I'm late in posting this review but wanted to give a shout-out to Strips. Last week, I ordered online for pickup and it was the best experience of any pickup or delivery. Called them when I arrived and within 5 minutes I had my order and on my way home with very little contact. Finally made it to strips. It was almost 2 on a Saturday but it was packed. My hubby and I ordered a pork burger with fries and chicken strips with mashed potatoes and gravy to share. I wasn't a fan of the pork burger. I love pork but this was just weird, foreign to me. I'm excited to hear that they have recently added a pork tenderloin to the menu. The chicken strips - hands down the best. Better than Zaxbys, Cains and Slim all! The mashed potatoes and gravy .... SO. FREAKING. GOOD! The donut - could take it or leave it. Loved the signature sauce. Honey mustard ok. Buffalo sauce was weird. When I go back I'll do the chicken and the mashed potatoes or maybe try the new pork tenderloin. read more

The staff was great... courteous and kind. The menu was easy to read and understand. They have several options to chose from. I personally was not a fan of the breading... it is very peppery. They specialize in chicken so I was hoping for a better breading and more meaty strip. They seemed to have been thinned out which made them a little dryer than you would want. What can I say? I rarely write a review after just one visit but I cannot wait to go back here again. I met a friend for lunch and enjoyed a great crispy chicken sandwich with the best real mashed potatoes and homemade gravy. This was real food, properly prepared and served quickly. Absolutely phenomenal chicken strips! The breading is light and so tasty! Husband loved the smashed potatoes and gravy. I'm in love with the fried portobellas. So tasty! We tried all of the sauces. Favorites were the strawberry bbq, farmstead (I think that's what it's called...it's their ranch) and the honey mustard. The mango habanero is really good...just be prepared for heat. I love that you can order from a kiosk once inside if it's busy. The little donut was a fun addition and so tasty that next time I'll get the strips and donuts meal. Terrible experience! We had noticed onYelp that people said they had good chicken biter were so disappointed. I paid $20 for a side salad, chicken strips and fries. Food was serve red cold. The workers and the restaurant were so nasty. Trash spilling out of container inside workers looked like they were covered in grease. Totally gross. Food was so expensive for what we got and honestly didn't taste good at all. Tables were covered in food, trash on floor, drinks and sauces dripped all over station. This was a huge mistake. Left us feeling so sorry we had spent this amount of money and weren't happy and got such awful service. Chick-Fil-a is 100 times better and you get more for your money and it's clean. This place is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. We ordered the family meal which is 20 strips, 2 large sides, a dozen donuts, and 8 sauces (4 flavors, 2 cups of each) for around $30. It feed all 4 of us and we had leftovers for lunch the next day. The donuts were my favorite part, but it was all very good. The kids loved that they have a TV in the dining area that shows the donuts being made in the back. Very, very good chicken strips. Have been going back for some time now, it's that good. The little donuts are a plus too. Yummy. Quick and delicious food. Not the best atmosphere but good for lunch. Fries are great, but in limited quantities. Meaning they are heavy on salt and lots of pepper. But wouldn't change that because they're yummy as well. Customer service is really good. This place is a gem. The owner cares about his food, his staff, his community and his customers and he works every day to show that. I have been a big fan for a little over a year now, they have amazing white chicken chili, pulled pork, strawberry BBQ sauce, crispy portabella strips, gluten free options of all types including fried jalapenos and pickles. If I was coming here and could only order 1 meal I would suggest the pulled pork with white chicken chili with some french toast donuts. A lot of girls I know like the sweet potato tots with Marshmello sauce. There is not a better fast food joint near by that does chicken this well. Stuck in traffic and starving for a late lunch, I pass by Strips and read their sign, "fight hunger, eat here". I pull into the drivethru and am greeted cheerfully and order a 3pc tender meal with strawverry bbq sauce and fries as my additions. Now ive seen the very popular facebook video that circulates talking about Strips and ive been teased since. Drive thru was fast, i paid, was told the check in deal, and sent along with a smile! These tenders are meaty but not to crusty (there is a ratio of breading to chicken and Strips nails it). The fries were lightly seasoned and this BBQ sauce is savory with a sweet finish! Wow. Wow! This place is tasty. The chicken is juicy and tender. The Strawberry BBQ sauce was a delightful surprise! But the crown jewel was the cinnamon sugar donuts. The kids were fighting over them. I'm not usually a fried chicken kind of guy but this place was really well done. The mashed potatoes and gravy had large unmasked potatoes chunks (which I love.) Three Strips, a side and a donut was $5.99. The gravy tasted like Grandma made it. The fries were had some kind of seasoning on it that was really good. We had a fun time. I'm not sure where to start. I went because all the hype, 2 Mac bowls husband ate his, I didn't it went to trash, kids both ordered 6 nuggets with Mac side, most of theirs went into trash. What they did eat they both said was cause they were starving. I'm honestly more impressed by the reusable containers than I am of food!
