However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.

Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

On May 22, I dropped my truck off at a prearranged time at the dealer to have some scratches and dings that happened on the lot fixed. I was assured this would be a quick turnaround. When Ken Grody tried to return the truck to me, it looked worse than when I initially dropped it off, there were multiple very visible defects in the paint that were not present before. This is a brand new vehicle by the way. They sent it to the body shop a second time. It came back to the dealership with more of the same defects. It went back to the body shop a third time. It came back to the dealership tonight, several days short of a month since I dropped it off initially. The body shop forgot to fix an entire area. Now it's going back to the body shop a fourth time. I've already made a payment on the vehicle and haven't even been able to drive it. On top of that: Since my initial negative review of this experience, I have been receiving threatening phone calls and text messages that are clearly coming from someone who works for Ken Grody Ford and wants to intimidate me into removing my review. I've never ever experienced anything in my life. It's shocking to say the least and my hope is that nobody else has to suffer through anything like this just because they decided to buy a vehicle from Ken Grody Ford.

He even stayed late a few times to make sure parts were ready to go. Every promise he made, he kept. That alone put them miles ahead of the other shops. Kris, the technician, was another level. I told him everything about the car's history with other shops, and he took it all in, gave me a confident smile, and said he'd get it running. In less than a week, he had it back on the road. This guy didn't just fix my car; he cleaned up the mess left by everyone else--reconnected cut wires, reinstalled missing panels, and figured out issues nobody else could. A lengthy review is definitely called for when it comes to Studio RSR for their impeccable service. For context, I work on all our cars myself with my dad but admittedly certain things are better when it's done for you. However, due to the outstanding work ethic at Studio RSR, I am a returning client who's had their crankhub changed, downpipes installed, stage 2 tune, alternator/water pump belts changed, and of course the installation of a Bomiz Exhaust. From the minute I called to inquire about changing the crankhub on the F83 M4, Dillion was very knowledgeable, willing, and patient to answer any questions to say the least. To add, he was intentional about making sure feeling happy and comfortable with Studio RSR was at the forefront. He also has been very responsive and great at keeping me in the loop always. That being said, it's hard to find honest shops nowadays not only with the knowledge that RSR has, but the quality of work they provide, and the work ethic of the staff who actually work on your car. The entire team at Studio RSR is honest and passionate about what they do, which makes me sold on choosing Studio RSR. I've had the pleasure of having both James & Chuck work on the M4 and both times I was again over the moon at the level of knowledge, honesty, care, and personable personalities they have. I feel safe in driving the car out of the shop and for once look forward to returning to have something done on the car as well, which not many people can say coming out of a shop. Given I am into the whole car scene/community, bringing your car to a reputable shop is extra important but also wonderful because you are surrounded with people who equally enjoy cars as much as you. With that, they are very honest with what to and what not to do on your car and the risks involved in the event you choose 'the wild side'. In other words they don't mind you picking their brain with a trillion questions just to give you peace of mind. In regards to turn around time, Studio RSR is quick with their turnaround time not because they cut corners, but because all of this is routine and passion for them . What is said is completed. Quite frankly, Studio RSR deals with clients from the high media people to regular people such as myself, and treat every client with the same respect and quality work. I would bypass negative reviews with RSR and see for yourself that they ARE the choice when choosing where to bring your prized possession to -worry free. Without a doubt, Studio RSR is and will continue to be my go to for the M4 and M3 and whatever other cars are in/join the family. That being said, I am scheduled to go back for installing Adro diffuser, side skirts, and a carbon fiber steering wheel. This should show you that from the most simple to most complex jobs, Studio RSR is the place to go and will become your go to place hands down (not to mention they have a racing simulator in the lobby ) . DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE 0/5 Didn't want to write this review but my car till today still has issues and parts missing off it... My BMW M4 was sent to Studio RSR for diagnostic and repairs late 2021. I had worked with Studio RSR in the past once and had a good experience but unfortunately this time it was an absolute nightmare to say the least. -Let me start off by saying communication with these guys is almost non-existent. They will give you so many false updates and lies. Once they run of out lies to tell you they will just leave your message on "read". -They try to upsell you every single opportunity they get. -They will do ANYTHING to avoid paying you your money back, like altering their invoices by giving you some credit to cover the fact that you have to pay tax twice. I even caught the owner changing my old invoices and making it look like I short paid them OVER A YEAR AGO then asking me to pay for it again. The look on his face was absolutely priceless when I showed him all the text, bank statement, email and receipts. -Robert AKA the owner is the definition of a scam artist. He acts