Delicious breakfast burritos! We've went in a few times while visiting from out of town. The food was great and the service was fabulous! We loved that they are so military friendly and have photos of military members all around. Nice and clean inside too!

I had heard really good things about this drive thru burrito spot. Since driving in the area, I thought I would give it a try. I chose a # 1 bacon breakfast burrito with red on the side. I did not expect shredded bacon and tiny cubes of fried potatoes and it was delicious. There was a small bit of melted orange colored cheese. The red sauce was mild and flavorful, and I dipped my burrito into it, so I got just the tight amount sauce. I checked out the other items on the menu and look forward to coming back soon and trying other items. The line was long, but well worth the wait. They got the orders out quickly. They have their act together.

"WORLDS BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH" -- stated on one of the signs for Stripes - I wasn't a believer until I took my first bite. It definitely makes it to my top 3 for sure! Their spicy sauce is perfect, as saucy as it looks - it wasn't an overkill at all. Their shoe string fries go perfectly with the meal, so crispy and thin ! Came here on a Sunday morning breakfast before riding out to White Sands National park - the drive thru line was pretty long, reaching out into the Main Street BUT it went by surprisingly quick! If you're in Albuquerque you def don't wanna miss this spot. Had to get this spot twice during our 4 day trip in ALB :P Happy eating !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND BREKKI BREKKI!!!…read more My colleague and I stopped in for a business breakfast this morning, and what a great decision that turned out to be. The food was outstanding. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Honestly, it couldn't have been any better. What elevated the experience to another level was our server, Taz. I've been in countless restaurants over the years, and every once in a while you come across someone who is simply exceptional at what they do. Taz was one of those people. She was warm, attentive, professional, engaging, and very cool. She seemed to genuinely enjoy taking care of her guests. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down and played a huge role in making our breakfast meeting such a great experience. Before leaving, I actually sought out the manager, Shelby, and asked who hired Taz because I was that impressed. Shelby told me she did, and I told her it was a fantastic hiring decision. Then I got to thinking, whoever hired Shelby deserves some credit too. It's clear there's a great team and culture here. The food brought us in, but Taz is the reason we'll be back. We'll absolutely be recommending Brekki Brekki to our friends, family, clients, and colleagues, and we're already looking forward to our next business breakfast here. THANK YOU SO MUCH TAZ!

Wow . This was one of the best DoorDash meals I've had in a very very long time. The food itself is…read morea very solid 5+ star meal. Outstanding! I don't even know where to start but here goes. The New Mexican Philly cheesesteak, arguably my favorite dish, very very different take on what a cheesesteak usually is (not in a bad way). I was first skeptical when I ordered it, but I saw all the great reviews on the dish so I had to try. This was oddly enough my 4th favorite Philly cheesesteak I've ever had, which is weird to say because the first 3 favorites were actually in Philly and made the traditional way. Something about the spicy queso sauce and the soft fatty tasting meat just really brought it home. The huevos rancheros: every inch was flavorful , saucy, cheesy and lovely. I enjoyed even more the parts where I could also taste the tortilla at the bottom, wish it was in more of the dish but it's okay the flavors were outstanding. Another 5 star dish! Next time I'll also try it with eggs over medium. The Xmas chile cheese fries: best chile cheese fries in New Mexico! The fries themselves tasted like they were hand cut, so either they had some high quality freezer fries or they definitely cut those fries by hand. Either way I wasn't complaining! Their green chile was insanely good. We also had the Green Chile stew, the flavors and ingredients were really good. I think for people that love home cooking this will feel really nostalgic for them. Like grandmas caldo she used to make. For me, the dry texture of the beef reminded me way too much of my mom's dry / rough beef she always had in her stews . Objectively I can say it was a really nice caldo, but the tortillas, not sure how I could grab on to much of the food with it really. I think this might be a dish best eaten in house. I also tipped their staff $2 in addition to the driver tip , and they wrote a funny joke on the plate which I thought was cute haha. I kept the rating at 5 stars but I hope that management reads this review because I do have one critique. All the food was in styrofoam and non sustainable plastic. Styrofoam especially has been banned from some places including California because when heated it, it adds cancer causing chemicals into your food. I would gladly pay $0.35 per meal to receive the meals in sustainable packaging that will keep me healthy. Because of this, I think I won't be ordering from here for delivery and hope that I have time to make the 20 minute drive to go there in person. It's really good food! Found this place on DoorDash but the funny part is it's been near my house the whole time next to the barber shop I've been to plenty of times.

The gravy has a little kick which we loved. Normally we don't eat that much German food, but we LOVE this place. The apple strudel with pecans on top is outstanding, my favorite dessert there. My second favorite is the Oreo cheesecake. I went back again for a second time mostly because the owner personally replied to my last review and wanted me to try the experience again. I respected him for doing that so I made sure to come back next chance I had. The owner Michael went out of his way to make sure everything was okay and make sure my experience turned out great. I really appreciate the fact that even though they are busy, this business still cares about the experience of their customers and their reputation. The owner greeted me, apologized about the last experience and shook my hand and made sure the experience was flawless. It is definitely out of the way, but worth it to be able to try something new. Albuquerque is obviously not known for its selection of German food but this is it if you're looking for it. I would describe this as a bakery / specialty grocery store / eatery. They have a variety of baked goods, including strudel and whole cakes. They also have a lunch menu with German delicacies and some grocery items that you can pick up to go. I came out of time where I wasn't super hungry and was only there for a sweet treat, but I would definitely like to eventually go back and try some of the savory foods. I tried the coconut strudel, and it was very good. Exactly what you would want. They had a handful of other flavors and even whole ones that you could buy to go.

I stopped by for lunch and found the menu offered a nice variety of choices. I ordered the Los Ranchos Turkey sandwich with homemade chips and a Lavender Iced Tea. Both were flavorful, and the homemade chips were an unexpected treat. The iced tea was ready right away and was a refreshing complement to the meal. My sandwich arrived about 24 minutes after ordering, which may have been due to the lunch rush. Including tip, lunch came to about $30. While the price point felt a little high for the overall experience, the quality and flavor of the food helped balance that out. Overall, I enjoyed the food and appreciate having another locally owned option in the neighborhood.
