This is more of a classic, straightforward deli sandwich and it's hard to go wrong with it when you're craving something familiar. But the biggest surprise for me was actually the cabbage coup. I wasn't expecting much, but wow. It's a sweet comforting soup made with meat and cabbages, and I found myself absolutely loving it. I have no idea how much sugar goes into that broth, but there's something about the sweet flavor that just works. You can order a small bowl, and I'd definitely recommend giving it a try if you're curious. I also asked for bagel chips and pickles which were really fun to snack on. The salmon bagel and whitefish bagel were perfectly fine, but neither was particularly memorable compared with the pastrami or soup.
