If only all food trucks could be like Stripchezze. They're innovative, quick, and super tasty. I got to try two of their specialties at a recent event. Daddy's on a Roll will be forever burned in my mind: an eggroll of mac n'cheese with awesome kimchi sauce. I could have eaten another five of those. It was just an amazing combination. Their 3-Way Parlay was probably the most traditional item on the menu, but it had the perfect texture of sourdough and balance of cheesy flavors. You gotta check this place out. read more

Oooh I found their Yelp Page!! Seriously. this is my FAVORITE FOOD TRUCK IN THE WORLD. Ever. Forever. I encountered Stripchezze at Sunset Park'd...earlier this year? Last year? I don't remember. I DO remember falling in love with the Daddys On a Roll: mac n cheese wrapped in an eggroll wrapper, and fried, with an AMAZING kimchi dipping sauce. I'm drooling just thinking about it. I've encountered them a few times since then, and usually stick to the Daddy, but last night I tried the Jam On It: A gourmet grilled cheese with HOMEMADE BACON JAM on it. (get it? Jam on it?) Oh. My. God. so good. I've always had amazing service. The lovely lady who I believe is the owner has always been super nice, with recommendations, and a great smile for everyone. I love grilled cheese. It's my favorite comfort food. The grilled cheese here are delicious. I usually go for the 3 way parlay because I like a basic grilled cheese. The jam on it is a great choice too. The star of the show is the daddy's on a roll which is mac and cheese in a egg roll. I could eat them everyday. They are so good. If you are only getting one item go for the daddy's on a roll. You won't be disappointed. read more

Grilled cheese! Who doesn't love grilled cheese? It's melted cheese gooeyness in a sandwich. Nom nom nom. This is a great food truck. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and yummy eats. They have multiple grilled cheese offerings. I opted for the spicy one, of course. It had jalapenos in it and the outside of the bread was coated in crushed up Flaming Hot Cheetos! I love FLaming Hot Cheetos! Who would've thunk you could put in on a grilled cheese?! It's a seriously tasty delight that needs to be in your mouth already. And all sandwiches comes with wonton crisps that are a neat and yum twist on potato chips. They also have a desert version that comes with a cinnamon dipping sauce. In sum, if you encounter this truck, you need to stop, order, and dine. read more

Stripchezze!!! Walk up to this food truck, and prepare your taste buds for a show. OH MAN, Let me start by saying I'm a Foodie/Epicurean. And it takes a lot of flavor to get my full attention. I was at the Gold spike a week ago, and had the late night munchies. Decided to give the truck a try. Looking at the menu my choices seemed a bit limited. As I only eat chicken,fish,and turkey. But to my surprise the lady tending the window."Susie" i believe. Who has an awesome freaking personality. Offered to make me a custom sandwich, with Turkey, tomatoes, and cheese. The bread which I believe was sourdough, was grilled to perfection. The cheese hot and gooey and the tomatoes and turkey fresh. It's hard to find a gourmet sandwich at a sandwich shop. But to think you could find one on a food truck in Vegas, unfathomable. But I did. And it is a must try. Damn after writing this, I'm having flash backs. Time to find that truck. read more

This food truck arrived at my job and being a fan of cheese I ran to this one. I ordered the Hot Streak sandwich. It was good the first few bites, but I instantly got a stomach ache before I could finish it. The heat from the peppers, the grease that dripped from my bread and the overload of cheese, did not agree with me. I had to throw the other half of my sandwich away. This place have a bomb egg roll stuffed with ooey gooey mac and cheese. It's called the daddy on a roll and it's accompanied by a unique kim chi sauce that is not overly sour or fermented. Surprisingly they co-exist together very well, unlike most of us Americans these days but back to the food.. I also tried the slice-o-paradise which is a grilled cheese sandwich with pizza sauce and pepperoni and my friend had a regular grill cheese and both were uneventful but certainly not terrible. If I ever run into this food truck again I will definitely be loading up on the daddy rolls. Congrats on a successful Asian fusion dish. read more

