. HOWEVER, calling to make/change an appointment is a nightmare. I waited on hold for over 2.5 hours on a Friday afternoon when I was "Caller 19". Nobody ever answered my call, and they closed at 6:00pm, so I gave up after that. On Saturday morning, I called at 7:30am, when the website states they open. I received messages saying they were closed. Finally, I called again at 8:00am that Saturday morning, and was "Caller 2", and after 47 minutes of waiting, my phone call was dropped. I desperately wanted to get ahold of someone in the clinic, because they left me a message stating my time sensitive appointment was going to be canceled due to not receiving insurance approval. However, I had received approval via mail, so I did not want to have this appointment canceled without my consent. Ultimately, I was seen in office and had a nice experience at the clinic. But the lack of customer service via phone line would make me never recommend this practice. read more

Was having a bit of an issue obtaining insurance approval so I figured I walk in and pay out of pocket. Found out that since I have insurance I can't pay out of pocket, gotta love it. Thankfully Jamie, Angelica and Yolanda were working! They were able to get the needed approval and actually I got the procedure completed that day. I just wanted to come on here and update my prior review based on the follow up experience I had with my original issues. Management did reach out to me on here and through messages to try and correct the issues I was having as best as they could at this point. I sent an email to their customer service explaining in further detail what went wrong with billing on my end, and within 24 hours they called to let me know they had corrected the issue and are refunding what I overpaid. Now my account balance is all squared away so no more bills saying I owe more money when I don't. They are going to work with their techs on best practices and do what they can on the customer service end in OB as well, which is great to hear because it's such an emotionally sensitive area of ultrasound service that requires a little extra tact and patience. I think it is a great thing they were willing to listen to the issues, take them seriously, and try to make changes and corrections as a business. I wanted my update to reflect that. Have been trying to get a stat CT scan for over a week. No one will help us. Just excuses. Can barely talk to a live person. You can be on hold for an hour, then get sent to a voice mail box that is full, then hung up on. Also they never answer email. Absolutely the worst. read more

Facility has irrational policies and is very inflexible when valid information is provided. I took my daughter for an MRI with sedation. She was told she needed a driver to accompany/pick up. She was NOT told the driver was REQUIRED to remain onsite during the entire procedure. I had other obligations and was expecting to drop her off and return after the procedure since I live very close nearby (less than a 5 minute drive). This policy is irrational because a "driver" cannot be assumed to be medically trained nor can the driver transport patients to hospitals in case of emergency. If there was a valid emergency, the "driver" would be of no use. The driver/contact person could just as easily be contacted by telephone in case of emergency. There was no valid reason to have me sit at the facility, rather than at my nearby home. The facility refused to perform the MRI when I told them I absolutely could not remain onsite (because I had left a 4 year old with someone that could not stay with the child for the entire time of the procedure). The procedure had to be cancelled even though my daughter had taken off work, therefore rather than reschedule, my daughter contacted her insurance to authorize a different facility, as she chose not to patronize this facility again. I have never had any other facility require a driver to remain onsite for any similar procedure. I contacted other facilities to verify whether this was now a standard policy and no other facility has this policy. This facility needs to think about their policies. read more

Wow fantastic service from start to finish, normally I'm a firm believer of going somewhere more than once before doing a review, but if the service is amazing or horrible I always try to do one right away. Melayna M. receptionist checked me in (I'm sorry if I messed up that spelling) and I came as a walk-in referred by my Dr. I didn't have my physical insurance cards handy, so she advised me to email them. (FYI any physician's office/medical office/medical facility should have that capability for convenience) I work for a physician's office and I've been in the administrative medical field for 17yrs and a lot of offices has a lot of lazy eligibility/benefits clerks. I have dual coverage PPO and you have to call to coordinate benefits before you can determine copays, co-insurances, or deductibles and she got on the phone right away to verify my coverage. A lot of clerks make you wait a little while before running the information, but she ran my benefits right then and there and it was less then 15min before she determined if there would be a balance. I probably had a wait time of 25-30min in the lobby to fill out the paperwork and to wait to be called back, but that's amazing for a place that takes walk-ins. Wait time was amazing. This place values their patient's time and that's saying something because a lot of medical offices make you wait like Black Friday sales or something. The gentleman that brought me back (Oscar), was very friendly, professional and fast. He made me feel comfortable, took the Xray's and I was on my way. I love offices that get down to business and let us move right along. I think... "shame on you" for offices that make patients wait more than an hour. I think if you can't see the patient within 15-20min of the time you booked them, then that right there is telling you that your office is overbooking. I've done imaging at a few places in town and this is my go to place. I had to do many ultrasounds while undergoing IVF and Stockdale Radiology was awesome at getting me early, quick appointments, and getting all requested info back to my doctor in a timely fashion so they could adjust medication doses if need be. My favorite tech is Linda. She is so kind and good at her job! I also love the atmosphere here. It's kind of calming and spa like. I mean if I have to get undressed the least you could do is dim the lights, am I right?! Front desk is also pleasant and it's easy to get a fast appointment! read more

