The food is terrible, the service was ok. What we paid for wasn't what we saw on our plates. Fifteen dollars for a small wrap that smelled funky with bland overcooked fries that were crunchy definitely not worth the price. The chicken was grilled not breaded. Ordered from them before and the food was good, but on Valentines Day we ordered for the kids and babysitter so we could go out for dinner. An hour and a half later the sitter called and said the food never arrived. When I checked grubhub, the order said cancelled. I called Giovanni's to see why and the lady said they were just too busy with a two hour delay so just decided to cancel the order. Who does that? You couldn't call and let me know? No apology? A quick call and I would have known to order something else for the kids. No problem and I wouldn't be leaving a bad review and would probably order from you again. Much to my surprise, it was excellent, nice thin crust with some chew to it, delicately seasoned with very fresh ingredients. This is my second time going there. The first time I only ordered fried calamari which I will say, it was pretty good. This time I ordered a small well done pie with extra cheese. First of all, the pie was so so small! It honestly looked like a personal pie. I've never seen a small pie like that before in a pizza place. As for my "extra cheese", there definitely was nothing extra about it! I really don't think they even had enough cheese on it at all. The pizza arrived two hours earlier than planned and I just made mention of it to the delivery person. Walked in on a Friday night pizzas looked old and dried up . Place was empty.. no customers. The food tasted like my 5 year old made. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty, I refused to use it. Tables looked like they have never been wiped Before. The workers are so laid back.They sit where ever they want and on there phones.they don't even have work uniforms!