YUM! Just had their food truck at a CES event this Wednesday. I ordered their pie-o-dice which is a pepperoni pizza fused with a grilled cheese sandwich. It was amazing...So amazing that I went out of my way to Yelp their page and write this review! The sandwich also comes with some wonton chips that did not disappoint. They also had a wide selection of regular chips and drinks to choose from. Not sure what the prices for each sandwich is since they were comped by the event. I visited this food truck at the sunset station foodie fest. It was so delicious that I tried looking up where else I would be able to find them. Sadly, their website does not inform me what upcoming events they will be at nor where they usually sell their food. They only have a few items on their menu which mostly consists of different types of grilled cheese. I ordered the regular grilled cheese as well as their fried Mac and cheese. The grilled cheese is super cheesy and even comes with fried wonton chips. The fried Mac and cheese comes with Kim chi dipping sauce and it is soooo good!! It seems to be wrapped in the same thing the fried wonton chips were made of and it's wasn't overly salty or oily. Definitely will be looking out for this food truck whenever I go to a food festival. read more

O.M.G!!!!! I have had stripchezze numerous times and every single time i have it I am reminded why I love it so much. I have sought them out at every foodie fest or event that they are at, but today my dreams came true. Found out that they have a stationary location in addition to the truck, inside of The Old Vegas tavern! I went right away to fulfill my cheese craving and once again they nailed it!!!! The jam on it is hands down one of my favorite sandwich of all time! It's huge for $9 i think if I remember correctly. The Mac and cheese egg rolls are also bomb dot com! My husband tried the sandwich with the jalapeños inside and cheeto crusted sourdough and it was really good as well. Basically, I think everything that comes out of this truck is the bees knees lol but seriously, the jam on it! I'm allergic to something in bacon but man I'd still eat it! It's that good! What an amazing experience!!!! We went to Food Truck night at the Providence last Friday. Once we saw how many food choices we have we got really excited. Delicious! I was going to get a salad from another truck when I saw someone walk by with a very yummy looking sandwich. I used to love the food on this truck but the last few times I ate from them it seems the quality of food has gone down. The Daddys On A Roll and the 3 Way Parlay were just not tasting the same and even the sandwich didnt look the same. Makes me sad as I would give them 5 stars in the past. Not sure what they are doing different but wont be visiting this Food Truck anymore. As always customer service is the best. The cashier is so friendly and always has a smile. Fun theme with a take on everything cheese. I had the grilled cheese with tomatoes and homemade bacon jam and my wife had plain grilled cheese, both filled with gooey goodness. Already stuffed to bursting but the owner insisted I try the mac -n-cheese egg rolls with a kimchee dip. Glad I did, turned out to be my fave. Lots of other types of cheese to serve, give them a try when you find them. read more

First off what a creative name for its location. 2nd what an awesome concept and amazing customer service. Everyone loves the classic grill cheese since being a child but this truck has done a spin on the American favorite! Plus the Mac n Cheese egg rolls are incredible. YUM!! This food truck serves some amazing, orgasmic f*ckin food! They were at the Life is Beautiful 2015 festival, and I spotted that they serve mac 'n cheese egg rolls. I told myself I would need to get my hands on them before the festival ended and I finally had a chance to try them on the last day. They are oh-so-delicious. The ooey-gooey goodness of the mac 'n cheese made me moan the entire time. We also ordered the hot streak which is a grilled cheese with pepper jack cheese and jalapeno peppers served with sriracha mayo on parmesan and flamin' hot cheeto crusted sourdough. That sh*t was BOMB!!!! I love anything spicy. This was the perfect meal to end the 3-day festival. I couldn't be happier. The workers at Stripchezze are super friendly too. read more

The food came out fast--almost too fast--which only reinforced the feeling that everything was cooked ahead of time and microwaved before serving. The bright spot: the cheese sticks and pretzel bites. Those were actually worth ordering and had way more care put into them than the Cubano. Overall, the Cubano is not recommended. If you go, stick to the snacks.

Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! Also a great hot dog stand with immensely tasty dogs.

There's also a location inside the Showcase Mall if you'd prefer to sit indoors. I may be biased because I also love hot dogs, but I will definitely be back for more.

