My family and I decided to come here the other day after I was craving a grilled chicken club and I ordered what I thought was supposed to be the grilled chicken club and they gave me the wrong sandwich which was disappointing, but as soon as we placed her order not the food we went to indulge on the Chris cuts, which tasted double dipped the bag. The human literally had a bunch of oil on it and had a really greasy gross taste, we were pretty disappointed given the fact that prices have gone up and food establishments for the chicken club meal just regular with Criss cuts is $16.18. My family and I were very disappointed with how the criss cuts came out because they should be making them fresh. They should not be double dipping. That's just a lazy way to get stuff done. Normally this place would be a good place to go for lunch dinner whatever you might be craving breakfast not in this case we were very disappointed with how the criss cuts especially given the fact that you want when you wanna have them it cost extra so it should be everything that they serve should be hot and fresh every single time not sure if we will be back, we were pretty disappointed with this visit. Carl's Jr.'s employees future reference. Don't be lazy make something fresh don't double dip you could tell by the taste shame on you. read more

My review is mostly for the drive-through. I don't ear a lot of fast food by my sons do. Every time I'm in the drive-through everyone that I have talked to from this establishment has been very nice which is very shocking for a fast food chain. Normally they're not that nice unless you go to Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out but everybody here in this establishment in this location have been very nice to me, they always have a great attitude. I love it.! They are also one of the fastest !! The food is out fairly quickly and it's always honot cold. I hate cold fast food and I know it sounds crazy but I have been to fast foods chains and in the drive-through the fries will taste cold ! Now in the location.. Overall customer service is everything for me. I don't care if it's Carl's Jr. or if it's the most expensive restaurant in the world if you don't treat me right I'm never gonna come back, so whoever is management in this, Carl's Jr. is doing an awesome job training the people because they're super nice to everyone ! I love their customer service here in this location and I will be coming back.!! read more

The employee was pleasant but when asking for ranch and ketchup. He said his boss is very strict about give out ranch. We are not from this city but spent the day at the pumpkin patch in Wheatland and we were starving on the way home. Also had to pee. I got the jalapeño beyond burger and it was SO Good! It hit the spot! My son dropped his cookie on the floor and they replaced it for him. They weren't busy inside but the drive thru was non stop and they were working hard but taking care of everyone. One girl Sandra clocked in as I asked her for a straw and she said yes but she went to wash her hands. I am very grateful she did that. Things like that mean a lot to me. We picked up takeout from Carl's Jr. today for lunch. It was convenient from where we were and, of course, fast. I had not eaten food from this location in the past. The meal was pretty much what you would expect from a chain, drive through hamburger restaurant. But, in my opinion, a little below average. We ordered a Super Star and a Famous Star .... both with cheese. Trying to watch our calories, we split an order of French Fries (small). Our meal was filling. The Burgers were on the cold side and the French Fries were not crispy ..... as advertised. The flavor of the hamburger was fairly good. read more

Pure garbage. Not the food (for what it is), but the staff competence. Absolute ZERO ability to execute any special requests. I ordered the Jalapeño Thick Burger (Bun, Santa Fe sauce, jalapenos, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, pepper-jack cheese, and beef patty). Easy peasy right? Got home and checked the bag to find a bun with a beef patty and a ton of diarrhea diablo sauce squirted all over it. And that was it! Nothing else. Just bread, diarrhea sauce, and a patty. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! Carls Jr seriously needs to hire better. Like McDonald's does. Hire college students and competent high school students. Not a bunch of derelicts. Wish i took a pic to post it. I like coming to this location it is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very clean drive-through they have the best hamburgers because they are charbroiled it's very great quality I always like coming here to get a famous star and I love the crist cut phrase I came here tonight and got the six dollar special which included a double cheeseburger french fries and a cookie and a drink My grandma also tried the guacamole hamburger and really enjoyed it The milkshakes here are very good they are homemade and have a great taste in great quality and I also have a good dessert options which is chocolate cake and homemade cookies they don't serve breakfast here all day only during breakfast hours I highly recommend coming to this location to get a great meal very friendly staff very great food I will definitely be back here very soon for more future visits read more

Ordered an online order from this store and arrived at store to pick up said order. Was rudely informed that my order was canceled, the staff there was adamant that my bank had canceled the transaction. When I called my bank they confirmed that the transaction was canceled but can only be canceled on the merchant end, when I told staff there they were rude again saying that they can't cancel transactions. After finally ordering and getting another order I find out that my rewards I had used on my first order got used anyways and I ended up with no food for that order. To top it off the food was cold when I got it and the restaurant was dirty and not a place I would want to eat in store anyways. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else. read more

He is always so polite, friendly & makes good conversation. I literally ALWAYS get my food fresh everytime i order. The crisscuts & onion rings are always crispy but not burnt, good sauce portions & piping hot patties! I tend to always go at night...Richard deserves a raise! Really great service, drive thru and dine in. Great spot to stop if you just need something to tide you over. :) Breakfast sandwiches can be a little hit or miss. I got 2 the other day and 1 was all dried out. I'm not a huge fan of the biscuit sandwiches- they seem to bready for me. Te breakfast burritos are the bomb! Great flavor and a good size- is highly recommend them. Lunch time they have great burgers. They also usually will have a limited release burger that just might hit the spot! Drive thru service here is fantastic! It's really the best. Super fast and accurate! I'll usually just dine in after late night softball games with a few of my teammates. It's pretty dead around 10pm but they are friendly and quick. They also keep it super clean and even bring our orders to us! read more

Oh Carl's Jr. what are we going to do with you? 90% of the time I come through the drive through I am asked to park my car and my food will be brought out to me. This is incredibly frustrating as the exit isn't near the parking lot and majority of the time I'm the only car, so they are only trying to help their drive times. The food quality has decreased while the cost increased, obviously this isn't just a location specific thing but highly disappointing. The chicken salad has virtually no chicken, hardly any toppings and is full of lettuce butts, I can't believe I actually paid for that! I would rather go out of my way to the Jack In the Box down the street and I can not wait until In N Out opens which will be right next door!!
