Ordered here for first time today online because my daughter likes the veggie delight. Used app after playing pickleball at PenMet and then drove to store. When I got there the Manager was playing with change in register while employee was making a customers sandwich. Asked after waiting a few minutes if my sandwiches were ready and found out one was. After finishing with the customer the employee started again on my order while the manager leaves the cash register and starts making another order competing with other employee in same space making it take longer to make subs, besides having problem toasting my sub when just used on previous customer. read more

We've all been to those Subway franchises that fail to impress. I usually just go with it and accept that you're not going to get great service. Unfortunately, this Subway used to be great but today was anything but. I drove out of my way to go to this one based upon previous positive experiences. Today, I walked in before 11 and there was no one else in the store. The woman that helped me was clearly in a bad mood and was short and impatient. I've never seen anyone at Subway be so sloppy in building sandwiches. Maybe she's just having a bad day but the guy that rung me up didn't bother with a thank you or greeting either. I would have given 1 or 2 stars but I'm giving them credit for previous experiences. To the owner of this place- you're going to lose customers if you keep people that don't have customer service skills. I will try this place once more and if it's still the same, will go to other locations or other restaurant chains. read more

Today I took my wife and Grandson to Subway after church. When entering there there was a Sunday special 3 foot longs for $19. The only exclusions were the premium wraps and smoked brisket. So we all ordered sandwiches that were not on the exclusion list. And instead of being $19 it was $27. The sandwiches I ordered were not on the list of excluded items, I will be posting pictures of the offer and the type of sandwich I ordered and you'll see that it was not on the list but it was excluded don't think I'll be going back there for a while will be getting a hold of subway to find out what the deal is though because it cost me $10 more than what it should have Sandwich in question that I ordered was a cheesy garlic cheesesteak. read more

Food is tasty, and timely but on line ordering accuracy has collapsed. Always used a standing order. Worked fine til the last Last 2x. Paidg extra for bacon, but NO bacon; ask for MORE banana peppers but instead, NO peppers; ask for less jalapeños, but excess instead. Cant tell til you bite into it! One time's maybe a fluke, but 2. The Subway sandwich shop in Gig Harbor was great for meeting space. They allowed us to have their space for about 2 hours and it worked out really well for the group I had. It was late in the evening and so I was very surprised how fresh the bread was. I've had the experience of catching a meal at the end of the night with Subway bread and it's been too crust of your old. So the bread was fresh, the meat was its usual thin cut without much flavor to it. And the vegetables were fresh. Always feel like when I eat at Subway I'm eating a vegetable sandwich rather than a meat and cheese sandwich anyway. The guy who serve me was really a very sweet young man. He was patient, and took his time not just with me but the patrons in front of me. Subway is something I'll eat very infrequently... mainly when I'm in a hurry or having a meeting. In my opinion there are much better sub shops that slice the meat in front of you rather than the way Subway has it to me already sliced and diced for you. But, all in all, it's great because you can find one just about anywhere and it will always be consistent. read more

3 stars for being a normal Subway. 4th star for having a huge party/conference room. I come here often and have seen it being used for meetings, study sessions and children's events. Its nice to corral the children away from the main eating area. The turnover here seems to be pretty high since I rarely see the same people over time. read more

We just left Subway after placing a relatively large order that my friends asked for (7 sandwiches). There were two ladies (one seemed senior to the other). They were magnificent! They were extremely organized, asked me questions if I forgot something, worked in harmony and well organized way to go through 7 sandwiches quickly without missing any of my requests. This is my first time here but my father in law is a frequent customer. I really thought I needed to give them a shout out for an extremely well professional work. I have been to several subways across the US and this has been a very pleasant experience. Well done ladies! read more

Probably the best customer service I've had at a fast food restaurant. Came in to order a couple sandwiches for dinner and the young lady working the afternoon/evening shift helped me. She was an exemplary example of how someone can balance being friendly and professional. She even got me to try a new sauce (not an easy thing to do). I left astounded that a visit to a Subway could leave me feeling that positive about the service I received. 10/5 stars. read more

Subway is subway but this one seems like it is usually fairly busy, so they try to rush as fast as they can. The girl who was making my sandwich (veggie ) was also touching meat on the other side. I think usually other subways try to fix this issue of cross contamination by having workers purely stick to one side so their gloves only touch meat or veggies ( I actually don't know if they've been smart enough to actually do this ). This time it was blatant and I didn't want to ask her to change gloves which is my own fault. My sandwich was rushed, although it is just a veggie sandwich it's pretty obvious when you don't put enough in it.... Just saying although your line is long don't rush and be conscious that someone who is ordering a veggie delite is probably a vegetarian( don't stroke pulled pork and pat steak). read more

