From start to finish, communication was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We actually used them twice. The first time was to help move items into a POD when we listed our home for sale. Fernando was so great to work with that we hired them again for our full cross-country move from California to New York once our home sold. What really stood out was how different they were from other moving companies -- our belongings were never combined with another shipment, they carefully packed and protected our large fragile items, and everything was wrapped and handled with incredible care. They made the cross-country move feel effortless, and our belongings arrived the day after we flew in. The entire process was seamless. They had very pleasant attitudes and were extremely efficient at packing and unpacking the moving truck. We also had a lot of junk to haul, and were planning to look around on Yelp. During the move I asked the guys if they also hauled junk, which they do. We were so happy with them during the move that we just scheduled them to come haul the junk a few days later. They sent Geo and Jeremiah to haul the junk, and again they were fast, efficient, and had amazing attitudes. After my experience I would definitely use and recommend them for moving and junk hauling. Without them we would have been stuck in California and with broken U-Haul. So we originally wanted to drive our U-Haul truck on our own and just need them to load our truck. So after loading our U-Haul truck they offered to drive it for us, but I told my husband no we can do it ourselves just have them load the truck. They loaded the truck fast and packaged everything well so nothing got broken or damaged. After that we left and started driving to Texas, not even two hours into driving did our U-Haul truck broke down. So we called kamysh and his brother to see if they could still move us and use one of their truck instead.that same night we called them he agreed to get a truck and move us to Texas. So kamysh and his brother unloaded our U-Haul in front of our hotel and loaded everything up again in their truck for the second time. After the truck was loaded they left on Wednesday from our hotel to Texas and arrived with our stuff on Friday. We flew from California to Texas and met them at our house on Friday morning. They unloaded the truck and put everything in it place. No issue with missing stuff or increasing the amount. They did such an amazing job. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Trust me you will not regret it. I was worried and hastened in the beginning because of all the horrible stories and dealing with the broker. At this point, I'm not even sure if this is a legitimate business or if all of the other reviews…read moreare fake. I was referred to this company by someone I know. Turns out they didn't have direct experience with the company, and it was a secondhand referral. The owner, Tim, answered my initial call where I inquired about a moving quote. After that, no phone calls were answered again. Calls went to voicemail and I received texts in return - several hours later. We set up a virtual inspection for the day after the initial call. After it was completed I was told I'd receive an estimate. When I finally received the estimate I had a couple of questions about things on there, so I texted the owner. He said he would make the adjustments and suddenly when I got the new quote there were additional or different charges, effectively making the amount about the same as the initial quote. But the price was still going to be better than some other quotes we received, so I wasn't too concerned about it and decided to proceed. I accepted the invoice and waited to receive the link to pay the deposit. This is where things got weird. The deposit payment request was for an amount that didn't equate to half of the estimate I received. I texted Tim asking if he could explain where that amount came from. He said it should have been for 50% of the quote. Within a few minutes, I see that the link had updated and now reflected the 50% that I expected to see. I brushed it off as a simple error and tried to pay the deposit via the link I was sent. The link appeared to come from Chase (where I also bank), but kept giving me an error message when I clicked "Pay by Card". Right away I notified Tim and even sent screenshots of the error I was receiving. I kept trying - on my phone, my laptop, but nothing was working. I notified Tim and he said he'd get back to me after looking into what was going on, but he never did. I tried to follow up once more today, and received no response Obviously, I can't wait any longer to find out whether or not this will work out as we are only a few days away from our move. So now I have to scramble to hopefully book a different service in time for our move this weekend. I can only assume one of two things must be true based on this experience - 1. a higher paying job came along and instead of cancelling ours, they ghosted until we were the ones that had to give up and let them off the hook or 2. this company is a scam, and they never had any intention of showing up in the first place. Oh, and I looked them up on the Secretary of State's site. Their business license has been suspended since 11/2024. Do not give this company your time or money.

My patio furniture arrived missing multiple essential pieces, making it unusable. I cannot understand how so many parts of a single item could simply disappear. Because of their carelessness, I had to drive all the way back to my old residence and search the property myself, with help from the maintenance and cleaning staff, hoping the missing pieces had been left behind. They were nowhere to be found. I lost valuable time, gas, and energy trying to fix a problem that never should have happened. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. My emails have gone unanswered, and when I tried following the contact information they publicly provided in response to another review, the email address didn't even work. It feels like once they have your money, they have no interest in making things right. At this point, I believe a full refund of my deposit is the absolute minimum they should offer. I paid for my belongings to be moved safely and completely, and that service was not provided. The missing items have still not been recovered, and the company's silence has only made an already frustrating situation much worse. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your belongings and expect a company to stand behind its service when something goes wrong.