like he's your friend and he's trying to help you but in reality he's just milking you of all your money. When I told him I wanted to take my car back and take it to the shop that was building the engine directly he told me he would give me a better deal because of the labor costs. So he put a -$800 credit on my invoice. The same invoice he cleverly taxed me twice on $13,073.27. Also the same invoice where he put less than what I actually paid him. Paid $13,000 he put $12,469.13. At some point in all this Robert told me I am lucky he isn't charging me storage fee for holding on to my car. This was because I would call for an update every week and they would LIE and say next week so I would call them every single week till they got the job done. (they never did) -The main mechanic here left and the current mechanics are not as experienced. My car literally had a ground wire connecting to my exhaust instead of the transmission.... There was over $1000 worth of parts missing off my car that I called them for multiple times and never got back. Until today my car still has electrical issues because it obviously wasn't assembled correctly. -Owner still owes me money that I over paid him for 12/27/2021 Dropped off car at Studio RSR 01/05/2023 Picked up car in this condition LOOK AT PICTURE. Was not timed properly and misfiring. Was left outside for over a year with the head off and had rust in my cylinder walls and now a dead Li Battery ($2000) that I had to buy. I cannot say enough good things about Studio RSR and the incredible service they provided for my BMW M2 Competition! These guys finally did Florida a favor and came out here to service the east coasters. Took advantage of this opportunity and got my crankhub replaced by StudioRSR and their amazing tech James. Not only did I get the crankhub replaced but I was also able to source parts for some transmission upgrades Dillon and Eric were exceptional with communication and getting me transmission mounts and a turner rear shifter bushing. Along with replacing the crankhub and sourcing me some parts, they also installed the parts and an AutoSolutions short shifter that I ordered months in advance. On top of everything mentioned thus far, they also found a leaking oil level sensor gasket and they were able to replace it. Labor wise, these guys price is unbeatable. Time wise, everything was installed and completed same day. Communication wise, no one will match or beat how communicative and informative these guys are. I also had the chance of meeting the owner Robert and it creates a warm feeling knowing this shop is owned and operated by enthusiasts with the same passion as many that own these type of cars. I recently took my 2024 45th Anniversary Toyota Supra to RSR Studio and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nick, who was fantastic. As someone new to the Supra platform and not particularly well-versed in cars--my last project was a DSM 1995--it's been a while since I've worked on my own vehicle. Nick was incredibly supportive, patiently guiding me through the process and helping me choose upgrades that fit my budget. We decided to start with dropping the car and adjusting the wheel fitment using spacers, and I've been thoroughly impressed with the results. Despite some apprehension due to negative reviews I had seen on Yelp, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. RSR Studio has proven to be honest and communicative, qualities that are truly appreciated. I'm looking forward to bringing my car back for more enhancements as soon as my budget allows. I plan on sticking with RSR, and hopefully, Nick will continue to handle my car. I'm very satisfied with the work done and the quick turnaround time--just an hour--which was perfect as I was headed to Mexico. I'll post some before and after pictures of the car soon. I usually don't go to shops to work on my vehicle, i either try to do it on my own, or where I work at. The reason why I don't usually take my car to shops, is because I feel like they're always trying to take advantage of you, make you feel like they know what they're doing, and you don't. Also pricing was one of reasons too. You have a lot of shops out there charging $100+ an hour for labor plus plus plus, so instead of paying 150 bucks for an oil change you end up paying 300 400 dollars, might as well take it to bmw lol. Now ever since i got introduced to Studio Rsr by one of my close friends, i have yet to be disappointed. There customer service is on another level, there response time is incredible, and there work is great. Ohh i also forgot to mention there pricing beats any other shop out there, and even if the pricing was higher i would still do it because of the way they treat the customer, which is A1. So the moral of this review, is that I recommend everyone that needs work done in there vehicle, to bring it down to studio RSR, because they will definitely take care of you. 1 Star - Proceed With Caution My experience with Studio RSR has been extremely disappointing. On July 10, 2024, I contacted them about a roll cage for my Lotus Emira. I was told they needed one more committed buyer to begin development. Based on that representation, I paid $2,200 and was assured by former Operations Manager Nick Aguayo that delivery would take approximately three months. After payment was made, communication largely stopped. Multiple follow-ups over several months went unanswered. I received one brief message claiming development would begin, but no updates followed. Phone calls and emails were ignored, including a promise in December 2025 that they would "get back to me," which never happened. After repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I formally requested a refund from Studio RSR and owner Robert Robles. Here we are two years later and I still didn't get a refund, no call backs after several attempts, and no response to multiple emails. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution and thoroughly research before making any payment. read more

