It was this attention to detail that led me the decision to hire Ultimate Gutter. The day of the job Yan and his helper worked efficiently while also focusing on the details of the work they were doing. They displayed quality workmanship and did the job the right way. During the final walk through I requested minor modifications to the downspouts, which Yan gladly did for me. My new gutters and downspouts looked great! We had two condo units in our building update windows as well as two back hallway windows, and Jacob provided a highly competitive quote. He was kind and patient when we waited for other unit owners in the building to decide, and did not push us to move quicker or make a decision when we were not yet ready. Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. This was also great as it did not impact our neighbors and kept the project contained and clean. Jacob really cares about being transparent and has earned our trust, and I would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone looking to install new windows in their home. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The owner responded to my request for a quote immediately, came out to my house, and by the…read morefollowing week, I had new 5 inch gutters to match my house with larger 3x4 downspouts and Gutter Glove gutter guards at the lowest of the quotes I had been given over the past month. He was responsive to my concerns re my previous gutters (mismatched colors, undersized downspouts, clogging, leaking, and continual upkeep). The owner saw that I needed a solution to an area where there was only one downspout for two levels of my roof, and added another downspout (one for upper; one for lower) and routed one downspout in another direction, per my request not to flood out my lower lying neighbor as previous). He was responsive to helping me attach loose pieces of vinyl on my siding and he had his crew even caulking and painting some trim for no extra charge to make sure my house is waterproof. When they came out to install everything, there were 8 men in the crew and the owner, and they were in and out, in 3 hours, with zero mess left behind. They even took a magnetic roller over my yard to make sure no loose nails were left. His crew made sure everything I wanted had been completed before leaving. They even did extras that I had never seen before like adding aluminium guards in particular areas like around the chimney to make sure the water is directed off the house. All in all, I'm very impressed! They definitely go above and beyond and there was no bill, until every last thing was done, and the owner returned and reinspected the job. When I gave the owner the payment, he went over each part of the gutter system to explain how it works and put in writing a workmanship guarantee of one year, and 20 years for parts. He told me to call if I wanted anything changed, since I had made a change to his original plan in one area. He was very flexible about telling me, if I wanted it to his original specs, just call and they'd change it. I'm excited about how beautiful my new functional gutters look on my home!! I'm continually admiring how pretty my house looks now. I can't wait until it rains!!

Steven Grimm from Wolf Development was at our house in less than 2 hours after we made the call. He checked everything out. He took a lot of pictures of everything. After some discussion we decided to go with Wolf to replace our roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. Steven called our insurance company right then and filed a claim. He did all the follow up with our insurance company to make sure all the damage to our house was covered. He also did all the work with the county to get building permits. (5 star customer service) When the project was ready to start the roof material was delivered. We also got a dumpster and a port-a-potty. All this was placed on the edge of our driveway such that we could still get our car in and out of the garage. Steven and/or David (owner) visited the job site frequently. Their crews got a lot done in one, long, work day. The roof, gutters and downspouts were fine. We did have some issues with the workmanship of the siding installation. Steven and David came out to look things over. They found a number of items they didn't like. They had their crew out the next day to make fixes. We have shutters on a small window on the garage. For some reason the shutters didn't fit after the new siding went on. New shutters had to be ordered. A crew member said he would tell David to order the new custom shutters and it would be about 4-6 weeks. We waited 6 weeks and called Wolf. Apparently the shutters hadn't been ordered so we had to wait an additional number of weeks. It seemed to us that David had forgotten to order the replacement shutters. Instead of admitting he had forgotten (as we would have understood) various explanations as to why the shutters had not been delivered to the warehouse were given. The siding was finished mid-August...the shutters were finally put up mid-December. Steven and David also did some custom work for us to hide the ugly wire from our roof-top TV antenna to the lower level of our house, for that we were most appreciative. Thanks.

His team was efficient in changing the shingles on one side of my roof, and installing 3 new bath vents and 2 new chimney housing. While up on the roof, he also made sure all the exposed screws are properly sealed to prevent further rusting. All costs are reasonable and transparent. Clean up was done without leaving a trace of nails or debris. I would definitely recommend David to anyone who is looking for roofing/siding/chimney updates in their home.

One quoted an outrageous price, two quoted half the figure, and two promised to come out for a quote and never showed up. All had a number of poor reviews of their work on line. I held off getting the work done. This spring I contacted Pro Coat. Dave Marion quoted a fair price for the job, and warned me that he couldn't guarantee the old botched finish could be completely removed. He said his crew would test a small area and only if they could satisfactorily clean it, would they do my entire deck. His men arrived within the time frame Dave had estimated, the test cleaning worked perfectly, and within the day my deck was stripped, brightened and looking like new. A few days later Pro Coat was back and the deck was stained in an afternoon. Great care was taken to cover the side of the house next to the deck so no over-spray could get on the siding or brickwork. The yard was left immaculately clean. Alfredo did a great job of evenly and thoroughly applying the new stain to the inside and outside of the deck, despite the surrounding hedge making it difficult. My deck now looks like new, and the results were far better than I thought could possibly be achieved. Any future work I need will be done by Pro Coat, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

