I absolutely love this place! They just got new massage chairs for pedicures and the staff is very friendly! They do a fantastic job! If a nail breaks they will fix if for you. I get the SNS dipping and I love it, it's my real nail but they are growing so fast. I have been able to get my nails done every three weeks, sometimes four, depending. They have a very large color choice and will let you know if it would be extra, but the prices are very reasonable. The employees are very accommodating and will have multiple people help if you have time restraints. There is a tv with interesting shows to watch and nice music playing in the background. I have been going to this place for over two years now and I am still receiving a great experience and quality job. It is very clean and they are flexible in what they are able to produce for your nail design/shape wise. They also provide waxing (for multiple parts of the body) if that is desired and ALWAYS offer a beverage for you to enjoy while you relax. The staff is courteous and kind, always. They accept walk ins and appointments. I can not tell you how many times I have had complements on my nails. I absolutely love coming here and having some "me time" while getting my nails done. They have many pedicure options (with a massage chair) and do an amazing job. They will wrap your feet/calves in a warm towel with lotion and the entire experience is amazing. My daughter and I went in for Mother's Day. We knew it would be busy but we were having our fun time. First we were sent straight back and told to have a seat. Water was running and in mine. No one paying attention to it. I was trying to figure out how to turn it off when a guy finally ran over and turned it off. And the water was very hot had to let it cook before I could put my feet in. After 45 minutes of sitting in the chairs out tech's finally got to us. They rushed through the pedicures. Mine abraded the side of my toe while scrubbing my callous (which is still there) and asked "oh did iht hurt you" as it started to bleed and then sprayed alcohol or something that stung like crazy later. I didn't get my full experience with the hot towel and leg/foot massage she just rubbed some lotion on them. Kind of a disappointment but my toes are painted. :( will have to stick with my girl in Marble Falls Walmart Lena. She doesn't hurt me or rush through it. We are paying for a service and should be given our full experience. And I despise having them working on us all the while talking to each other in their native language and not paying attention to the customer. I saw one actually answer his cell phone and talked for a while as he was doing a manicure. read more

Worst place to go by far! Went there for SNS the color I picked didn't even match the sample. She left lots of gaps and bumps from the powder and when I told her she got upset and started talking in her language. Will never go there again read more

Fair price and good service. Does not reek of harsh smells. The staff is very friendly and they are good at what they do. They spend a long time on the leg massage part which keeps me coming back. It can get busy so expect a little bit of wait but it is not too bad. I got about once a month. The facial room is a little bit of a let down with the florescent lights all of the products sitting out in the open around the room, but I don't go in there very often. Great place. read more

The atmosphere and location are perfect! The technician that did my nails was the worst I have ever experienced. My Husband joined me for a Pre-New Year manicure. We got in immediately, which was great! My manicure was finished before his and he did not have polish...of course! My technician cut my finger while trimming my cuticles, did not use hot towels and she put an extra coat on my right hand, so my nails are not even the same shade. I hope this was a one time bad experience but the technician was not in a good mood...rushed me through the process and did not care about quality service. I will not go back regardless of the convenient location. read more

I've gone here many times. Normally it's okay, but today I received the worst manicure ever. I was cut on three different nails by them over filing them. They also left excess polish all over. Sloppy job and super painful. Very disappointed. Now I have to find a new nail salon. read more

Pedicure was okay but the manicure was really bad. I asked him not to cut my nails down too much and he cut them down as much as he could and told me it was better for the polish that I chose? It was a light color and he only did two coats when I asked if he could do one more to cover up the streaky places he told me it would dry evenly. Of course it did not. There were several streaky places and obvious lines where he didn't try to clean my nails up at all. All around, the manicure was terrible. My pedicure was good, though. So at least there's that. read more

Lily has been doing my eyelashes for almost a year. I absolutely love them. I did it on a whim and am hooked! A little shadow and bottom eyeliner and I am ready to go even if I don't do full face makeup. No problems wearing my contacts either. She makes the process very relaxing and enjoyable. I got a new set of nails and within 1 week three of them were broken! The technician was off when I called to make an appointment to have them fixed, and I was told that no one else could do it because I was her customer. When I called the technician the following day, she said "who told you that!?" I'm too busy and I can't fix them for you. Went there today and came out with the worst nails. I asked for almond shape nails was told it was $5 more, no big deal. The guy shaped them oval. I had tell him 4 times how to shape. In the end they had a rough edge and none of them are the same shape. I had to come home a file them to a some what decent shape and smooth the edges. He didn't offer me water or wine and just didn't seem to get it. Total waste if my money and time. read more

I have had several manicures there but i never wanna go there again. They have all these men hanging and sitting in there doing nothing but staring at their phones. You always have a strong feeling that they are talking about the customers. Looking at them and laughing together. Awful service! Very unpolite people. read more
