I've been going to this Subway location for many years now, they have always had great customer service. I have met a lot of people that work at this location and they are all great people and make great sandwiches, with of course the exception of a select few. The am manager, i dont know her name, but would say she is 50+ years old, anyways she handled money with the same glove she used to prepare my sandwich. This is disgusting and considering they have an ample supply of throw away gloves there is no reason to not change it. Was a little disappointed with the attitude of my server. She made a mistake and put mustard all over the sandwich when i had just said mayonnaise, but that wasnt the problem! I was totally fine and understood miscommunication... when i told her i said mayo(there was a ton of mustard) she grabbed the whole sandwhich and walked away and threw it away. I apologized when she walked away, just because i knew it was an inconvenience. She didnt say anything and came back and made another sandwich. I could tell she was clearly upset because she kept sighing and when she'd cook my food(egg and cheese sandwich), shed open the door and slam it... like she had no energy for "dealing with me".... and when she got to the part where she messed up she practically yelled MAYO?? And i said yes.... I havent given any attitude or acted like i was in a rush... i don't understand why i get to feel uncomfortable in this situation. It's subway... The food is the same at each place. I gave this a low rating because of the service. It started out good.... We were welcomed when we came in. As I ordered my food it was clear that I had a newbie... I hope he was. It took forever for him to create my sandwich. In fact the 2 ladies behind me passed me, since their sandwich maker knew what to do. As I got to my location and opened my sandwich... What a mess. He didn't wrap it tightly and it was all over the place. As I gathered my sandwich back, I noticed he didn't even cut it in 1/2 after I asked him. I will skip this place and find a new subway... I rarely eat at subways but am fond of their sandwiches, brings back memories of my childhood when my mom would take me there......However the sandwich I got tonight is a nightmare! The bread is hard and dry if I wasn't so tired and beat after working all day, I would take it back . I ordered an Italian bmt on wheat bread and it is stiff and dry. Restaurant was mostly empty only 2 other customers and fairly Clean. Some tables and chairs did have Some crumbs and needed to be wiped down. Friendly staff quick service. My sandwich was made to my liking. I have 2 complaints however 1 is that my flat bread was way too hard like cardboard, the worst ive had at any subway and I did request it toasted. Second is that they don't carry my favorite drink half and half iced tea! I think ill try out the Flame Broiler next door before i attempt to visit again. Basically only come here because it's close to chaffey college... Seems as if the associates as well as the manager need to review the basics of food service. For starters as soon as you walk into the store you get a "hi welcome" but can't even really tell where it came from, could've been the creepy guy eating at the booth who knows, next is the fact that no one is making the slightest attempt to look like they enjoy their job, meanwhile Jacob is smacking on his gum (remember the manager still isn't giving a shit), they're switching around charging customers handling money then throwing on gloves. Out of probably the 8 times I've been here I've seen NO hand washing whatsoever. Gloves don't do magic.. I mean subway clearly has a standard for their food so the taste is pretty much consistent, but they're definitely lacking in customer service and cleanliness read more

It's 2 in the afternoon and this location still does not have meatballs once again. This is one of the normal routines that most of the current employees practice each day. The management needs to get their priorities straight with this restaurant. The floors are messy, The soda fountain serves watered down drinks, Why cant this restaurant accept any bills over $20? This restaurant is disgusting. I've come here several times within the last month and the knives are always dirty. I've already contacted HQ with a previous issue and it seems that it was not taken care of so now I'll bring my issue to yelp so it can reach people that may think about coming to this restaurant. For your health, don't. This restaurant needs a serious staff change. Everyone also needs to learn about safety hazards as they think it's alright to make sandwiches with the same gloves they used to handle money with. I'm also tired of coming here on my break between classes at chaffey and not being able to get my food within a reasonable amount of time. Every time I come here its a hassle to get my sandwich because there's only one employee making sandwiches when there should be either two or three and the sad thing about it, the manager will walk around the store and see the employee struggling and she still won't help. Been here a few times all the workers are awesome and super friendly and they have a super cool dude on the street I see every day dancing with a sign, one star off because it seems they stop cooking bread 1 hour before closing, so 3 of the bread options were not available and I was stuck picking a white bread. read more

Since they've become a 24 hour place though I've decided to go out of my way to come here just for the late night convenience. Great atmosphere, great service, great people, great food. I had come in and ordered a six-inch sub and one of the employees mixed up and gave me someone else's sub at the register, I hadn't noticed until 2 hours later and came back, explained myself, and they were so kind and understanding. Reading all the pleasant reviews kind of shocks me because my experience here sucked! There was two employees there who looked very bored and done with their shifts. Neither of them greeted my mom and I when we walked in. As we were getting our sandwiches made, there was two guys in front of us also getting sandwiches. One of the guys asked for the girl to take off some lettuce and she just put it back in the bin she got it from. He had a tuna sandwich, so she put some lettuce that just touched some tuna back in the same bin she was going to be using to put lettuce on other people's food!! That just grossed me out. After getting our food, we were going to sit down and eat. There is probably like 10 tables in the lobby at this location and ALL OF THEM WERE DIRTY. Considering how slow they were I would think they would wipe down the tables. The whole lobby looked disheveled and dirty.
