Wow what a great find! This is my favorite movie theater in the area by far! Clean, new, excellent friendly staff, gourmet food and snacks, large bar options, and comfy seats! The only negative is I wish the seats reclined back a little bit more. We enjoyed mimosas, bloody Mary's, pizza, popcorn and warm cookies! Great screens, sound system and seating! Tickets were purchased easily on fandango. They have church services on Sunday mornings which I think is awesome! Way to utilize your theater! Can't wait to go back!! read more

I asked myself why do I continue to come here thinking that the service would change... My last visit here was by far the worst one yet. The seats are ripping and disgusting. The cushion on the seats are broken and you sink into the bottom. Before each movie, apparently the seats are not cleaned because there is tons of popcorn and trash on the sides of the seat. The service was horrible, but the service who initially took our order was friendly. However that does not make up for the cold food, the two hour wait for a drink and over priced menu items. I don't think I'll be coming here anymore, especially when there's other dine in theaters that have, better prices,a better dining experience and a cleaner environment. The bathroom was also disgusting. It's sad because The area is nice so I hope they fix their issues and work on cleaning the place up. read more

Yikes. Ok so this is my second time here. The first time i rushed In because movie was just starting, didn't order food or anything. This time was different.. upon entering the one person working she said we had a few minutes before we can head back. We decided to use the restroom. YUCK! The bathroom was filthy!!! .. upon heading back towards the movie rooms the floor was BEYOND sticky. Like it was nasty, you'd hear everyone's shoes sticking. Our movie theater seemed like they were a little delay we went into the movie twice & it was dirty, about 15mins before previews started, they rushed in all hands on deck to clean. Btw restrooms near the theaters was also disgusting.... Once you sit you immediately press your button & the server comes to you. We did the 2 for $30 not including drinks. Got chicken bites Cheese fries & flatbread Horrible food. The food tasted like the frozen food reheated, no flavor, & cold. Also during the movie they'll bring you the bill which can be a little annoying trying to see the screen with ppl walking by. Not retuning. read more

I love going to the theater and especially a theater where I can watch my movie and eat and drink at the same time. Fork and Screen theaters are the best and only theaters I go to. I love Studio Movie Grill's special ticket price. Every Tuesday of the month, you pay $6 for a ticket. It's an all-day special. The drinks are delicious. I usually order a bottle of their house wine. I like reds mostly and their Cabernet is pretty good. To me, it's better to buy a bottle which is $19 if you're going to have more than two glasses of wine. One of my other favorite drinks to order while I enjoy a slice of their cheesecake is their espresso martini. If you enjoy martinis and coffee, you'll enjoy this one. Their food options are good. A little pricey, but good. read more

I was excited to finally come watch a movie to this location as it's close to my home. However I was disappointed in the lack of customer service , food quality and atmosphere. In my opinion it seems they are understaffed even though the theater was pretty empty. Our movie showed sold out however only 1/3 of the seats were occupied. You walk in and there is no one to greet you and let u know where to print ur ticket or where your theater room is located. No one checks to make sure you purchased a ticket. The location wasn't clean, the bathrooms were dirty, the seat I purchased was broken. (Theater 6 Row H Seat 6) Our movie started at 7, we arrived at 6:30 and ordered food. The rest of our party arrived after us and ordered their food and they got what they ordered before we did. I couldn't take a picture as they brought us our food after the movie started. I ordered cheese fries with brisket, however I was given only cheese fries. My husband ordered pretzel bites which arrived cold. They don't bring you silverware unless you ask for it and they charge you for everything. The pretzel bites say they come with cheese, but you get charged for a side of cheese. I asked for ranch for my fries and was charged for it. They also add a tip to your check without telling you that it will be added automatically. Definitely not returning to the establishment. I do not recommend coming here. If you are in the area and looking for a dine in movie theater go somewhere else. read more

