My first time at a Submarina today and I had a great experience with the food and the employees . They were all masked properly and seemed to be in a good mood, accommodating and patient with me. I got the Peppered Cali in a spinach wrap, the turkey was really good but the lettuce was kind of old so it made the wrap kind of dry and the bacon is lowkey gross. Next time I'll order without the bacon but overall, the wrap by itself is really good, I recommend getting your sandwiches in them! read more

So driving around wanting a REAL SANDWICH instead in subway. Thought I'd give this place a try. The sandwich I got was California (bacon, avocado, turkey). The food was good and fresh. The food here is great dont get me wrong. But the service sucks! Every time I go in they give me a different story on the family deal and every time I ask to speak to the manager it's a different person not sure how many managers they have?!? But they won't allow you to speak to the owner of the place because according to there employees "the owner has asked the employees to handle all disagreements with customers because the owner dosnt want to be bothered" but there not very nice about taking proper action in the customer needs. read more

This place won us over by offering Squaw bread either sub or sliced, FRESH bean sprouts, FRESH deli sliced chicken (not those awful frozen chicken things Subway serves), fresh sliced deli cheeses, and their awesome Cucumber Wasabi sauce. They are a bit more than Subway, but they are fresh! Also, if you go after 4pm, their is a 2 - 6 inch sandwich deal that comes with 2 bags of chips, a drink, and any type of sandwich for $10.99. This helps bring the price down and be more of a deal. This location is my favorite as I found out that other locations do not all offer the wide variety of sauces that this one has. Place is always clean looking and staff has been courteous each time we have gone. We have officially said goodbye to the RUDE Subway location off of Mission Trail, and said Hello to Submarina on Central! Plus, their 6 inch sandwich fills me up by itself, yet at Subway, I could eat a footlong and not be full. read more

My favorite location because the sandwiches are always delicious and they are so generous with the toppings however tonight we received horrible service tonight. We came in and we're the only ones here. Not even a hello from the worker. I was making small talk and he wouldn't even answer me. No thank you or anything else you need today. He was so rude. There was another girl working who came out from the back and had the same miserable attitude. This was my first time going to a Submarina and it was awesome. Torie was so friendly and helpful, even though I asked a bunch of questions. The sandwich she made me was bomb, squaw bread with peppered turkey, havarti, avocado with chipotle mayo and honey mustard. It was a little on the pricey side, $10 for a 6 inch combo, but when I tell you this sandwich was delicious I mean it. I have to start by saying that I've been going to this submarina for sometime and never had an issue til today and issue was so big that I can't even do a partially good review. So my wife is pregnant and one of the precautions recommended is to not eat deli meat because of potential risk of bacteria but microwaving it for a few seconds can kill any bacteria that could be on the meat. So when we order food we order sandwiches we ask for the meat on the side to microwave it separately and for the first time ever at any submarina they said they couldn't do it. 'The bread factory doesn't allow us to do that. You can't sell bread separately' which I responded, you aren't, I ordered your ATC'. I explained why I was doing it and she said, 'yeah, I'm vegetarian so I don't even eat this meat; it's already got all sorts of crap in it and no microwave will ever fix that'...id like to just leave that there finish this review but come on?!?! Are you serious? Giving bull crap excuses, oh also saying lettuce on the side is allowed but meat isn't (that's interesting), and then to tell me, a long time customer, that your meat has crap in it?! Haha #HeySubwayTakeMyMoney . Oh and this gal only works Tuesday and Thursday's all day if the boss is looking to have a convo with her. read more