It's hard for me to rate this place because I went in they saw me after only 30 minutes I had an MRI. Of course they're not comfortable they're annoying but the nurses were giving me their full attention. I remember it being really cold and uncomfortable but that's nobody's fault that's the machine. The place was clean and the staff was friendly I'm sure I will be back again because I have injuries. :( I will make sure to take a blanket with me next time because it's still freezing in the summer in those machines. Before you get an MRI make sure that you will fit in the machine because if you don't you will need to reschedule to get inside a bigger one. This happened to my boyfriend and I prolonged his surgery date. I am 125 and I barely fit. read more

This company has a bunch of clowns working in their front office on Empire Drive. I showed up for appointment that I had to book over a month in advance because they were so busy. Then when I showed up I was informed I didn't have an appointment. Then they admitted they tried to call me several times on both my numbers to verify my appointment and I never answered, to confirm my appointment. They then they tried to deny I ever set my appointment, that I had set over a month before. I am 67 years old and dont have time for their childish behavior and poor facility management. I had to prepare for transportation. I will report to Dr. Shukla about their incompetence. read more

Can I give this place zero stars? After receiving scans, I heard nothing from billing. Insurance had never received any correspondence from them. Turns out, instead of billing my insurance, they sent it straight to collections after holding it for 6 months or so. Their billing department is inept and is engaging in fraudulent billing practices. Buyer beware. read more

Idk if this place is under staffed or they just don't care about their clients, I been trying to set up my appointment for 4 days now and can't never get through. DON'T PRESS ZERO, first day I try to leave a voice-mail and I lost my place in line because voice-mail was full and just drops call, called again, waited for almost 2 hours to be call number 8 and dam call just drop, next day I called, send an email and still haven't heard anything back from them. read more

I was asked to make an appointment here through a doctor at an urgent care. Stockdale Radiology would call me every single day to set me up with an appointment. I'd call them back make an appointment, and would never receive any confirmation message. They'd cancel my appointment with no call back. When I would call them again to set up yet another appointment due to calls every single day, they would have me on hold for up to 30 mins to an hour. While the automated message would tell me I was the first person on the call list. When I mentioned this to the receptionist all she could say was "im sorry" and give no explanation. I have worked as a receptionist before, and always tried to get to each call as soon as possible ranging from 5-10 minutes. This place is ridiculous and has the worst receptionists ever. read more

My son needed to have a MRI done and we were referred here by our doctor. His original appointment was for 6:30pm which is convenient for my wife and I because we work majority of the day. What I thought was great was that they called and informed my wife that we could come a little earlier if possible, I appreciate the flexibility. In about 10 minutes they called my son back and let us all go into the back where they have a second lobby for patients. The girl who was performing the MRI was informative of the procedure but when we questioned something she was unsure of a few questions. The questions we had were concerning that she could not answer them because she should I came back about week afterwards to pick up the MRI results and it took some time for them to provide it but when given the paperwork I was also given a disc with the images and it was labeled with their company logo which was a nice touch. The ladies here provided good customer service but do have room for improvement read more

I wouldn't bother going here if you are a senior citizen. The receptionists can't help you with filling out your electronic paperwork. You are on your own in a crowded, noisy office where you cannot hear a word said to you. They also try to collect more money from you then the co-pay that is due them and talk and laugh with each other about your shortcomings. Thank goodness my doctor is sending me somewhere else. Arrived @3:15 for a 3:30 appt . Still in waiting at 4:25 . Now there stating his apt was at 5 pm .No I heard her voice while they were talking . They were also running 30 mins behind & didn't let Anyone know . Will not be back to this office . Finally got called back at 4: 35 after letting them Know . While waiting a man came out of back room angry cause he had waited over an hour after they took him to the back . After the man left the girl up front spoke to the manager, both walked out laughing about it . Then my husband came storming out stated that he still had a 30 to 40 min wait do to a problem with the MIR machine earlier in the day . First time visiting this office and We had an appointment for 4:00pm and was told to arrive at 3:45pm as new patients we got our paperwork filled out and was literally in and out in 15 mins we left finished with what we needed to do at 4:00pm (our appointment time) I'm super happy with the nice staff clean office and very quick visit. read more

Arrived and was greeted by friendly receptionists. My wait time wasn't long and was taken back to do my exam pretty quickly. The tech was very informative and reassuring about the CT i was getting. Only pricked me once to find a vein. I will definitely be getting my future exams done here. read more
