Not bad all all considering there was a bit of a crowd and the burgers are made fresh! The patties themselves were just right. Not too thick, not too thin. The smash added a nice crisp to the edges too. Based off the taste and texture you can tell they use quality meat. Not your average fast food patty! I also appreciate the freshness of the pickles, onions, and lettuce. Everything was fresh and added a nice crisp crunch. To me, The onion rings were more of a standout than the fries. Fries were good, but nothing I've never had before. $1 each for a side of sauce is a little steep, but that ranch might have been the best ranch I've ever had so it gets a pass from me. If you can get past the annoying parking lot, or the terrible walk up area you'll forgive and forget once you taste the food.
