This review is not guided to the employees. Both were very helpful and kind. This is directed at the franchise. It looks nice and clean but if you look closely you'll see that it's pretty run down. They still have their 2010 aesthetic whitch I love but if I don't think has been clean since. The seems on the door and window were so dirty. To the employee who went above and beyond for my son, I am so grateful. Yesterday, Thursday 1/30/20, was my son's first full day of college. That alone is a stressful situation, but a couple hours after dining at your restaurant, he discovered his wallet was missing. He frantically retraced his steps and sprinted back to your restaurant with only 30 minutes until his next class started. While no one had turned in a lost wallet, one of the employees, gave my son a pair of gloves and accompanied him to the back of the store. There, along side my son, they sifted through the trash until they found it and he was able to sprint back over to the school with only a few minutes to spare. Your act of kindness helped my son on what could have been an even more stressful day. Thank you for going over and above. This mama is so thankful you were there. read more

Got a 6 inch veggie sub deal and didn't think it was much of a deal. I've bought this same meal many times on the east coast and paid half of what I was charged today. $10 bucks felt like a ripoff. This is the best subway I have ever been to. The sandwiches are the same as any subway, but the cleanliness and customer service is what makes it stand out. I called this Subway to order 2 platters for later in the day. The night before, I was on-line ordering the platters but was notified that I needed to place the order within 24 hours of the time I needed it. When I called, Carlos at Subway was very pleasant and professional over the phone. He assured me it would not be a problem to pick up the platters 3 hours later. I come here pretty regularly. The dude that works here (I think he's the manager), is extremely friendly and good at what he does. I've been to a few other subways in Rocklin and Roseville and for some reason they almost always make little mistakes, but I've never had a mistake at this one (except a few times when some new kids that just started working there were making it). read more

Certain subways are better than others. Some will give you a sandwich worth 10 bucks. Not this place. They skimp you really bad on ingredients. I mean I got a club sandwich, asked for spinach, they legit put 5 leaves of spinach on it. Ask for onion there was like 7 little pieces of onion. 4 cucumbers. On a foot long. It's laughable. This is the type of subway that confirms the stereotype. You pay 10 bucks for a piece of bread. Can't even see the sandwich inside. Workers are very friendly, but man it feels like a rip off here. The one by my house in Orangevale will give you an actual sandwich. Like the type you can't close its so packed. I'll stick to that one. read more

I will have to come back and update my review with names, because it's definitely certain people that make this Subway the best. There are 3 guys that work there that I absolutely love. They always make my sandwiches perfectly, even with all my nagging!! I have to have my sandwich absolutely perfect! They are always so patient with me. There is a woman who works there who is terrible. Again, I will update with names. She is horrible at making sandwiches, and when she puts avocado on mine, she doesn't spread it out... it's all in a clump on one part of the sandwich. Yuck! She is never aware of where she places things either... one time I got a sub and the tomatoes and avocado were just hanging off of the end of the sandwich. It's not a hard job, you just make sandwiches all day! But those 3 guys do such a great job and I really appreciate when they work with me to make my lunch perfect. None of the employees seem overjoyed to be there, but who would be? Especially at their age, as they seem pretty young. But, I don't come here for conversation, I come here to get my lunch and leave.