I had my F82 in for work on the crank hub swap for a 5 car event in Florida. The sales director Dillion was very responsive through the whole process and helped me with ordering some cooling parts through them. I took advantage of their 50% off labor deal for any other parts or services needed to be done. They installed my full exhaust system and cooling upgrades with the day they did the crank hub! James the mechanic was really knowledgeable and did amazing fast work. He even went above and beyond and informed me of things previous people worked on like a missing bolt on my downpipes which he found and fixed for me. He also fixed my custom steering wheel I mentioned in conversation feeling loose. I can't recommend them enough to anyone thinking about doing a crank hub swap for the f8x platforms or any other work! read more

Originally I was looking for just a harness bar for my Gen6 Camaro, then Robert suggested hey we'll do a anti roll bar for the same price if we can take some shots. Great! They fast tracked the install as I had an upcoming track day plus fitted my 4 pt harness at no extra cost. Until you visit and chat with these guys, its hard to appreciate how knowledgeable, super committed they are with great attention to detail. To put the cherry on top of this review, and really highlight how these guys roll at a recent track day at Leguna Seca my brake fluid gave out. I cheekily asked Robert if they could maybe help, he didn't even blink, "pull the car we'll sort it straight away". I proceeded to watch 3 guys do a complete brake fluid change in less than 10 min. Studio RSR was better than great. I randomly purchased a charge pipe online from them not knowing it was discontinued. Dillan from Studio RSR immediately contacted me by phone to inform me they could refund me, at time I was underneath my car and didn't want to look into the competitors charge pipe. After mentioning the comoetitors charge pipe id be willing to purchase Dillan went above and beyond to make sure that I received a like product by reaching out to the vendor and setting up and completing the sale for me so that I could concentrate on work I was performing on my car. I had a terrible experience with Studio RSR .From the start, communication was completely unreliable. I had to constantly reach out for updates, and whenever I did, I'd either get vague excuses or no response at all. Weeks went by with little to no progress or transparency on my car's install, and it became clear that customer service wasn't a priority here. The lack of accountability and professionalism made me lose all confidence for this place. In the end, I decided it would be better to take my car somewhere else rather than continue dealing with the frustration. I wouldn't recommend Studio RSR to anyone. There are plenty of other shops out here that are far more trustworthy and dedicated to their customers. Save yourself the stress and find a place that values your time and your car. read more

