    Seasonal blueberry cobbler latte
    Miya Y.

Finally, a coffee shop in Riverside that's worth coming back to again and again! We loved it so much that we came back three times in one week. The Blueberry Cobbler Latte (or muffin I forgot) completely won us over. It was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, with a delicious blueberry sauce, cheesecake-flavored cold foam, and a sprinkle of pastry crumbs on top that really tied everything together. It honestly tasted like dessert in the best way. We also tried the Banana Matcha, and it was just as impressive. You can tell they use real banana because it tastes fresh and natural instead of artificial. The matcha itself was smooth, creamy, and not overly earthy, making it easy to drink even if you're not a hardcore matcha fan. The shop itself is huge and spacious. There are plenty of tables, making it the perfect spot to study, work remotely, or catch up with friends without feeling cramped. Great drinks, a welcoming atmosphere, and consistent quality every visit. Stray Dogs Coffee Roasters has quickly become one of our favorite coffee spots in Riverside, and we'll definitely be back.

Space has a very open concept, good amount of tables. Service is good, baristas very kind. The lattes are good, on the lighter side for coffee. The blueberry syrup was great. I do think that for the size of the lattes, the price is high. If there was a specialty latte I was really interested in I would consider coming back.

So during this outing we met Jazz; she was working the register and was super friendly- she was kind enough during our conversation to share that her mom actually bakes the delicious pastry's for the coffee shop. Today we tried their apple pie matcha and the arroz con leche matcha. They were superb. Definitely worth trying. We had the blueberry Castaneda again and once again... DELICIOUS!!! I definitely recommend stopping in here.

Let me tell yall. It was truly a blessing to find this place. What's gift. The coffee was amazing, the sweets are cute and tasty, and the vibe is chill. It's a faith based business which is my personal preference and there very much was peace and friendliness in the atmosphere from everyone! I HIGHLY recommend trying this place. It's huge, parking isn't an issue, aesthetic and things are not overpriced. And the baked goods are fresh and homemade.

Strawberries & Cream Matcha + a yummy blueberry cupcake

After an early morning hike at Mount Rubidoux, I decided to treat myself to a matcha here--and I'm so glad I did! After about an hour and a half of working out, it was the perfect pick-me-up. I ordered the strawberry matcha, and as a strawberry lover, it definitely did not disappoint (9/10 ). I also tried the blueberry cupcake, which was delicious as well (8/10 ). The café had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to sit down with my books and study for an hour. The AC was especially appreciated on a warm day! Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.

This is my second time coming to this coffee roasters and this is one place I would definitely come back to. Last time I came here, there was a market going on during the weekend. This time around, I came on a Monday morning/afternoon. Both days were pretty busy. It is a good place to study or do work and have some outlets. There is a mixture of seatings inside and outside. There is also limited parking in the back. The cashier and baristas were really nice and gave recommendations on their menu. I got the espresso tonic and the barista warned me that it has more of a yuzu essence and not sweet. Which for me was perfect! Overall, it is a great craft coffee shop and would come back again and try other things from their menu.

Drinks 5/5 I thought the drinks were really good overall. I didn't get a chance to try the coffee, but I did order the matcha and enjoyed it. The flavor is on the lighter side, so it's not very strong, it really depends on your preference. I personally liked that it wasn't overly sweet, which made it easy to drink. The foam on top was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. I'd definitely come back to try more from their menu! Pastries 5/5 The pastries were a highlight for me, especially the matcha cheesecake. It was incredibly moist and light!! Customer Service 5/5 I came in with my dog and was immediately greeted with a pup cup, which was such a sweet touch. The staff was extremely friendly and made the environment feel very welcoming. They were also patient when explaining the menu, which I really appreciated. Ambience 5/5 I love that they allow dogs, it makes it such a fun spot to visit with friends. They have comfy couches and plenty of photo-worthy areas, and the space is very open with lots of seating Cleanliness 5/5 Location was clean Wait Time 5/5 Wait time was not long at all despite it being busy!

What a cute place! I love their decor and the layout of the cafe. Super hip! Baristas were super nice. I ordered a hot hojicha latte, their brown sugar coffee and their peanut butter cream cupcake. Hojicha latte was just okay. Nothing special. There's a hint of hojicha and a lot of milk. I wouldn't get it again. The brown sugar coffee was delicious. Very creamy with good coffee flavors. The best part of the cupcake was the cream. The cake itself was very dry. But I was so disappointed because it looked so beautiful! Overall, it was expensive for the experience. Cute but not work the money.

This is a great coffee place in Riverside. Easy side street parking. Open feel for enjoying your Joe. I tried their banana pudding latte since I am a banana lover. It was creamy and flavorful. Quick, friendly service. Moderate pricing.

Had somewhere to be in Riverside and was ahead of schedule, so I stopped by this local coffee shop. Great choice. I got a hot matcha latte that tasted really good, but the standout was the customer service. When I arrived around 5:50 pm it was quiet, but it quickly filled up. Christian let everyone know he was working alone and kindly asked for patience. I was impressed--he hustled the whole time, stayed friendly, and everyone still seemed to have a great experience.

