Recently they always forget forks, spoon, knife.. I ordered ice cream and a sanwhich, I was at my job (which is not in the food business) so I was left just staring at my 6$ ice cream while it melted. I called the driver and he pretended like he didnt know what a spoon was, and told me to call the store. man ive been a customer that this location since it was pink-dot dating back to 1999, and even today i spend well over 200 bucks a month at store 2 door, and have order 1000's of orders.... recently we oedered 3 sandwiches from them, and drinks ..etc, nearly 70 bucks total.. soooo heres where it went wrong, the ham on one sandwitch was spoiled, tasted sooo bad it was horrible...so i thouight np, i called the store and was told that since we have already taken a bite out of the sandwitch, it was "non-fundable"...is this a joke????? lol how in the world was anybody suppose to know that its rotton without first tasting it????? these guys are a joke, they lost a customer for the 2 dollars it took to make the sandwitch, i promise never to order EVER from these people, totally ruined the moment... read more

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan sandwich from Eat24 app which gives NO descriptions but we thought chicken parmesan was pretty self-explanatory. They deliver a cold chicken sandwich with mayo, salt & pepper. We called store2door and told them they delivered the wrong sandwich so they said they would deliver the correct sandwich. Then the girl CALLS US just to tell us that WE ARE LIARS and it is their policy to pretty much call people back and call them liars. Turns out that store2door's chicken parmesan sandwich is a cold chicken sandwich made with mayo, salt and pepper. An honest mistake on our part since we have never heard of a CHICKEN PARMESAN sandwich being a cold chicken sandwich with mayo, salt & pepper. It has been two hours and I haven't heard from or seen anyone from Store 2 Door. I honestly feel like a hater on here , but honestly I have great experiences here from lots of drivers. They are always friendly , upbeat and super exact from the front. Tonight , I think was just a misunderstanding. The guy on the phone told me 8.99 total but he told me total ( not including tax ) . Duh. We all get there is a driver fee. But I asked to make sure, it was totally a misinderstanding, but when they got to my place I only had 8.99 plus 3.00 for the tip. The driver said it was 15.99, and when he called his " manager " anna, she said "sorry you should expect a fee , that's the way we run things here , .... I began to tell her I completely understand I work as a a manager in a restaurant .. but when a customer asks for the cheapest thing ( that they are use to buying ) the company usually upholds that... we always do.. and she said " is this your first time, because we don't care where you work but that is how we run things , click " Besides 7 months ago , I have had nothing but exceptional service from this place but she is maybe not the right person for your management . I understand you deal with a lot of crazies at this hour, but I am a respected person and she was so degrading and not realizing the importance of communication from the initial phone call. VERY convenient! Great customer service & a really large selection of food/household items. It's definitely a unique and helpful option when you're in need of something but can't leave the house (especially if you have young kids!) Have been going here forever! These guys are the best! Five Stars. We go here for the food a lot and have not been disappointed. Their salads are the bomb as are their sandwiches and wraps, carrot cake, etc. They have a little mom and pop store feel to them and they pretty much carry a little bit of everything. The coolest and most awesome part is I have a home based business and sit in front of a computer a lot. When I have wants or needs I simply log onto their website, place an order and within a half hour or so the coolest delivery guys ever show up at my door with all the necessities I need and a nice hit of junk food of which they carry everything!! Their service cannot be beat and I have heard a few people balk at their $3.99 delivery fee but come on you guys, they bring everything you order to your house. Trying going to a big local grocery store and get the items you need, drive back home and try to spend less then $3.99 for gas. I mean really!!! They are good for the neighbors that might be senior / elderly (or lazy) who need the basic's and a great sandwich or meal and lack the ability to get around on their own / don't drive. These guys are more then willing to go out of the way to help you out. Important Note: A few years ago we were not home but rather down sitting outside of the local hospital emergency department waiting on news of how our relative was doing who was suffering a medical emergency. We were starved and called these guys and told them, "We are not home. We are at the local E.R. Can you bring us some stuff down here to the back entrance of the hospital?" I lived in New York City in college and I have been missing the fact that you could pretty much get anything, including McDonald's, delivered to your door at any time. After searching to find somewhere to have groceries and more delivered, I found Store 2 Door. While it seems iffy, this company delivers quality products and within a great time frame. I would not plan my entire grocery list from here, as they have limited supply of items, size, etc. However, as other have mentioned, the cobb salad is heavenly. I got mine with Italian dressing, which sometimes tastes like crap from some places, but they served it with a perfectly tangy and delicious italian. It allows the option to get extra dressing, but they served it with a large portion of dressing, so I suggest not paying $1.00 extra for more. You will have enough. I also tried the Turkey and avocado sandwich on wheat. Equally amazing. The bread tasted like freshly baked baguette, with a perfect balance of flavor and health inside. so, first things first.. i'm aware that the day i requested a delivery, the rain was pouring. so.. i understood that the delivery would be a little later than 45 minutes. so i checked in at 55.. they stated that the order was en route. my food did not come until just after an hour and 15 minutes. again, i understood that it was raining, so even when the order was delivered.. i was pleasant and joked around about the rain without complaint. no apology, but the delivery guy did give me a great little attitude, angry look & shrugged me off. the food was cold & wet from condensation. the eggs were over cooked and there was an excessive amount of mayo while the descriptions of neither sandwiches even stated there was mayo - we hate mayo. this was all together a poor experience. i do not recommend. read more

Never EVER order from this place. If I could leave zero stars I would. First of all they messed up my breakfast burrito by adding all the stuff plus more that I didn't want in it. They kept in the tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. Then added jalapeños which were never even mentioned in it. Oh well I'll get over that. I could smell the rotten eggs as soon as I opened the bag and about two bites in saw the rotten eggs and found the 2 inch long hair in the middle of it. Gross! I threw that away and decided to go safe with my salad I ordered. The lettuce was brown and clearly old. Poking around the salad to find something edible is when I found the flies. I should have read the review but the mashed potatoes I also ordered were nasty. They tasted like crap and were indeed a powered mix. All in all the only thing I ordered that was edible was the prepackaged airheads which I bet are years old so I just threw them away. I have had a few bad experiences ordering from them- sometimes they are good, but today I couldn't take anymore and have to give them a bad review. They posted on eat24 that our food would be here in 45 minutes, and despite contacting them twice, it has been 2 hours and our sandwich, fruit cup, and baked potato aren't here. I could have gone to the grocery store, come back, and made all of those items myself by now. Last order, they sent us a potato covered in bacon as well- my husband couldn't eat it since he is a vegetarian. They have forgotten whole sandwiches in the past and we had to wait additional hours for them to bring it back to us. They need to figure this aspect of their business out, because their sandwiches are actually quite good. But I can't take this customer service- especially if they are going to charge a 4 dollar delivery fee, plus a one dollar service fee, plus expect a tip for the driver. It's too bad. read more