There is a food truck ruound up on Friday nights about 7 food trucks in a parking lot at the Tractor Supply off of Blue dimond rd. I ate mac n cheese inside of a eggroll and the sauce to dip in was perfect with it. I also got a grilled cheese pizza so good. All the Food Trucks were parked in the lot and had their own little space. Some looked better than others wasnt too crowded. The wait for food took only a few min and was so melty . They seem to be on the schedule every week at Tenaya Creek Brewery and they picked up the trivia night slot at Beer District this Thursday night. Hot dogs and fries do seem like the perfect way to soak up some suds, after all, right? Alas, I'd very recently heard a friend's negative opinion after his dinner from that truck, so I was wary from the outset. But I ended up really needing some food right then and there, so I walked to the truck and ended up choosing their whiteboard special, their Adobo Dog with french fries ($8). After not too long a wait, an employee walked into the building and presented me with a small paper tray with my order carefully stuffed inside. Just to be clear, the utility of a hot dog wrapped in a toasted slice of bread and topped with adobo chicken along with an order of greasy fries is indeed incredible when you are in the middle of a big beer session, so I appreciated that greatly. And yes, the hot dog was juicy, while the chicken was nicely marinated. But their flavor balance really needs some work. The cilantro and green onion just doesn't do enough to cut the considerable saltiness of the proteins. They really needed an atchara or other pickled vegetable, or at least some sort of sauce/condiment (no, ketchup doesn't count), to add sweetness and acidity. Oh, and the fries were completely devoid of any sort of crunch despite being brown and coming out hot from the fryer. That's not great. Plus, some fries still had residual grease, which is usually a turn-off if you're not in a depraved food mindset. Alpha Dawg is fine as a captive-audience food service, but it's not something to seek out and track down. They are not the worst hot dog truck in town, but they aren't too far off. (P.S. Bring cash. They were nice enough to mention the card surcharge.)

This tray had 3 fluffy potato balls with bacon, green onion, and cheese that were deep fried in Panko breading and topped with a lemon sour cream. Although it's not the most exciting potato ball that I've had from a food truck, it was a contrast of textures and had enough bacon flavor. My interest is piqued and I head over. I see a table with 4-5 people sitting and talking and I take a look at the menu. I really didn't know what to expect as I have never heard of Indian fry bread. The menu is descriptive and it highlights a few things which helps picking items easier. I wasn't sure if I would actually order anything as I had plans to cook something at home but decided not to pass up a chance to try something new. I decided on a Half n Half which has half seasoned ground beef and half chopped chuck steak and is listed as a costumer favorite. It is a bit on the pricey side and they take Apple Pay/credit cards with a $1 extra charge. I ordered to go so when I got home I ate it with the knife and fork that was provided, not really realizing it should be eaten as a taco. It is a nice size which helps count for the price (but still on the pricey side). It was delicious and had good seasoning and I really liked the fry bread which was fluffy and light and something similar to roti but fluffy. I will seek out the Nevari Indian Fry Bread food truck again to try some more as well as trying one of the desserts.

After a…read moreconfusing conversation about the April featured menu and a question that seemed to spur a tense conversation between the man and woman in the food wagon, I ordered the chopped brisket from the April featured menu, only to be given the sliders. The menu listed an option of cornbread and upon asking I was told they had them but it costs an extra two dollars (even though it is listed as an option in lieu of chips and does not state an additional cost). Despite the awkward interaction I took my order to a picnic table and ate the meal. The brisket sliders were good. The beans were okay. The potato salad was good but not a recipe I favor (I'm not a fan of shredded cheese in potato salad). Overall the experience of ordering was frustrating and awkward, and I don't understand the confusion when I was asked if I wanted the chopped brisket OR sliders, ordered the chopped brisket but was given sliders anyway. Oh well, I had a 50/50 chance of the order being accurate and the odds were not in my favor.

The gentleman had a small setup and it was a one man show. He was super nice. I wanted to get a little sampler as usual, so we ordered: 1. Brisket tacos - I feel like you can't go to a place called smokilicious brisket and not try the brisket. This was a perfect start to our meal. The brisket was tender, smoky, and flavorful. The crunch from the pico de callo and coolness of the avocado crema was the perfect bite every time. 2. Ribs & sausage combo - The ribs were so flavorful and tender. It's our first time trying a brisket sausage and it had a nice smoky meaty flavor with the perfect snap. The beans complimented the combo perfectly. I wish I had gotten the chips that came with the combo or a piece of bread to balance the meal out. I think he forgot to give me the chips but it's ok. Honestly with these 2 items alone we were stuffed and ready to take a nap.
