The slaw was prepared different from what I'm used to but I couldn't stop eating it. They supplied a mild bbq sauce for the ribs but you really don't need sauce on the ribs at all even though the sauce is flavorful. I have to admit the baked potatoes were unique and tasty as well. Bottom line I'll be returning as I am now a fan. You'll be a fan too should you also visit White Dog.

The baguette had a little crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. The tri-tip was hickory and apple smoked and was tender and delicious. The chimichurri was a perfect accompaniment, as were the roasted poblano peppers. I also enjoyed the Fritos as the side. We also received top-notch service from the waitress. The table/chairs were clean and people looked like locals (which is always comforting when you randomly pick a spot). There's indoor and outdoor seating. I didn't see a lot of parking. For my main, I ordered the TNT Sando (Tri-Tip with bacon jam and garlic aioli) on Gaston's grilled focaccia. I requested it without pickles, and it was excellent. I paired it with the Black Bean and Veggie soup, which was a standout--perfectly delicious with a nice "zing" to it. Unfortunately, the meal hit a significant snag with my fiancé's Fish & Chips. Additionally, the blue cheese dressing on his side salad was very runny and tasted off. It was disappointing enough that we had to send it back. We replaced it with The Spicy Italian pizza. This was a total 180--it arrived looking beautiful, and the combination of the meats, pepperoncinis, and hot honey was absolutely delicious. Our server, Casey P., was generally good and attentive, though we did have to wait to start our meal because we weren't initially provided with napkins or silverware. A minor note on the atmosphere: the table we were seated at had "gay" carved into the wood, which felt a bit out of place for the professional vibe of the rest of the establishment. Overall, the TNT Sando, the pizza, and the beers are worth coming back for, but the kitchen consistency on the fried items definitely needs some work.

This place is disgusting! It smells when you arrive and you smell when you leave! The food was flavorless ! How do you make a cheeseburger with zero flavor ?!?? The worst part was the atmosphere. It was 8:30 and almost everyone in there was drunk and by drunk I mean drunk ! At the bar there was a man passed out sitting on a bar stool , next to him were two completely trashed men one was making vulgar animal sounds at the top of his lungs. I was throughly uncomfortable . I went there to grab dinner with my son after his baseball game thinking it was a family friendly sports bar. The kicker was the bartender served a final round ?!?? Shots of whiskey to the two men that were so drunk they could barely stand up .They both left as I was leaving got in cars and drove off! Please make sure you are being responsible when serving alcohol you are going to be responsible when your patrons kill innocent people. I will never go to this place again and will spread the word it is not only horrible good but an irresponsible place of business read more

Never again. $1.50 per wing is highway robbery when they are 2 inches long ...barely......must have been hummingbird wings. Lunch for one person was.....wait for it.....$50. I've been coming to this place for years and noticed the prices increased over and over....what hasn't, right? Sadly this bar is more expensive than a restaurant, I won't be giving them my business anymore as I've been feeling ripped off the last three times I went there. Too bad Stubb's, you used to be a cool place....not anymore. I won't spend another dollar in there again, there are plenty of other places more appreciative of their customers. Hard pass. read more
