HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

What really stood out for me was when I had a dress shirt with a stubborn red stain. At first everything was smooth, service and quality were not impacted. Then Denice turned the business over to her daughter and things seemed to take a turn for the worse. I noticed they couldn't find my clothes where the tag said they were supposed to be. I had to stand and watch the clothes go buy and point out what was mine. I was given someone else's clothes. One of my sports coats was missing from my order and was hanging separately because they had given it to someone else. These things left doubts in my mind, what if that person hadn't brought my clothes back? Who's responsible? This last week was the final straw. I had brought in a few shirts, a blue blazer and a sports coat for cleaning. Shame on me for not checking my items immediately. While packing for a business trip I was laying out my clothes and couldn't believe that they had pressed my blue blazer! Who presses a blazer? You could see all the lines from the pockets and buttons burned into the fabric. The collar and lapel trims were creased and burned! I'm absolutely furious that they would ruin my clothes and not have the integrity to say something. Other than to drop my ruined blazer off at their counter, I will never bring another article of clothing to Crystal Rose again. Save yourself a lot of frustration and some money, take your dry cleaning elsewhere.