Discriminatory Treatment at MovieGrill Toward Individuals with Diabetes -- A Violation of Civil Rights I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by my recent experience on July 13,2025 at a MovieGrill theater, where I was denied access to food I need to manage my diabetes. I informed the manager that the food was medically necessary and that we also intended to purchase food from the theater. Despite this, I was told I would have to leave the auditorium and eat in the lobby. This was not only embarrassing -- it was discriminatory. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), movie theaters and other public accommodations are required to make reasonable modifications to their policies to support individuals with disabilities. For those living with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, this includes allowing food or drink needed to manage blood sugar levels. Denying someone the ability to maintain their health in a public space is not just poor customer service -- it's a violation of federal law. Legal experts, including the firm Boston, Holt & Durham, confirm that diabetes is a protected condition under the ADA, as it affects major life activities such as eating, sleeping, and working. Public places like MovieGrill are required to provide reasonable accommodations unless doing so presents an undue burden -- and allowing a small medical snack or drink clearly does not. Even more concerning was the staff's complete lack of knowledge about the ADA and their unprofessional handling of the situation. There was no empathy, no understanding, and no accountability. People with diabetes should never have to choose between their health and participating in everyday activities like going to a movie. MovieGrill must take responsibility. They need to educate their staff, update their policies, and ensure compliance with federal law. As President George W. Bush once said, the ADA is a civil rights law -- not a suggestion. Until MovieGrill addresses this discriminatory and dangerous practice, I urge anyone living with diabetes or caring for someone who does to consider other, more inclusive theaters. This kind of treatment isn't just unacceptable -- it's illegal. read more

It was convenient being able to buy the tickets and choose our seats online....especially since parking was a nightmare on a Saturday night. As soon as we arrived a waiter took our order. All but one item came out fairly quick. The forgotten item was a bottled water that arrived about 40 minutes after ordering. The sound system was good but the seats were stiff and became uncomfortable after two and a half hours. It didn't appear as though they clean up after each movie because it was definitely dirty all around us. Adding to that ..the popcorn and candy tasted stale. read more

PROS: the theater is very clean and staff is friendly. Prices for snacks/foods/drinks are fair. CONS: the seats do not recline enough it's like you're sitting at an uncomfortable incline. Food is terrible! Food came out cold, and honestly not edible. Stick to popcorn here. We ordered cocktails and they seemed promising but tasted premade/overly sweet. Best bet is to a hit a bar in the area prior if that's your thing. Overall, if you're going for a movie only it won't be a terrible experience but better options out there. As a Regal girl myself, this was a nice change! There is some room for improvement though. My seat in particular was broken which was annoying. I talked to my server and she was able to fix it (give her bonus points!) so it reclined but it was still leaning a bit. Totally okay to me but I know it may not be okay to others. Pleasantly surprised by the food. I have NO complaints there! We have a variety of things: pasta, wings, flatbread and even beignets! Didn't get any pictures since the movie was starting when I got my food and it was too dark. I can't wait to return and see what else they have in store. read more

Back to SMG for the first time in a while. Did the 2 for $30 on $6 Tuesday. They always have a special of some sort. Cheesy Fries, no scallions - as good as we remember. We'll probably always get these. Chicken Tenders were representative and served at a nice temperature. The Honey Mustard sauce was a little mustard forward for us. Alfredo Spinach flatbread with 'shrooms on the side was also very nice and served at a nice temperature out of the oven. Will definitely get at least one Flatbread next time. And, of course, we had to get the Chocolate Beignets since they were so good last time. And I'll report that...they are different...but still excellent and perhaps even better. We will always order these. The movie watching experience is not as good as, say, Disney Springs. But it's a lot easier to get to and I really enjoy the food options. We'll be back. read more

I'm a movie theatre snob. This place is swanky. Nice lobby. Plenty of kiosks to check in. Beautiful yellow recliners. Theatre was clean. Tip, I chose the two- seater recliners next to the wall. When I reclined, the handrail blocked part of the screen. Avoid. I'm deducting a star because they made me leave my bag of souvenirs with them even though I was ok with them looking inside the bag. If I refused, I would have understood. I'm a visitor to your city. I took Lyft so I have no place to store my bags. Kind of tacky in my opinion especially when my purse is an actual backpack. If I wanted to bring in food, I could have used that. The young lady at the counter looked in my bag and was ok with it. A manager who was nowhere around nor looked in my bag told her I had to leave it. read more