He spent time with me on a call explaining the two types of sealant and left me feeling far more informed about the work they were doing than anyone else who's previously done similar work. They moved all the furniture on and off for us and made it a smooth and easy process. Would highly recommend and will use them again when the deck requires re-sealing. When installation time came, all the workers were polite and considerate, covering our belongings each day and cleaning up at the end of each workday. My Rep. Antonio is very good to work with. I reached out to him from a recommended friend. He turned out to be Great. Speaking from. A person who works with a construction company. He pretty much held my hand through the whole process. I am a new home owner and no knowledge of roof repairs. He help me with the required steps to reach out to the insurance company to file my claim. He came out explained the steps and what to expect. My insurance approval almost immediately. Some insurance companies work slow. My insurance company great. Also with the help from Antonio. Being that I was located in an incorporated area we a a lil delay with permit but he was still in communication with me and followed up with me. This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with. The staff is very unprofessional and uneducated. One employee was dressed like he was going to hangout at a bbq with friends. Whenever asked any questions they never knew the answers or stated someone would call me back and I have yet to hear from anyone. The owner doesn't pay their employees or has them wait for years to get paid or he doesn't pay at all. He never responds to calls or emails because he is always in Florida or getting into some type of trouble. If you want to waste your time and money then work with this company. I would never let my worst enemy work with them and that's pretty pathetic to say. Oh, and they give you a discount if you leave a positive review BEFORE they perform any services!! Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company is not a 5 star at all! Maybe drug tests need to be performed on all individuals at this company. Tommy was such a pleasure to work with. He made the entire process painless. Typically dealing with the insurance company is a huge deterant when filing a claim but putting it all in the capable hands of Storm Life Restoration not only added value to my home and looks great but again, was practically effortless on my behalf! I was hoping to get my roof approved and replace but with the combined effort of Tommy's expertise dealing with the insurance adjuster and Carlos' amazing team of roofers not only did I get my roof approved and replaced but the got the insurance to pay for my siding AND gutters!!!!!! I couldn't be happier with the services I have received from Storm Life Restoration. I had gotten a flyer in the mail and a couple weeks later decided to give them a call. They came and inspected my property. It started with a full roof replacement, then we got multiple supplemental claims for siding, gutters and other things they found that the insurance company was not going to pay for initially. The only thing I paid was my deductible and they take care of everything else. Antonio and Carlos were super responsive and walked me through the whole process. If you want results and outstanding service, call Storm Life Restoration. I will be recommending this organization to everyone. One of the most professional roofing companies I have ever worked! The owner Carlos Martinez was such a pleasure to speak with and I felt I had nothing to worry about! I normally don't trust the door to door types...but the gentleman who knocked on my door from Storm Life was so helpful and genuinely kind! The free Property inspection took about 5-10 minutes and he had photo proof that I had WAY more damage than I was aware of! The best part is that when the insurance company came out to look at the damage Storm Life sent out a SEASONED INSPECTOR who fought for ME! From start to finish I was pleased with EVERYTHING that was accomplished! Saved me a TON on my roof, siding, gutters, and I even got new downspouts!!! Horrible company that i would never use. Worked for them for 3 weeks and paid me for 1. First week on the job, Jack one of their top salesmen got on a roof and stated "first thing about being or a roof is being high" then proceeded to light up on a customers roof. All their salesmen would take 2 3 hr lunches while drinking 4 5 beers at a local pub or bar. Then proceed to drive around drunk while in company cars. They would openly admit to kicking in shingles and denting siding just to get a job. Their salesmen admitted to stealing competitors "Ameripro" Punchline and contracts for slumlord CEO. Carlos Martinez the owner is a CON and a joke. He claims to be a man of integrity but lets felons run his business and doesn't pay his employees. I would NEVER TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY! It's been one year since we bought our home in Melrose Park, IL. Over the year there have been heavy storms and hail. Antonio came out to our home to give us an estimate on our roof and with the most recent hail damage told us we can get our roof claimed with our insurance. We didn't know we can do that since we just bought our home a year ago. Sure enough, we did get our roof approved through our insurance to get a new roof because of the hail damage. When the time came for getting our roof done, the men came in at 6ish in the morning and completed the job in one day, by 5 pm our roof was complete. One of their sales associates showed up and could barely talk. I could smell the liquor on his breath. Told me my insurance would reimburse me for a whole new roof. After about a month i got approved and they did my roof in rolling meadows. Horrible job and nothing was up to code. Ice and water was hanging off about 5 inches past shingles. We worked with Jesse throughout the project and also had interaction with the supervisor Tony. Jesse and Tony were always professional and pleasant to deal with. They did the inspection, met with the insurance adjuster, got the approval and city permits. If we had questions Jesse responded promptly and kept us informed of the project timeline.
