From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with genuine kindness and made us feel completely welcome. She took her time helping us, never rushing us at all, and offered some really great suggestions that we ended up loving. Having been in the customer service industry for over 15+ years, it has become rare to come across someone who clearly cares so much about the customer's experience. Friendly service right away. I put a mobile order in & they checked in with me; letting me know they are working on the order. Sandwiches were properly made. Order came out very quickly. I am not a fan of Jersey Mike's because while the meat is fresh and ingredients good, it's just a little too plain for me. I grew up on REAL Italian subs in Niagara Falls NY. Mike can put oil and vinegar on the subs but it's just not the same. To me it's 1 small step above Subway. But 5***** because the staff at this location is so fast and professional! read more

Sub shops come and go. Does anyone remember Quiznos??? Gosh it was so good for a year or two Rember your first Subway...mind blown, Firehouse was delish and amusing, and Jimmy Johns tries so hard with speed an value two things they do great. I stopped into this sub shop again after a slight fail last week and my conclusion is who's next!!! It took forever!!!! 20 minutes in line but then less the welcoming and then yet another sub below. You feel bad for them but all I wanted was a ham mikes way. It was a chore to order. Go figure?¿? read more

Service was rude. White girl at the register seemed racist as she treated other white guest nice. (I'm Mexican) Then they made the wrong sandwich first and claimed I had said another one which made me feel uncomfortable. I know I wasn't wrong because i was on a phone call and the person on the call said they heard me say 43. I feel like this is a common work environment at Jersey mikes now. I'm from Corona and the one out there is just as bad. They usually hire kids who don't take things seriously and don't know how to act professional! Train these kids better as I won't be going back to any location after this incident seeing it's the same anywhere I go. read more

We came in around 9pm tonight near closing time and to our surprise, the store was very clean! We were greeted right away and a worker named Riley even apologized for a chair being in our way in the dining area. We ordered #7 and noticed all of the bin condiments, lettuce, onions, mayo, etc. were all neatly full and fresh!! There was a stack of bacon that looked so delicious. Sandwich making area was very clean. Employees were very friendly and welcoming, especially Riley. Highly recommend this Jersey Mike's! read more

So I ordered on the app. I'm on Clinton Keith so I ordered my sandwich on the app for a Clinton Keith pick up. I'm standing in store yet I'm not being helped. So I asked if they had one for me. Oops! My bad EVEN THOUGH I'm literally on Clinton Keith I'm technically not. I'm actually on Hidden Springs!!!! YIKES! anyway they couldn't help me. They did suggest I call the other store. So I stepped outside. Did just that. I called the True Clinton Keith store and spoke with new assistant? Or full manager Isaiah YAY!!! He understood and helped me through my dilemma. He refunded my money right via the app. It was super quick and for me I'm happy! I could see it right there in my Apple Pay it says REFUNDED. So I went back into the Hidden Springs location and was able to reorder on the app AT THE CORRECT location. Then a short wait and my sandwich was ready. I'm thankful for Mr. Isaiah his prompt response and understanding and fix of my situation just helped retain me as a Jersey Mikes customer. Good experience! Well make that GREAT! This store is absolutely garbage when it comes to Dashing. Doesn't matter if you have it delivered or picked up. They get at least one if not two sandwhiches wrong. The kids that work there talk more to each other and obviously get distracted and screw up orders. Customers come before your employees water bowl chit chat. I us to love this Jersey Mikes, but now I would rather go elsewhere for a sandwhich. This place sucks. A club sandwich is suppose to have bacon in it hence the name club!!! read more

I love Jersey Mike's, but this location always rubs me the wrong way. Every time I go in to order sandwiches for my family, I feel like I'm being interrogated. I can't eat bread I'm pre diabetic, I don't do sandwiches, but my family enjoys them. I wish I don't have to explain this every time just to buy a sandwich. It's been a at least 3 times I've gone in here to order my daughter a sandwich and they interrogate me if it's actually for my daughter or me, I'm ordering a kids sandwich since it's for MY KID. I'm not being dramatic, it's always only This location that does it to me. Do you want me to bring pictures of my children as proof? I'm over it will be going to subway or something else because it's not worth it. Or maybe I'll just start making them at home. Just want to have a break from cooking a dishes sometimes, and I feel guilty about that, then I come in here and feel like they think I'm a liar. Not worth it again.