This place was so cute! The inside was nice and spacious with cute decor all around. I also LOVED the sticker I got. The service was nice. A young man was working the register and offered his opinion on drinks as well as preferences to change mine to make it up to my standard. Only losing 1 star just because I wasn't the biggest fan of my drink. It wasn't bad but it wasn't super good either. I still appreciated the help from the worker though!

Lovely cafe with a creative and delicious array of lattes and matcha drinks! The staff are super friendly and helpful and give great recs! I tried their seasonal caramel apple matcha and loved the vibrant flavors along with the sweet notes of caramel and apple! Highly recommend this place if you like sweet drinks and great vibes! This is also a great study spot with plenty of seating and outlets! There's also a small parking lot in the back along with street parking!

I must say I was hesitant to go here for a few reasons (none of them great, to be honest). First, the name--I didn't get the connection between "arcade" and "coffee" (then again what does that matter). Second, the location: it's in an odd building that doesn't scream typical coffee shop, with restricted and unusual parking. After overcoming these nonsensical, self-created mental barriers, we walked inside and saw that this is a sophisticated operation with wonderful products, employees, and a truly unique experience. When we entered, we saw a very nice menu with pictures showcasing the drinks and highlighting what makes each one special. The barista was super casual and friendly. She asked over the counter if we had any questions and told us to let her know when we were ready. Her welcoming approach was perfect for first-time visitors. We ordered the Mango Sticky Rice matcha and the Cherry Glaze matcha. Both were delicious, and it was clear that quality is a major focus here. The matchas weren't overloaded with syrup like some places; instead, they tasted naturally infused--subtle, balanced, and perfect. For snacks, we tried the salmon bagel and the blueberry scone. Both were excellent. The bagel was fresh and packed with flavor, again showcasing quality ingredients. The scone was one of the best I've had from a coffee shop--it tasted like it came straight from a bakery. The blueberries were large and bursting with flavor, and the texture was ideal: not too hard, not too soft. It was just right. (They should name it "Goldilocks"!) In addition to coffee, matcha, and chai tea, they also offer craft sodas and other choices for any mood. We decided to enjoy our drinks and snacks inside. As we sat, we noticed they have their own bean-roasting machine (totally unique!). I've never seen one in person, but for coffee lovers who enjoy fresh roasts, this means they bring in green coffee beans, roast them on-site, and produce the freshest, highest-quality product possible. (You could say "they have the beans" -- a little Curb Your Enthusiasm reference for fans of the show.) Aside from having "the beans," they also had a projector showing the World Cup. There are plenty of seating options: tables with chairs, standing desks, sofas, and benches. We will definitely be returning to this little slice of heaven on Earth.

Sad emoji face display after I went inside but first the coffee. I had their Espresso Shot and Cortado to start with. The coffee Is legit and I say that because I'm familiar with the Arcade Coffee Roaster so there's that. I also ordered the Cherry Glaze Latte which was a pretty good balance and I'm glad I did since it's seasonal. Ok so I'm not judging how people like to live but when you walk into a place where you have to clean your table and chair before you sit? That's a problem and especially if they just opened?! Come on man. Plus the windows were Hella greasy with fingerprints everywhere?! Yeah, totally killing the inside vibe. But that's just me. The service was good so no complaints there but I will just say be very careful of the hidden fees like extra charges for cold foam and syrup? So my latte ended costing me almost a Hamilton! It would've been nice if they said hey we're charging you for these extras. So not cool! And if I would've known that then it would be a hard no on the latte. And that's my take onto this shop, Peace out...

I decided I needed to take a detour to a coffee shop since we already kinda got lost. Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery, is located in a small and old strip mall in old town Norco. Or at least I think it is. I'm not familiar with the area. I can tell you though, that navigation had us driving through newer developments and then the old part of Norco before we finally arrived. I thought we got even more lost at first. The place was actually pretty packed inside and after having our drinks and pastries, I can totally see why. The first half of the building is the cafe where you'll be greeted with some cute and funny coffee signs. There's two large shelves full of their own coffee beans of different roasts. They have a few small tables to sit and enjoy your orders, but note it is a bit of a tight fit in there. They also have a coffee bar where some people sat in front of the baristas. Past the cafe side is the creamery. I was in a rush and didn't have a chance to take a look. What we ordered; 1) Hot Mocha Rocha with soy milk - 5/5 stars. I forgot to ask for this as half sweet, but either way, it was absolutely delicious. Rich and very flavorful. 2) Iced Mocha Rocha - 5/5 stars. Just as delicious as the hot version. 3) pistachio muffin - 3/5 stars. This muffin had a generous amount of actual pistachio baked into the muffin itself which I liked, however, the muffin had more of an artificial pistachio flavor for me. I still ate it but I wasn't in love with that one. 4) chocolate croissant - 5/5 stars. This was such a hit, we ran out right away. Everyone in our group attacked these so fast. I have to say, I am SAD that I live so far from Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery. They have a lot of pastries, ice cream including deep fried ice cream, and beverages. I absolutely loved this place and look forward to visiting them again. Next time, I for sure will grab a dozen or more to share with the family and bring some home, and we will definitely grab some frozen treats too. Deep Barrel, is a gem. Norco, sure is lucky to have them. They are a must if you are ever in the area.