Heard many great things about this shop and always wanted to have a trust worthy performance shop that I could take my car in to for upgrades. Dillon Helped me tremendously by answering my questions very quickly and helped me get what I needed done. He is very responsive and knowledgeable on what is needed for the job and great prices I first took my car in for lowering springs and a Dinan Intake , which I ordered the parts and they installed in in less than a day! I was informed they can order the parts for good quality + performance + price so now on my next visit I'm installing a VRSF Down pipe + Tune and getting my AC fixed. I drove all the way from Oklahoma to have my M3 upgraded with a crank hub as well as the installation of other parts. First and foremost, I would like to say that the staff are welcoming and provided me with awesome hospitality. Dillon was able to make things work for me given some unforeseen circumstances, and I was very appreciative of that. Customer service and communication was top notch. They kept me updated on the progression of the car throughout the day. The car was done the same day that I dropped it off, which was nice. Let me start by saying, i didn't have the same experience that many of the negative reviews I have read. I can only speak about our experience. Studio RSR has been great to work with as I got my roll cage and a few things my own shop couldn't handle. We did build a full SEMA 2025 vehicle (G80 M3) so there was definitely a few things that RSR helped with because of SEMA crunch. Robert has been great to work with including some of the other team members including Dillon. Dillon was prompt in returning phone calls and getting our car scheduled in on time. The best group of guys I've ever dealt with at an auto shop. Super friendly, down to earth, and didn't mind all my stupid questions. I hired them to change the crank hub on my M2 CS and took advantage of their deal to do a bunch of maintenance items. They did not tack on or recommend I do anything else like most other shops I've dealt with have done just to make a quick buck. They said the car was pristine and didn't need anything else, very honest group of guys and I will definitely come back to for any of my BMW needs. SCAM ARTISTS. Only does good work on their homies or famous people/people with high following- coming from multiple people I know that have worked w them. That's why they're getting sued lol. They are scamming my homie, @bupra_mk5 who is the nicest person ever and refusing to give him a refund. Not the only person that they are refusing to refund.. just look at other reviews. Recently visited RSR for my crankhub upgrade, downpipes, charge pipes, and sparkplugs. They had everything done within the day i dropped it off! Incredible work done by Cody who was the tech that worked on my car! He was very efficient and reliable! He also found some issues with my car and he let Dillion(RSR GM) know and Dillion let me know right away with pictures and a call so we could get that fixed. I was greeted by Richard and Dillion upon arriving to RSR and got great vibes from the jump. They kept me in the loop and gave me updates throughout the process. 2026-04-29 update…read more Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars. I learned that the clutch switch available to buy from BMW is no longer the one that works on my 2004 E46 M3. BMW is to blame for this one. I was able to buy the correct brown OEM E46 M3 clutch switch used on eBay for $125. I switched this out my self and this solved my cruise control and idle issue. Kevin and the European Auto Source team was able to fix the wiring associated with my rear parking sensor noise and passenger mirror tilt down in reverse for an additional cost. These items work now. I mentioned in a previous review that European Auto Source lost my garage clicker worth $40. This was my mistake, as I had it programmed into my rearview mirror. European Auto Source had nothing to do with this. When I came back in to fix the rear parking sensor and passenger mirror tilt down, European Auto Source said they were able to find my ash tray underneath my seat, which mysteriously went missing in my initial repair. I'm 99.9% sure that they found it lying around in their shop, and said they found it under my seat. We never moved the ashtray from its original location. But anyways, no harm no foul. All and all, I am very pleased. My total cost was $4,980.08 + $122.91 for used OEM brown clutch switch + $228.86 for rear parking sensor and passenger mirror tilt down wiring (PDC control module) for a total all in cost of $5,331.85. Compare this to $7,000 to $8,000 quoted from other shops, I am quite pleased with the cost and value, albeit it took a bit of communication and involvement to get there. Thanks European Auto Source!

I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.

I was a huge fan from watching all of their videos, only to be completely disappointed with my…read morefirst visit to the shop. I went in for an A1 service, and a full vehicle inspection (oil change, tire rotation, and full car inspection with notes). I also added notes when I arrived based on what I experienced with my car on the way there. (vibration at certain speeds/ odd thunk). When I came back, I was told that they did not do the car inspection, and that they drove the car around to try and recreate the notes, but said they didn't hear or feel anything. Christian also realized that they missed something with my car and rushed my car back to the shop cuz they forgot to do the tire rotation. So I had to wait another 20+ minutes after the initial 1.3 hrs. they've had the car. Other than that, no notes about the car's wear & tear, no other notes with feedback on anything else my car may need. We've had the car 6 years and I brought it in for the inspection so I could see what needs done, and save up for it. This shop couldn't even be bothered to give me any other notes about the car. Not even the windshield wipers or suspension which other shops would have been happy to point out. When I pulled away and left, the car's low tire pressure light came on. This was now a huge red flag. I came back asking to see if they checked my tire pressure. They said they didn't cuz I didn't ask for it. This is the most BS thing I've ever heard. I have never had a shop tell me that they don't even check for your pressure, and that I had to ask for it. This also tells me they didn't check any of my fluids cuz they didn't include any info, even tire wear levels in my receipt. I rely on my vehicle for my job, and with my life for safety. When they finally got this tatted guy to come to the car to add air to my tires, he gave me the dirtiest look as he walked past. I was not rude at any point, stayed calm, and asked nicely and politely. I left quietly as soon as he finished adding air to my tires. So yeah, not for me. I was nice, kind, patient, no Karen moments, just polite. They were careless, stand-offish, and dicks to me. I got a lot less for my money, I feel ripped off, and now I have to go to Americas Tire Co. to have them double check my tires before I drive from Irvine to Lake Elsinore and back, something I do for work a few times every week. Don't fall for the hype. William saw me a few times and heard my concerns, but never stepped up to help out. Great show of leadership and customer care there William. I got charged a premium only to do the bare minimum with no care for the customers. Such a disappointment and waste of time and money.
