I love subway, but it's their pizza that bugs me. It all started when I walked in the door. No. It was on the door, there was a pizza sign & I was like hmm, I'm in a mood for some pizza. So I walked in. I took my order but the place is so small. For the most part, it's pretty clean. The cookies are very good and delicious. I would definatly go here for just the cookies. Continuing on, I got my pizza and I took a bite of it. It tastes like CARDBOARD with cheese and tomato sauce. Wait, I'm over exaggerating. It tastes very plain and I rather go to Pizza Hut. I will return but not very often to this place. The sandwiches are delicious, but absolutely do not get the pizza- I'm warning you. For their sandwiches, there are plenty of things you can do with it, which I like. You can put avocado, etc. So long Subway, you deserve 3 stars for a decent place (: read more

I'm a big sandwich eater. I've gone on record in saying I'd much rather enjoy a sandwich then say a steak. We're fairly familiar with Subway and their 5-dollar-footlong-late-to-the-game-in-toasting business practices and this location offers nothing different then what I previously mentioned. So you may be asking why the 5-star rating. I gave this location of Subway 5-stars for one simple reason...and its a big one...it's open 24 hours! Yup! At what ever time your craving a Meatball Marinara or a Sweet Chicken Teriyaki footlong. You can come here and they'll adequately prepare it for you. read more

All employees are super nice and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. It's really clean. Pretty much a normal subway.

I came to this subway for the first time on Saturday 8/27 at approximately 6:15. There were 3 people working. 2 males and 1 female. When I walked in there was no one to be seen but the female making her sandwich for her lunch break. I wasn't greeted. One of the male worker's came out and grabbed gloves so I figured he was going to make my sandwich. My sandwich was great. As usual when I come to subways. But I was really disappointed with the customer service. I manage a store. So I'm big on costumer service. I go to subway a lot and this was the first time coming to a subway and not being greeted or the staff not being super friendly. That being said. This was the worst subway I've been to. Also when I was being checked out, the other male worker was in the back on his phone & I know because I could see him! If you want to go on your phone make sure the costumers don't see you because it looks very unprofessional. I had stayed to eat as I had an appointment at 7 in the area. I saw them continuously not greet costumers as they walked in. They weren't friendly. & just had that vibe of not wanting to be there. I probably won't come back. read more

Don't get me wrong - I LOVE Subway. I eat a Subway sandwich at least twice a week. After a few visits to this particular Brea location however, I know to go elsewhere. The staff is very rude and they make sloppy sandwiches. On one visit two workers were gabbing about personal issues behind the counter for 3 minutes before turning to acknowledge me. Management has obviously not taken the time to train these employees, as every other Subway restaurant I go to is staffed by very friendly and competent workers. Let's hope this one goes up for sale soon. read more

This subway made me hate subway again. The reason why I stopped going to subway was because of their bread. Started again this year and now I'm dissapointed for the same exact reason. They never make their bread right. I'm not going to any subway again for a very long time. Quiznos was way better anyways. read more

The sandwiches here aren't to die for, they are A-OK, and the staff here are friendly. But the thing that sets this Subway apart from others is that it is opened 24 hours! I walk in with the kiddo and we are first in line. The kiddo orders a ham sandwich on wheat bread plain with cucumbers. He gets it heated it up and loves the sandwich to death. The sandwich guy was really nice and patient as the kiddo asking for additional cucumbers until the sandwich was bulging. Stopped by today during lunch. Short story. My gf and i each ordered sandwiches. My gf and i were helped by a couple of young Caucasian man and woman that were doing well on how the samdwiches are prepared. This hispanic man comes out from the back and takes over and throws all of the ingredients on my sandwich in a very messy and careless manner. My gf and i compared our sandwiches and mine looked like it just survived a war and noticeably smaller. In addition I felt rushed by his uneasy manner and didn't bother asking if i wanted salt pepper or oil. My gf on the other hand was asked politely by other employ. What a stark contrast. C'mon guy couldn't you have spared a bit more time, effort and veggies. Sigh. read more

I work closer to a different Subway but my coworkers said this one was better. I came here for the first time and got a HAIR in my sandwich! I didn't notice until I started to eat it when I got back to work so I couldn't even inform them! SO GROSS!! read more

Subway is Subway but every time I have eaten here the employees have been so courteous and they always have a smile on. The produce and bread always seems to be fresh and the place is open 24hrs. A nice option to have for a late night munchie attack. read more

This subway has gone downhill a lot the past 3 years I have been in Brea. I was there about 7pm the employees were rude to the customers, laughing and joking around so much they weren't paying attention to what we wanted on our sandwiches. The trash behind the counter was overflowing and onto the floor. The staff seemed on concerned with anything including the fact their were no cookies and the bread was done baking and ready to be taken out. (buzz buzz buzz). As if that wasn't enough for one night when I set my fountain drink cup there was a nat in the cup. This happened right in front of the cashier so he took that cup and gave me a new cup. When I got my refill I realized how dirty this place actually has gotten. The lighting was either burned out above the soda machine or it wasn't on so it was quite dark. The area looked as if it had not been cleaned all day with trash all round and sticky soda spills it was insane how filthy and gross they have let this Subway get. I know the economy is tough but whoever owns this place would be ashamed if they would have been there tonight. Paying 4 employees to stand around and complain about their jobs and laugh and ignore the customers. I thought about filing a report with Management, but why so they can offer me a free sandwich or drink at this location. Never! read more

Not the friendliest or most comfortable location. While Subway almost always puts out a great product and experience, this location has had slightly less in the way of customer service. Nothing horrific, however sub par in my opinion. It is a somewhat dated location, which sometimes has air conditioning issues. This Subway is located in a nice and conveniently located shopping center with a couple of tables outside. Based on past visits, we prefer their other locations, just east of this location. They have better locations on Imperial and Randolph, near Jamba Juice and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and also at Imperial and Kraemer, near Walmart and Home Depot. read more

I had gone to the other subway and forgot to put the tuna on my mothers sandwich. On the way back home and noticed, I went to the nearest subway, this one, and pleaded my case. So I get these $6 Subway footlong coupons in the mail often. I went to this Subway tonight 12/18/15 and got a pastrami sandwich. When I went to checkout, the gentleman there told me "This coupon does not apply to pastrami!" I don't know the guy's name and I do not to be mean in any way. But just in case the franchise owner wants to know which one I am talking about, it is the Hispanic fat gentleman. I asked him where in the fine print does it exclude pastrami and of course, there was nothing there. I used this coupon for pastrami sandwiches many times previously in many Subway locations, including the SAME one before and never got this attitude. I told the guy, thanks, I will never come to this subway again and he just handed me my receipt! Awesome customer service!!! read more
