This was my 2nd visit. Both have been very good. I didn't know they made breakfast sandwiches. I stopped to get my 87 year old dad a sandwich and he said he wanted a breakfast sandwich. He stayed in the car. I walked in and the guy working was so nice greeting me before the door closed. I asked if they made breakfast sandwiches. Absolutely he says. Unbelievably poor service and quality. Placed a pick up order online. Our order consisted of 2 turkey combo meals with no outrageous "adjustments". Remind you, that online order is in a written format for clear communication. WRONG. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were told "we no do that here" (quote unquote) however, we saw our order with our name on a bag sitting on the counter. We pointed that out, then asked about our chips and drinks. This individual proceeds to tell us " we don't no chips" (again quote unquote) however, there was a row of chips in front of us. Scratching our heads we chalked this up as a language barrier and left. When we opened our sandwiches they weren't ours or there was a serious mistake. Regardless, our turkey sandwiches only had 2 slices of turkey, when we ordered "extra protein". We ordered light mustard and mayo, both sandwiches were FLOODED. No pickles, they had pickles. Asked for lettuce, no lettuce, and so on. Basically, we paid a ridiculous amount of money for a mayo and mustard sandwich. More frustrating than anything else is that we checked the receipt attached to the bag, and is clearly documents the order we submitted online. When we called to ask for a refund or have new sandwiches we were told "that is your order we correct". That's the last time we go there, and I want to spread the word. Use caution. read more

So here I am putting my sandwich in the oven 10 mins after bringing it home. This location needs help. I only order online through this store and still they manage to get it wrong. I ordered the new steak sandwich and I made sure to put toasted. Got the sandwiches home and they were refrigerator cold. Bread didn't look toasted at all. The last time this happened I called and they told me that I have to ask for the sandwich to be heated!! First off, I put TOASTED, secondly, it's a HOT STEAK SANDWICH. I don't know of anyone that wants there steak cold. I have had this issue with no other subway. I think they need more people and to train them better. read more

I don't typically go to Subway for any reason, but found myself here at lunchtime on a Monday because I was out-voted by my family. I won't go again though. The poor teenage girl who was running the entire front of the house by herself couldn't efficiently keep up. I could hear someone in the back clanging around and when asked about her getting someone out front to help she said she only had one other co-worker there. I don't know if the person in the back was a manager or an owner, but, it seemed like they had their priorities wrong. Customers, in front of you, should always be the priority -- not busy work in the back. I saw at least 4 people/parties leave out of frustration with the timing. I guess this business has enough customers that they don't care about lost business? Those 4 parties who left could've easily covered the hourly wage of a second person working the lunch rush. read more

Got a meatball sub today and it wasn't even cooked all the way, super shitty and disgusting.

Went to this location a couple of times next time I ordered a cold cut wrap. The first time I thought they made a mistake when they only put on a single (6 inch worth) serving of meat. the second time I ordered the same sandwich and again they put on only a single serving of meat. I asked about it this time as other restaurants of Subway in the area put on a double portion of meat and I see that on their website they specify a double portion of meat. I have been coming to this location an average of 2 times per week for at at least a year. I always order 2 x meat and my lunch comes to over $ 16.00 incl 2 chip and 2 drinks. Today, I got 3 pieces ( thick ) of Roast beef and charged for dbl meat. She acknowldeged the 2 x meat by letting me have the FREE cookie. We ordered 5 sandwiches and three of them had more bread than meat on the foot long sandwiches. Seriously, there was hardly any turkey or steak on the sandwich. It was like eating a vegetarian sandwich. Very disappointing considering what you pay for them. We went to beach hut deli the following day and had an abundance of meat on some of the best turkey sandwiches I've ever had. My advice is skip Subway and head the beach hut deli. read more

When this place started out, I would have given it 5 stars. No more! I always get the same double meat Pastrami sandwich. Less and less pastrami each time I come here. Worst experience Iv ever had a subway, first the kid behind the counter didn't even know what was on the menu, the sandwich I ordered involved him having to heat it up and I had to remind him of that, then him and his coworker proceeded to take three orders all at once, asking "do all of you want pickles, do all of you want lettuce" etc. then to top it all off, a man who ordered online came in and said he was supposed to get chips and a drink, they made him wait until we were all done ordering before they corrected his order..... I would never order through the app. I want my sandwich made in front of me. I usually pick up sandwiches for my family monthly but the past 3 times being there, their cucumbers have gone bad.
