The owner personally came to my home, inspected the area I wished to drop my box and where Pods had refused to drop, and the next day his driver came to my warehouse to drop off an empty container, waited while we loaded it which we had completed in under 30 minutes and then took my To Go Box to my home address where it sits now happily in my 75 foot long 1949 drive way by my garage:) The Driver could not have been more gracious, helpful and courteous. Just the day before the Pods driver had been disrespectful; pompous and uncooperative and thus I canceled service with them (they lost a 7 month service contract) and now happy as can be with To Go Box!:) There are many choices via these mobile storage boxes, as is I have tried three; Pack Rat tried to add on unmentioned delivery fees not listed on their website thus I canceled that; Pods practically impossible to communicate with by phone unless you want to wait 40+ minutes and then luck of the draw if the driver is professional and courteous or not and then lastly of the three To Go Box whom I love and will happily use until my work is done:) I cannot say enough positive things about this business and it's people.

They were so helpful in getting our family organized for the morning of the move. They arrived on the military base on time. We didn't have any hassle in getting them on base. They helped us throughout the afternoon. Side note: Don't hesitate to ask them for help around lifting some of the heavier furniture. They'll gladly accept tips. I would call to see if they can handle the amount of luggage that you have to take. Once everything was taken care of, we were able to finally move into our new home. They have graciously helped our family every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