This movie theatre has really gone done hill. The seats don't recline all the way back. The seats are all also peeling off so it is uncomfortable to sit down and have scratchy peeled leather on you. The food is subpar and even fast food I would say is fresher. What is most concerning is the fraud that is happening here. I came for a movie this morning and bought tickets and lunch. The service here is great. The booking process is very easy and they even have a reward program that gives you free popcorn a few times per year depending on the month. The only issue we had in the 3 times we have been is they ALWAYS bring cold popcorn. This time we ordered fries and mozzarella sticks and they were both cold as well as the popcorn. I understand they have a lot of people to serve, but perhaps a better system is needed getting the cooked food to people before it is cold. There's nothing worse than expensive cold food. It actually removes the convenience of a push button service theater and makes having a traditional counter a much better option. Also the theater had an unpleasant odor today that was unusual. It literally smelled like someone was constantly passing gas from the door walking into the theater to the top row. Needless to say, this experience was a bit off putting so we will be taking some time to visit some other theaters for a while. Hopefully our next trip (no time soon) will be better. That said, the ambiance and location are well worth a visit. There are many surrounding restaurants, plenty of shopping, and all of Margaritaville to enjoy! read more

I have been inside a few times and drive by all the time but this was only my second visit seeing a movie and it was a very different experience than the first time. Our first visit was interrupted by a fire alarm during the movie which made for a very poor experience for everyone. On this occasion I was really hoping for something better. Visually this is a really nice theater. Every screen is dine-in and has somewhat limited seating. We were hoping to come see one movie and ended up seeing a different one because the first one was mostly sold out. You can purchase your tickets either in the app or at one of their kiosks but be warned that this is a very expensive theater. Food prices are in line with some others but for two people to see a movie and have dinner you could easily spend $100. We just saw a movie and had a couple of soft drinks and it was still $40. I can honestly say that I didn't feel it was worth the price. The movie itself was an excellent choice but the inconsiderate guest in the row in front of us that insisted on using his phone on full brightness for almost the first 30 minutes of the movie really took away from the experience. We had planned on dining at the movie we were going to see but as this one started an hour later we saved a lot of money by going across the street to the new Portillo's. On the negative side for this experience there were a couple of items. First I stopped in two different restrooms before and after the movie and both of them needed cleaning. One of them had a problem with the air dryer and no paper towels. I walked into the first one and the floor was so sticky that when I walked out my shoes stuck to the floor all throughout the theater. It's wonderful the amount of germs you can spread without even trying. I would have told an employee but the only ones available were too busy watching a football game by the bar. They definitely have staffing issues and some major training issues as well. The two kids working the front spent more time socializing with each other and watching football then giving any greetings or assistance to customers. I can safely say that I have no intention of ever going back to this theater. I can have better dining experiences at others and every other theater in the area is cheaper for tickets. I could actually see an iMac movie in other theaters for what I paid for a normal screen in this one. read more

First time at this theater and probably last. The staff were not friendly or helpful - from the front door, to the bar, to the servers in the theater! The food came out hot but how do you expect someone to eat a pizza that is not cut. Server took our pizza back to cut but was very unhappy. Then we asked for refill and waited 18 mins. Maybe this explains the lack of people in the movies. I missed that there was 18% tip included so now very unhappy that I included more. Not only that, but when you order food, they don't think to bring you any napkins, so you have to click the button for something really dumb. Also, I bought a shake with Oreos, but now I see I should have ordered a regular shake because the Oreos were so large that they couldn't be sucked through the teeny thin straws they provided. Finally, if you don't pay with cash and instead use your credit card, they will deduct a random payment before you receive your bill. These charges vary because some members in my family have had $10 deducted from their accounts while others have had $1 deducted, but in any case, I believe the entire payment system is ludicrous. read more

