Yessenia did an amazing job! She was friendly and professional and gave me exactly what I requested. I wasn't sure whether to go with lighter or heavier curtain bangs/face-framing pieces, and she knew exactly what would suit me when she suggested sticking with lighter face framing. She also somehow managed to style my frizzy Indian hair perfectly without using much tension on the brush, which was shocking to me. He's consistently late to appointments, regardless of the day of the week or time of day. It's usually at least 30 minutes, and there was even a time when he was more than an hour late. The frustrating part is that he isn't running behind because he's still with another client. He'll be out getting lunch or something and come back with a drink while I've been waiting. I find this really irresponsible, especially when I'm paying $100+ for a haircut that already takes at least 1.5 hours. I don't mind the length of the appointment at all when it starts on time, but the additional wait makes it difficult to plan anything around it. I'm always stressed because I either need to be somewhere afterward or I'm coming in after work, and he's regularly not ready until at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I think my last appointment was the final straw for me. I had enough time to take myself out for brunch and even do a little shopping at Pacific Commons, and he was still an hour late. I really like his work, which is why I kept coming back despite the delays, but I won't be back for a while.

Hands down the best Salon experience I've had! This review is long overdue. I've been going to Savvy Hair Salon every since they opened up their first location in Central Fremont. Three years ago they moved to fantastic Auto Mall area. First off, there is a lot of available parking right in front of the salon which is nice because I've gone to places before where I've struggled to find parking only to park far from the business and waste minutes walking. The atmosphere inside the salon is terrific. Everyone is super friendly and inviting. I've got my haircuts from both Linda & Joel and they are both fantastic. They are very professional and attentive. The cut is always A Grade. What I love most is getting my hair shampooed and styled after my haircut. Linda did an excellent job, thank God! I am very particular (like most women) and she listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. My previous haircut had some uneven layers (by another salon) and she corrected it and also my color was looking super brassy and she fixed that too! Now my roots are matching with the rest of my hair. They use top of the line products like Oribe and I finally got the chance to try and purchase Oribe from the salon. The salon is brand new and beautiful great place to relax! Plenty of parking and conveniently located in the new auto mall plaza. Definitely recommend the salon & Linda! read more

Giovanna did an amazing job. She was so honest. I had originally came in to do an ombre balayage highlights but after looking at how dry and dead my hair was she recommended doing an Olaplex treatment and cut to get my hair healthy again so that it is strong enough to do the balayage highlight. I also purchased the shampoo and conditioner and blowout serum that she used on my hair today. Loved the service will definitely be back in two weeks for my highlights!!! Thanks Giovanna! First off, I'm VERY picky and territorial when it comes to my hair. However, ever since I've gone to linda in 2013, I always leave the salon satisfied. She is the sweetest and is very professional! I had an amazing experience with Patricia at Savvy hair salon. I came in with horrible, dreadlocked and matted hair and she managed to comb it all out, plus give me an adorable cut. She was so pleasant and nice to talk to. My hair looks so healthy and shiny, and I've gotten so many compliments.
