I chose not to accept his offer because a more professional response would have made a significant difference. I understand that accidents happen, but there should have been measures in place to inspect tables and chairs to prevent such issues. I would have appreciated it if he had considered compensating my meal, but he insisted that doing so would come out of his pocket. I wasn't looking for anything extravagant; I just wanted a more mature approach to addressing the dirty chair that ended up staining my shorts. This experience has led me to decide not to return to this location. I hope the owner takes the time to discuss customer service with his son and emphasizes the importance of maintaining cleanliness in the establishment. Accountability is crucial in customer service.
