We hired Suburban Solutions for a recent move from our townhouse in Yardley into our new home. We mainly needed help with all the furniture as It was all mostly large and heavy items that we could not transport (or even pull out of the townhome) ourselves. As soon as the team consisting of James, Yuri, and Dylan arrived, they were extremely courteous and professional in their work. They wrapped all of our large furniture very neatly and professionally as to not damage anything. They paid very close attention to detail and were extremely cautious with our belongings as to not only keep them safe, but also making sure not to scuff or damage any of our walls when removing the furniture from the old house and unloading It into the new home. They also worked very fast and efficiently and finished well before the estimated time of completion. This was very thoughtful and professional of them because we were getting charged by the hour and they definitely did not waste any time or try to run up the clock in order to charge us as much as possible for the move. Because of their hard and speedy work, the final bill for the move was below the estimated quote for the job, and thus, they saved us money at the end of the day. It seemed as though this company truly cared about the customer and not just making money. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Suburban Solutions. IT'S LOVE. My parents moved in with my older sister, and I needed to orchestrate their move but they promised me they would hire the movers. Except they didn't! So I need to find movers, last minute, for a ton of heavy antique furniture, multiple drop off locations, on a busy moving weekend. Suburban Solutions responded to my request for a quote, worked with me on the moving date, advised me easily, and understood the complexity of organizing a move for someone else. Let me start by saying that I hate moving. I have moved a lot in the past and while I never had a bad experience, I never was blown away by movers. Then I came across Suburban Solutions out of Southampton. They have an office in Havertown but recently opened a location up here in Bucks County. This was our first move as a family so I wasnt sure what to expect this time around. We were moving out of our first home in Langhorne to a similar sized home in Newtown. We did not have a lot of furniture to move because we were getting a lot of new stuff delivered. But we have three kids so we have a LOT of toys. Ryan told us that it will be a tight squeeze to get everything on one truck because of this but they were able to get everything on there with plenty of room to spare! They packed the truck like a game of tetris. When we got to Newtown the crew even put together some of our new furniture that they did not move. I was pretty nervous about using a newer moving company but these guys are pros. Not a single thing was damaged and the price was very reasonable. I guess thats why they wrap everything in blankets! I can't explain how much Suburban Solutions helped me through a stressful moving situation from Morrisville, PA to Yardley, PA. I had many complications on my end and from the time I talked to Ryan on the phone, until the time the move was completed, I knew Ryan and his crew were going to be able to take care of everything! Moving is one of the most stressful things one has to go through in their life, but Suburban Solutions made it seem extremely easy and worry free! My wife and I hired suburban solutions on 03/09/2019 to help us move furniture out of my apartment and a storage warehouse, and into our new home. From the start, Ryan was very helpful and accommodating in organizing the move for us and responding. James, Tymir, and Yuri were the moving crew that handled our move that day. They were outstanding! To my surprise, they managed to fit an entire house full of furniture into their truck, neatly and securely and Unloaded each piece of furniture exactly where I instructed them to! They were very careful and courteous in my home, wiping the mud off their feet every time they entered the house, and keeping an eye out when carrying the larger items, without damaging any of the walls or door frames in my new home. I've used Suburban Solutions for many moves across the Northeast and I've always been impressed. My recent move within Philadelphia was no exception even with a few hiccups that came up. When the managers of this division of Suburban Solutions realized my move was scheduled to be staffed by folks who were too inexperienced for a busy summer Saturday morning move, they actually stepped up and did the move themselves. And you'd think folks who haven't done a move in a while might be a little rusty but things went as fast and as smooth as I guess you'd expect from some moving veterans. I ended up paying less than half of the low end estimate that was provided in advance which helped me out a lot as well. There aren't a lot of consistently awesome moving companies out there but this is definitely one of them. Don't make a mistake by going with another company because they have a bigger brand name. Suburban Solutions recently moved my family from our first house to our new house. Right from the beginning, there was great communication and responsiveness. The day of the move, the crew called and showed up slightly early and got started right away. All 6 of their crew members introduced themselves and came off very friendly and professional. They were very attentive to detail with taking apart and wrapping furniture. They packed up my 3 bedroom house very quickly and we went right over to the new house where they proceeded to unload everything, asking exactly where we wanted the boxes and furniture. They put all of the furniture back together at the new house. Overall this was a great experience for the first time hiring movers. I can not thank Suburban Solutions enough. I was shocked how such a stressful job can be done so easily. This movers are most hard working guys I have seen. James and his team did awesome job. We were moving to Doylestown from Conshohocken and it was our first time paying for movers so we were extra nervous. Ryan in the office was really pleasant to work with. They charge by the hour and we ended up coming in just below the low end! We decided to pack ourselves to save some money but hiring Suburban Solutions for our move was well worth the money. We had a long walk at our Apartment in Conshohocken but the crew was prepared with plenty of dollies and hand trucks to make our move our of the apartment a breeze. The quickest and stress free move I ever did. I want to give praise to the Suburban Solutions crew that helped me, my husband, and dog move from our apartment to the burbs of Philly. I am a very busy fitness instructor and my husband had his birthday the day after the move. It was important that we did this in half a day, in order for us to have time to set up for my classes the day after is birthday. The last thing we wanted was to wake up and have stuff to unpack and clean on his birthday. Anyway, the movers from Suburban Solutions made this possible. Our move was done in 2.5 hours and we had to travel 30 min outside the city, so really it was 2 hours. They did everything by noon and we were done unpacking and having dinner by 6PM! Easily the best decision I made during my move was using suburban solutions, Ryan was super accommodating over the phone providing a quote in minutes which was exactly what the team stuck to. The movers arrived on time as scheduled and moved everything quickly and efficiently, there was no time wasted. The Team of Ed, Tymir and Yuri were extremely helpful and hard workers even in the pouring rain! We were quoted for 2 movers but suburban sent 3 and only charged us for 2 which was great. We also have a Piano that needed to be moved, but unfortunately was unable to because of the Rain, but Suburban committed to coming back on a nicer day to move the piano at no additional extra cost. This is the second time I have used Suburban Solutions for moving. The first time I moved from Broomall, PA to Flourtown, PA and used the team based in Havertown, they were awesome. For my most recent move the team based in Southampton moved me from Flourtown to Center City. Matt, Ryan and James showed up on time, were super friendly, and took great care of my belongings.
