I could get on the property at 6am but had no access to the carts needed to move belongings in and out of my storage. All the the carts were locked up. So I had to wait until 9am for staff to get on site to take my ID in exchange for a key to a cart. I went recently at 9am and there was no staff on site. I waited until 9:15am and called to ask for help acquiring a cart. After 3 calls and leaving messages with no return call I took action. I removed one side of the cart handle, freed the cart and used it to move all of my belongings out. I had planned to only get a few items out. But after having such an frustrating experience, I decided to take the entire day to get away from such a horribly managed company. 1) No customer service. 2) They boost prices at will. 3) Trash everywhere. I will not give business company's using this new model of rudeness. Vote with your wallets!

Every time I'm there, he approaches me aggressively, questions me about why I'm there and what I'm doing, and acts like I don't belong -- even though I'm a paying customer with all my information already in their system. He never introduces himself professionally and has repeatedly threatened to cancel my account or call the police on me for no valid reason. Instead of feeling safe accessing my own unit, I feel intimidated and anxious every single visit. What makes this even harder is seeing him act polite and welcoming toward other customers while treating me completely differently. As a brown customer, the way I'm treated compared to others makes me feel targeted and discriminated against. No customer should feel fearful, harassed, or unsafe just for accessing their own belongings. Management needs to take this seriously and address his behavior immediately.