I've never seen a Subway with so much space: It was fairly large for a Subway. The dining area was clean, but when I went to the bathroom, I could visibly see neglected corners and areas, it is in need of a good scrub down. They seem to move a little slowly here, and they were NOT the best sandwich makers, seriously it can't be that hard! The lady took my banana peppers, and put a handful on the top, I asked her if she could spread them over the whole sandwich, because A. All in one spot would have a little more kick than I would have liked, and B. I want to taste them throughout the whole sandwich not in just one little area. She just looked at me, she seriously didn't understand what I was asking her to do. In the end I asked her to put mayo on and that was it. She put the mayo on, and then put TONS on mustard on the sandwich, I normally don't mind mustard, but I didn't want it on my sandwich. I really think that the employees are a little off here. They need to listen and pull it together, with a store that size, they should have been more full at dinner time, there was hardly anyone there, and I'm pretty sure that there is a reason behind it? read more

We stopped in at 11:00 am last Saturday to get subway sandwiches. This is our favorite Subway- we need to get one sandwich gluten free and they always take such care to make it as carefully as possible, while not making us feel like it's an imposition. Love that! Last Saturday, for some reason, there was only one worker on staff. His name was Brad, and all I can say is, he is amazing! He never lost his calm demeanor, even when the line reached the door! He just kept greeting everyone and saying he would be with them as soon as possible. I cringed when I had to tell him I needed my sandwich gluten free and he just asked me if it was for an allergy, then kindly made it perfectly. You have a gem for an employee. By the way, your cooler was empty and they said they didn't have any inventory for it. read more

I like this particular subway because they're always friendly, I am always greeted when I come in and they are honest with me about the products they offer. Unlike the other subways in the gig harbor area, this one always serves me a delicious fresh sandwich. When I go to the other subways, which I don't anymore, I only get sloppiness from the staff, and a lack of pride in what they do. I will always go back to this subway on point fosdick. The service is always what you expect from a subway and sometimes it's more than you expect. I am grateful that there is atleast one subway in the harbor that knows what they're doing and has a great deal of pride in what they do. read more

The space is very nice. The food was ok. I had a Black Forest ham, egg & cheese sandwich. It was ok, but it had a really weird after taste. The girl that waited on me was very rude. Very slow today. There's only one person working on football Sunday and many people have been leaving the line. I am giving this place a one star for one very simple reason - they charge me differently for the same order every time I go in there. Every two weeks, I order two foot-long veggie subs, and every time my total is a different amount. Last time, they gave me guacamole on my veggie sub - said the cost is included in the cost of the sub (veggie - $6 sub with only cheese as protein), and this time I was told that it is an extra $1.50 (very loudly in front of other customers). I ask the manager/owners to have all employees clear on the "guac cost for veggie." After all,no one wants to have an argument when they are buying their dinner. read more

I'm rating this place low based on the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was extremely dirty and not fully stocked. The dinning area was very dirty - probably staff mop the center, but the corners have never been scrubbed. Food wasnt very fresh - will not return. read more

It's a subway, but it seems that the majority of the staff I've come across are obvious snooty girls from gig harbor , and I'm from here, so I can say that. They are all teeny boppers at what is most likely their first job and have absolutely no clue on customer service. Rude, no eye contact, sighing when they hear the door open (right in front of me). They need to step up n their customer service training and enforcement ,. I hope management reads these and does something about the service. I go to blimp ies if I want good service, but they don't have cucumbers so I get stuck with rude teenagers annoyed at having to work. read more

My favorite Subway. Open and airy dining room, a separate party room with a television for those who can't do without one. Staff is friendly and efficient. And patient! I've seen customers make some pretty silly requests "More mustard!" followed by "Not THAT much!" And "Don't get the mayo on the meat, just on the lettuce." The wait staff just smiles and does as the customer asks. I saw a man pick up a huge order of sandwiches - over $100 and he didn't leave a tip. Stopped at Subway today to pick up lunch. Walked in and busy as usual which wasn't an issue in the past but today it was. Behind the counter were five teenage girls not looking like any of them were over 18. Where's the adult supervision/daytime manager older than 20. First impression is these girls aren't equipped to handle the stresses of dealing with the public in large volume, they need and adult manager around, an order got mixed up and everything fell apart in front of our eyes, it was ugly.. It was an easy fix, but not one person behind the counter held it together long enough to figure it out. Seriously!! I should have left but felt sorry for them. I didn't have a great experience last time either and was hoping to give them some redemption, but I'm done for sure. I refuse to do business with out of school for the summer teenagers, nothing good ever comes of it but frustration. While I'm at it, the prices went up and that's another factor. While standing there I noticed that the lettuce was turning brown and no one behind the counter could figure that out either... more happened but I think you get the idea.
