She was a referral from a good friend who used her for her Curaçao destination wedding in 2021. From Day 1 Sally was informative and all around just extremely helpful. She assisted me and my now husband, with a list of resorts to check out based on our wants for our destination wedding. After some research, we chose Secrets Maroma Beach in Cancun Mexico. Sally knew a beautiful beach was something that was a non negotiable for us, and she couldn't have recommended a better resort. We locked in our wedding date and room block with the help of Sally, and it was SO simple. She was extremely helpful to get us the pricing we liked for our guests. We visited the resort for a site visit in Sept 2023, and it was PERFECT. Once the room block was established, Sally assisted all of our guests with their questions, bookings and countless changes from day 1 up until they arrived for our wedding this past October. She made sure our contracts, bookings and every detail was exactly what was promised. With a destination wedding, the communication can be slow but she did not miss a beat when it came down to making sure it was what we wanted and the pricing, etc was correct. Persistence is key, and it is something she is extremely good at. Prior to the wedding, she sent out beautiful packages to each and every one of our guests to ensure they had all the paperwork and information they needed. This included a gorgeous itinerary, a packing list and details of the resort. Every guest said it was extremely helpful! She even met up with me and my husband prior to the wedding to provide our printed travel details, as well as have us a very thoughtful and generous gift. She not only helped us organize a large wedding with 74 guests, but also helped us extend our trip for our honeymoon and made sure we got all the little inclusions that were included in our booking. The wedding has come and gone, and it was EVERYTHING we could have dreamed of. It wouldn't have been possible without Sally. She is extremely kind, patient and just all around amazing. We will be using her, and Travel inc for all of our trips/vacations in the future.

NOT SO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!…read more Friday Oct. 29 walk in to Peabody, MA branch, greeted at door and sent to CS. As I handed my AAA card & registration slip for renewal the young girl says "do you have an appointment?" I said NO, I did not know I had to have one! This person then states, "well you will have to come back tomorrow" I asked why? She said because I did not have an appointment. I looked around, AND I was THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS OFFICE! I said, "so you are not going to give me my registration? She smugly says "it will show paid but, I cannot process it, you will......tomorrow. I said I understand now, you have appointments but, THERE IS NOBODY HERE! Again, this person states, we have appointments every 10 minutes and that's policy, I cannot do it! So, as you might imagine I got VERY upset and said again, "there is nobody here and you can not process this for me? Answer, "NO" I said I will just cancel my AAA membership and she said OK Thank You in a smart a$$ tone of voice! I grabbed my paperwork and walked out. I called customer service 800 number and after being on hold 20 minutes, they told me "we don't know what individual branches have for their policies, really, this is now a franchise...NO.... So AAA 800 CS NO HELP! Still in the parking lot I decide to just go on RMV website and do it online, even after taking a day off work to get this done in person. We are now about 45 minutes later, I am still outside AAA office and NOT ONE person has entered that office since I walked out! As I am in the middle of renewing my REG online I receive an incoming call, it says AAA Peabody. So, I answer call and it is the branch manager Peter Simmons. Mr. Simmons says he is very sorry, that should have never happened. I said "you heard the situation?" He stated yes, and I said "you let me walk out anyway?" He said "you were upset so I let you go!" So, Peter tells me he pulled the person off the counter and told her she did not handle the situation correctly and that's not how we do business. I again, stated that I understand that you have a policy of making appointments, which I did NOT know when I showed up. I said "you office was completely empty, and has been for the 45 minutes I have been out front on the phone! Peter tells me he wants to make it right and to come back. I entered the office at 12:06pm at this point, and a very nice young lady (Anastasia) processed my registration in exactly FOUR MINUTES, I was out of there at 12:10pm! So, the first person I dealt with who could have processed my transaction in approximately 4 minutes decided on her own SHE WOULD PUNISH ME for not having an appointment, and make me come back another day to get my paperwork! THIS IS A PISS POOR POLICY and could have been easily avoided. Mr. Simmons said it was a bad decision on her part. This person walked by me and was obviously told to apologize but, as she apologized she added, "I was following policy" So, she still thinks she did the right thing, and I have no doubt she will pull this on other members! A person that was trained correctly, and actually cared about their members could have said: "I can do this for you because we are slow and nobody is waiting but, in the future please remember to make an appointment!" That is how I would have handled it! As a side note, I went on to AAA/reservations and the next available appointment was 2 weeks out! This office was a ghost town, and AAA needs to review their reservation system! THIS IS A 1 STAR FOR THAT CS PERSON ALONE, SHE DEFINITELY SHOULD FIND A NEW CAREER! 5 STARS FOR PETER SIMMONS CORRECTING THE ISSUE, AS I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF AAA FOR ABOUT 35 YEARS! Metro tours did a great job! We worked with the owner/manager, Peter Metropolis. He personally travels to Greece every year to check in on the hotels that they recommend. If they don't do any upgrading every two years they remove them from their list of hotels. We didn't worry about a thing while we were traveling. There was always someone at the airport to pick us up and bring us to our hotel. We felt like movie stars.... we didn't carry our bags once! All of our hotels were perfect, with the exception of one in Rhodes. When we were planning our trip, Peter had warned us that this hotel may not be our style. He ended up being right. However, all we had to do was go to the local travel agency that worked with Metro Tours and they moved us to a beautiful resort that was more expensive and all-inclusive for no extra cost (they even covered our cancellation fees at the first hotel). Like I said, we never worried about a thing. They took care of everything for us! Peter also managed to get us 24 hours in London on our way back from Greece at no extra cost.
