The workers here don't know how to follow instructions. I made an online order for two subs through the Subway app. I specified easy mayo and I also added on the instructions to specify which one has less mayo. They didn't specify which one. Both sandwiches are the same so I won't be able to tell. I called them asking them which one is the one with less mayo and he said they would only add it if it was part of the special instructions. I informed him it was part of the instructions. He looked at my order and said they will redo them. When they redid them, the one with less mayo had almost no existing mayo. I said less mayo not barely any mayo. The lady there also had an attitude acting like it was my fault or something. It's not my fault you guys don't know how to follow simple instructions. In the end I got way less mayo then the usual "less mayo." It's ridiculous. So they overestimated what less mayo actually is supposed to be. I didn't end up calling them again because I know I'm dealing with dumb employees who do half ass work and I probably won't get what I want in the end. Time to go to a different Subway. read more

The most unfriendly workers I've ever experienced at a Subway. I wasn't greeted and they barely spoke to me at all. The gentleman making my sandwich couldn't have been more inconvenienced by my existence if he tried. He acted completely put out for a 6" and a foot long sub. You can only imagine how irritated he was when he had to get the cookies I asked for. Neither gentlemen thanked me or even said goodbye. If I would've remembered this lady from the last time I was here I definitely would not have came back a second time however, I really enjoy Subway and so I seen it and did not think about her. Every time I've been here with this manager lady with curly hair and glasses, she is extremely rude. Makes you feel like you're a nuisance just for ordering food at the job where she works. She also put an insane amount of mayonnaise and barbecue all over my sandwich. It exploded when she was squeezing the bottle and she did nothing to try and scrape any off. I'm happy to see Subway is an equal opportunity employer and allowing mentally handicapped people prepare such tasty sandwiches. I ordered a basic tuna sandwich online and added mayo and banana peppers. These preparers went above and beyond by researching how bad mayo is for health and decided to put chipotle sauce on it instead. I also did not receive banana peppers, as since it was hot out, they decided spicy foods would not be a good idea. They instead put cucumbers on it to ensure I stay hydrated throughout the day. Zero stars. Not friendly. But besides that she told me she could only put SIX slices of olives on my foot long. She said there would be extra charge for more! That it was "policy they told them about." However she piled on the pickles. Then my receipt shows $1.00 extra for "Cheese AddFt". She charged me extra for a regular (not extra) cheese, NOT olives. Extremely rude customer service by an employee of this store. I asked were was my cup to get my drink and she started cussing me about being rude! I have never been so humiliated in my life in public for asking a very simple question about getting a cup. EVEN if my asking "where is my cup" came across as rude, the employee should have not escalated the situation by verbally attacking me in front of a store full of people! As a manager in a customer service oriented bizness myself - you never attack the customer- you smile and say thank you for your bizness and de-escalate the situation. The owner of this Subway would be wise to train his/her employees in customer service- me or my family will never spend another dime in this subway which is actually pretty substantial- we live just down the road and generally have subway night once a week for a family of 4. To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Subway. There are several other sandwich shops I'd much rather prefer. Unfortunately none are close by work so I decided to grab lunch from here when I wanted something light and quick. I've been at this location a handful of times in the past and never had a bad experience. However, this time, I downloaded the Subway app at the recommendation of my friend and I must say, it was fast and easy. I customized my sandwich to my liking without the pressure of holding up the line or dealing with disgruntled workers (at other locations). The app notified me when my order was ready. They have sandwiches ready to go in baskets with the receipt with your name in clear view. It was great to walk in, grab your sandwich, and walk out. My order was made correctly and I couldn't get over how nice it was to order from the app. It's the new way these days and I'm all for it! read more

Subway is subway it's really good but the guy who made my sandwich on 6/11/23 @ 6:30pm was terrible. He Rudely asked what we want and was very short. When toasting the sandwiches he kept slamming the oven door. I understand if there was a problem with the over but he was slamming it out of frustration. Furthermore he took off his gloves to check us out and just ripped them off and threw them behind him. The girl he was working with gave us a "help" look she was fine but scared to say anything. Okay so I love Subway. But the Boat Club location is not it! I walk in today order the guacamole turkey bacon wrap and I'm told that they have since changed the menu and will only put the meat for a 6 inch sandwich not the meat of the footling that is posted on the menu board, which by the way, has been there since the first time I ordered the wrap. I just went to this subway for Lunch. The older woman working behind the counter seemed like she was in such a hurry. More than normal. Then two different times during the making of my sandwich she rubbed her nose with her gloved hand then touched my sandwich. I had to give some excuse as to why I wanted it remade by someone else. Very rude customer service. The young gentleman working there yelled the f word at me at least 4 times. The supervisor did nothing to stop the threatening behavior of the young man. I've never been at a 5 star subway but this one is definitely lower than my already low expectations. Some of the workers are rude and don't know how to make a sandwich unless you hold their hand the whole way through. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt especially when busy, but even on slow days they'll mess up the order halfway through AS i tell them what I'd like (they don't listen). My most recent sandwich came with a long blonde hair in it (which I definitely didn't ask for). If I wanted hair in my food I'd go to the salon down the street and ask for a sandwich. read more

Horrific customer service. I walked in wasn't greeted was asked if I am picking up a delivery(which I was not) then the girl decided to not help me while the other two were "busy" with things that could have waited till after the ONE customer in the place which was me. Hubby's words: Ordered a couple sandwiches. Asked for light mayo on one and regular on the other. The female on the other side of the counter laughed. I asked what was wrong and she stated they were the same thing. I then mentioned that if that was the case I couldn't have it because it would send me to the emergency room and she laughed. The staff employee then told me I could take it or leave it but she was not going to make another one nor was she going to allow the male employee there make another one. She spoke in such a condescending manner that I'm quite sure anybody else in my shoes would not want to give them business. I told her I was not taking any and her reply was not to come back. My family and I visited here yesterday and I was Absolutely disgusted! First off we walked in was greeted it and was just asked "what do we want"?. In the midst of my son ordering his sandwich a guy comes from the back already have gloves on started messing with the cash register start fluffing around and his hair and then thought he was going to put the vegetables on my son sandwich. I told him he had to change his gloves before he touched his food but at the time a female took over putting the vegetables on my son sandwich. Then when it was time for me to make mine another guy took the bread out put the meat on it put the cheese on it and turned around to do something else and a fly flew on it. After messing around with something behind him I told him I didn't want it because the fly flew on it and was still on it when he came back to it. The guy that was playing around in his hair had the nerve to ask me that I still want the sandwich!!! I told him hell no I don't want the sandwich because the fly was on it. Ok, my expectations for fast food are lower than sit down fine dining. So the worker I'll call Napoleon Dynamite kept touching his glasses with his gloves. Ok, not good, but fits in with my lower expectations. Then he makes the sandwich & at the part where I tell him I want tomatoes I learn from him there are no more tomatoes. Which if I had known that I would have chosen a different sandwich, but ok, again my lowered expectations have been fulfilled. So I go to get iced tea out of the container, nothing comes out. So I tip the container and almost dump all the tea out. The problem is it's full and the nozzle isn't working. I tell Napoleon and the girl with colorful hair. It appears they are less than concerned at first, but then I guess they thought I'd make a scene & the girl came over. "Oh, I don't know how to fix it." Apparently they don't have another tea container, why is that?