Now that I've finished my residency I've been exploring the area a bit more and came here for date night! We absolutely loved our experience and liked this dine-in theater much better than the one at Disney Springs. The seats are extremely comfy and the tables have plenty of room to put your food! I got the cheese fries and sweet Thai chili wings and the bf got the mushroom Swiss burger. I also got a Rosé Rita and the margarita was HUGE. I couldn't take a before picture in the dark theater but I'm surprised I was able to finish the whole thing. I liked the cheese fries, but the wings were a bit tough and not to my liking. Either way, this is a great spot for date night, with that cute area by Margaritaville right next door to hang out after. This is our new movie spot! read more

One of the fanciest movie theaters we've been to in north America! Pretty great that our ticket was just $14 for movie plus push for service button. They also have daily drink specials which is pretty great. We went there on Sunday and got the $5 spicy bloody Marys! They also have self service for beers which I think is pretty great. I wanted to like this place but went twice and was dissatisfied both times. The seats were greasy and covered in food and trash. When we got our popcorn the first visit it was plain and stale. During the second visit it was beyond stale... we asked for more butter to try to help it but when they brought butter or oil, it was cold. When I say cold I mean it was sweating like it was in a fridge. Neither of us could eat it so I went down to the employee corner where the movie exit and trash is and I witnessed employees sharing nachos in plain sight. This is ok, we're all humans but why not do it somewhere more sanitary like a break room. They got us popcorn that was fresh after I told them and it was night and day difference which tells me they intentionally are serving old premade popcorn possibly days old. read more

The customer service and the food was exceptional everything was cooked fresh hot to order. Our cookies were still warm! By the way get the sweet chili sauce it's the bomb.com. Our waiter explained everything in detail and took his time taking our order and I appreciated that. We went on an opening theater showtime which made the experience more personal. Seats were plush and comfortable and the screen and sound were on point. The bathrooms where the theaters are have TV screens at the entrance of them so cool. Came here for a date night for the opening weekend of Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness. The theater is gorgeous from the outside, and makes a statement. Parking was full but we got lucky and was able to make it into the theater 30 minutes before showtime. The advance ticketing system was easy and seamless. We had no issues getting inside. The menu was a QR code, too. Chairs recline comfortably, and you get this little swivel table attached to hold your food. -I wish I knew- to get your 'dranks' at the bar before entering the theater. We waited about 25 minutes after ordering them to finally get them inside. It was mostly ice and watered down to my disappointment. The food was actually really good. Cheesy bread was good, I ordered the spicy buffalo chicken flatbread (which they delivered mid movie too!) And that was delicious. Crunchy, sweet, a little kick, but on pizza! I would have never known that it was all premade if the waiter didn't tell me (well maybe for the cheesy bread). We finished off with some funnel fries that were okay, but we never got the chocolate dipping sauce that came with it so maybe that's what we were missing? I couldn't take pictures of the food during the movie so unfortunately I don't have those. Overall a nice experience to have for a dine in theater. Not mind blowing, but nice! read more

Studio Movie Grill is located near the Margaritaville Resort on 192. It opened in 2019, so it is relatively new theatre, especially when considering is was closed for most of 2020. My husband and I just ventured here for our first movie since January of 2020 and we had a lovely time. Tickets: You can buy your tickets online with the SMG app, through a ticket service like Fandango or upon arrival at the theater. I like to buy in advance so I have more options for seat selections. Seating: All theatres feature reserved, stadium style recliners. The seats are top notch here and its one of the reasons I often choose this theatre over one that is slightly closer to us. Food: This theatre is full service. There are buttons on your tray table to call a server who will bring you drinks, popcorn, cheeseburger and fries, you name it. The drinks and popcorn are excellent and cost similarly to other theatres in the area. There is a small service charge for your server included. I've tried a few of the things on the full menu and they were good, but I really just like my popcorn at the theatre. I really enjoy not having to wait in line for my popcorn and having the option to have other snacks or even cocktails delivered to my seat. It does take a little away from the environment when the server is standing in the aisle with his flashlight, looking at bills and trying to pass them out near the end of the movie and that is probably the only downside. Covid protocols: So as I said we'd been here several times before Covid, this was our first time back to a theatre. We had pre purchased our tickets so my phone was scanned and no tickets were passed back and forth. All workers were wearing masks, but they were not required of guests. read more
