In a city of 10+ pizza places, avoid this place at all costs. Their pizza is okay. 6-7/10. But their customer service is below a 1/10. We went there and got the worst customer service I've had in a LONG time. I taught customer service to Fortune 500 companies as well as local for over 20 years. And this level of service disgusts me. The waitress gave us a pitcher of water and another of ice, forcing us to pour our own water. She mistook our order, so it had to be corrected. Then we had to flag her down 3 times to get refills. Then we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a bill and a box. (after asking). Then the lady at the counter had an attitude. This is about as bad as it gets in a free market, with both direct and indirect competition. The owner should be ashamed of being represented like this. read more

This place has AMAZING pizza and staff! Every time we bring their pizza to our family and friends who have never tried it end up loving it and becomes a "go to" spot when they come back for visits. Their thick crust pizza is our preferred and the crust stays crispy which is very hard to find! Our favorites are the Garlic combo and the good ol' combination. (Also- they use Brunos wax peppers you can have cooked on your pizza, or just ask for a side of them which come chilled in a ramekin) They have a really cool arcade set up there along with big screens to watch the sports while kiddos (or adult kiddos) can play air hockey, pin ball, and much more. I told my husband on Friday that I wanted pizza for dinner. I usually eat healthy but I wanted what I wanted so we tried Stratton's to go. Service was very questionable, except for a few workers the young ladies rarely smile and they always have an attitude when I ask for forgotten items in my bag with my pizza. As far as I know I'm always trying to be friendly with them so I'm giving up on the pizza here for a while. read more

We drive miles for Stratton's pizza. They are absolutely delicious. The staff is very kind and service is quick. The establishment is very laid back and casual. We only do pick up because of how far we live, but it is definitely a great place to try. We love that they have take and bake pizzas so our pizza is warm and ready when we are. read more

This is great pizza! We got take out and it was delicious. All crusts were eaten and my nephew said it was his favorite crust so far. Ordered half cheese and half Grippa as well as a large Supreme. Salad was the best that an iceberg lettuce based salad could be with mushrooms, green bell peppers, cheese, olives, red onions and croutons. And the ranch was great! Tasted fresh without that "shelf stable dairy" weirdness. For dessert we got the cheesecake which was done very well. While I'm here I usually decide to order something else, but sometimes I order just the cheesecake. That's how magnificently tasty the cheesecake is here. First of all the customer service here is incredible. Nobody has ever been rude or impolite. Wait times for pizza can be a bit as most pizza places, delivery can be 1-3 hours so make sure you take that into consideration when ordering ahead. The reason for the 3/5 stars. I wish I wish I wish that none of this happened. I found a hair in my salad. Not once, not twice, not even three times. It was on my "shame on me" 4th attempt to order a salad for delivery when two bites in I was pulling a long hair out of my mouth. Nobody around me had long hair for those asking, and I was the only one to touch the salad. A hair in one's food is uncommon but it does happen, and I wouldn't remove stars for it happening once or twice over many many visits. But 4 times is enough for me to never order their salad again. Please tip the staff and delivery people as they look like they are worked ragged, apparently losing their hair over this job (ITS A JOKE KAREN). read more

Pizza done right! The crust is delicious & easily supports the toppings. The Stratton combo is amazing, the mix of toppings is both perfect & generous. The Chicken Bacon Ranch is great. Picked up by a small side of BBQ wings to try out & wished I'd ordered a larger side- they are that good, perfectly cooked & saucy! Everything is SO GOOD! My husband and I are picky about pizza and Stratton's has the perfect everything: crust, cheese, sauce, toppings. I have never had a bad pizza from them. We usually get the Spicy Hawaiian or a regular pepperoni but we recently tried a combo and it was piled high with fresh toppings. The chicken tenders are also the BEST!! First time visitor at Stratton's Woahhhh! Yum! We had the large pepperoni pizza and boneless buffalo wings. We also asked for a side of ranch and jalapeños. I had my meal accompanied by an 805. I visit family regularly in Galt and we regularly struggle finding some place to eat. Stratton's is a cool hang out where family's enjoy a meal and a few arcade games. Its ambiance is relaxed. There's music but you can still carry a conversation with your group. A few highlights - wings were delicious! - great service - quick checkout - ambience Some things I wanted to comment on. Parking is hard to come by in front of the restaurant. Parking down the street tends to be easier. My pizza was just a tad over cooked for my taste but it all had great flavor.
