Went to the Broadway Subway location on August 2nd of this year. I don't live on that side of town but decided to try a different location just for kicks. Boy was that a mistake. I went there with a longtime friend. As we walked inside there were two people behind the counter. The man said he would be with us in a moment. The other girl looked like she could have cared less to be there and didn't even look up once at us and I assume she was making sandwiches for a drive thru order. We waited almost ten minutes before anyone gave us any attention, which was some other employee. Another person came in and ordered before I was able to. My friend had to sit down because he was shaking because of a medical condition. I had to order his sandwich for him. I ordered a roast beef and turkey. Simple enough for someone to understand. My next sandwich was his order. He wanted an Italian. I'm blaming blind stupidity on my own part here as my friend was unsure how to pronounce the sandwich he wanted on the board; he's special needs. So, for some reason he thought it was Italian, and I failed to look at the menu because I hardly eat at Subway and am unsure of rotating sandwiches offered. I had some other employee taking this order. It was like musical employees this day for some reason. The employee looked absolutely dumbfounded when I told her I wanted every meat possible on this sandwich. Every time I told her "All the meats" she looked at me like I was some sort of alien and kept repeating, what kind? I had to say this set of words three times before she could comprehend it. Needless to say, she ended up not finishing my friend's sandwich and some other employee did. Another thing that really bothered me was the loud music playing in the background. There's hardly anyone in your restaurant and I can hardly hear the mumbling young employees over the blasting poor taste of music. At one point I leaned on the glass to be heard. My own fault, I should have known better, but I wanted to be heard over the 100-decibel music coming from the speakers. When the employee was done making my sandwiches and rang up my order I couldn't believe the price. The employee told me that extra meat cost more. I knew that the pepperoni was extra but unaware that anything else cost more. I was livid that they didn't tell me beforehand that it was more money. I ended up paying 41 dollars including a tip which I should have never left, and the order ended up being just shy of 50 dollars for two sandwiches, one bag of chips and a water. Later in the day I phoned them and tried to explain my situation. The woman who answered the phone said she had just gotten on her shift and so she was not aware of what happened. She told me that a manager would get back to me. They never did. The next day I called twice and got an answer from nobody. I tried calling corporate, but you can't get to a live person. It's all automated. If you want to send a complaint on their website all you get is an AI chat box. I got as far as scan receipt. I'm not quite sure how to do that so I gave up. I felt this was the best way to air my grievances with Subway in general. Subway as a company is going downhill. When you can't even be bothered to print a survey for customers, that should tell you how little they care. I will never set foot in a Subway again. read more

Wow, incredibly disappointed. Ordered a Philly sub and I am not sure what I got. Was it even meat or bread colored to look like meat?? I don't know!?!? If it was meat, there wasn't enough to feed a staving dog. If you are hungry and are looking for bread and mayonnaise only, this is your place. Went there today they had two people waiting on customers drive-through was closed. I walked in to get an online order took it home to find out there was a tiny bit of meat on each sandwich see photo, very disappointed. I wrote a letter to corporate. Whoever is training these people is telling them to be stingy with their meats on their sandwiches. I've seen other reviews very similar to my experience at this particular store. Somebody will fix this before other people get skimmed on the value that they pay for. Today I placed a delivery order through subways app. When it arrived to my house I noticed two of my items were missing. ( chips and drink) I called the store directly to try to solve the problem and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and HUNG UP ON ME.. I asked to either have my order refunded or re delivered since I already paid their delivery fee. She got an attitude and started yelling and said she refunded it and than hung up on me. I was nothing but kind and sweet trying to help resolve my issue. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The sign says order here where there's a speaker. No one came to the speaker for 5 minutes so we drove up to the window where they made eye contact and just went about their business. They made eye contact multiple times and never said anything to me about holding or needing to come inside. I'm truly appalled at the service. This was a terrible Subway. The manager was extremely rude. The sandwich artists made a grilled cheese sandwich for our kids and then the manager swooped in and pulled most of the cheese off of it saying there was too much. Our kids were still hungry so we had to go across the street to Burger King. Somehow they also gave us the wrong sandwich order and the manager was extremely rude about the whole thing and we had to argue with her to get her to make us a replacement. Ultra super quick (like your being cheap) stripe of ranch. At what point in this order did you think I needed Jalapenos instead of cucumbers? This is not the first time I have had a problem with this same order in your store. The biggest problem is they are usually swimming in sauce. Hence the quick stripe. Subway does not have the BEST sandwiches in town. Gandolfo's, The Sandwich Tree, and Riverside Deli have the best bread. I went to this location to get a salad at 9:30pm. I tried to order the salad and the manager told me that everything to make a salad was put away for the night. What the heck!!! They don't even close till 10:30pm!! Also last I check subway salads are not that detailed. Aren't most of them made with all the topping from the sandwiches they make all day every day! So I don't know how everything was put way an hour before they close. I guess it was more important to stand around the last hour then actually work and make a salad for a paying customer.
