In Temecula for a soccer and 4 hours in between games, I wanted a sit down restaurant where we could spend some time. Where we were going to go had a 20 minute wait. That was too long for me. There were open seats at this other place across the courtyard. Sooooo glad we went elsewhere. To make this long story short, everyone ordered burgers and for some weird reason, I ordered a salad. The Baked apple salad with added blackened salmon was the best salad I've ever had. I was also told by everyone else I was with that the burgers were awesome. Thank you to all the staff there at Local Provisions for being so welcoming, and friendly. Can't wait to go back tomorrow I between games again for the exact same salad.

They would pause their work to pay attention to what was happening on the screen instead of focusing on customers and food preparation. The employees also seem very inattentive and reluctant to interact with customers. It often feels like they're more interested in watching movies and collecting a paycheck than providing service. The food is good, but the customer experience suffers because the staff appears distracted, disengaged, and uninterested in doing their jobs. I'd gladly return for the sandwiches, but management needs pay more attention to what the employees are doing during their shifts.
