I'm not one to leave reviews really, it doesn't look like management may see or respond to the reviews here anyways? A couple years ago this taco bell was better. Past several times I've ordered a chalupa, the shell is cold and underdone, and the nacho fries are also undercooked. Never have asked before today, but I know ya'll can totally fry a fresh shell if requested, I would do that for my customers when I worked at taco bell. Unfortunately, both of the employees in the drive thru this afternoon were lacking service wise, definitely not happy being asked to remake a fresh item (which should be the bare minimum standard anyways?). Not sure if they truly couldn't hear me over the headsets or just were playing dumb. I gave them the chalupa at the window, they waited a couple minutes; and handed the same one right back to me. I could not wait any longer, what was going to change anyways? Please work on your service, quality should not be this bad. This was, without exaggeration, the worst fast food experience I've ever had in my life. The service at this Taco Bell is an absolute disaster. From the moment I pulled up, it felt like no one had any idea what they were doing. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for several minutes with no response, then when someone finally answered, they sounded annoyed that I was even there. The order-taking was rushed, careless, and they still managed to get multiple items completely wrong. When I got to the window, the employee didn't greet me, didn't make eye contact, and barely spoke, just shoved the bag out like I was inconveniencing them. I tried to ask a simple question about my order and was met with attitude and a dismissive tone. The wait was ridiculously long for food that clearly wasn't made fresh. Everything was cold, sloppy, and thrown together like no one cared at all. It honestly felt like there was zero supervision or standards. Customer service here isn't just bad, it's nonexistent. No professionalism, no courtesy, no accountability. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, then management seriously needs to step in. My client ordered her meal through my taco bell app. There are savings on there and you get points towards rewards, like extra % off, which I still use for them when they earn enough points. On this visit, I pulled up to the microphone and let them know we put an order in on the app. She then told me to pull up to the window. That young woman at the window was quiet and kind. My client had ordered a steak chest melt burrito with extra rice and steak and got it grilled. She also ordered a beef crunchy taco with extra meat, cheese, no lettuce, and added onions and chipotle sauce. Her burrito was massive. Stuck to the paper because she got it grilled. When she opened her beef crunchy taco, all the onions fell out. She also ordered mild, hot, and avocado salsa, but they forgot to give her the mild & hot sauce. I am saving my appetite for later, so I did not order any food for myself. She said it was do delicious and even offered me a bite, but I politely declined. Thank you for remaking my mess up item, but I did not appreciate nor like the attitude I was getting from this young man serving me at the drive-through window. I came back to get my quesadilla rollup remade, I had called and asked if it was OK if I come back because I originally put no peppers in it and I changed the meat to chicken. I didn't think it was a big deal. I just wanted it to be remade since it was six dollars. Everything was fine. They told me to bring the receipt and bring the item back. My girlfriend and I brought it back through the drive-through window. Explained that we just can't have the peppers in it. One of us is allergic to it and we just don't like peppers in general. We gave the item back to the young man at the drive-through, and he just told us no he doesn't need it and he doesn't need the receipt. " that it's fine, just keep it if we want he doesn't want it".. We started chuckling and were confused because we obviously didn't wanna keep it because we came back to get the correct order and for him to throw it away so they didn't think we were lying to them or anything. He didn't want to take it and just told us to keep it which we didn't want to do so we got a bit upset about that and had to drive around the corner and throw it out.. We didn't like the attitude that we were getting from him and the mad stare he was giving us. This used to be our favorite place but lately there has been a lot of mess ups here with our orders on top of rude behavior lately. Not sure why.. DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE, DOORDASHERS THIS IS FOR YOU TOO! Yesterday, I placed a mobile order at this location. I had a very long day at work and didn't want to cook dinner. The online system said it would be ready in 5-6 minutes, perfect. I pull into the parking lot, wait in my car until it's marked as ready, and then I head to the door. Door is locked with a note on it saying the lobby is closed for "maintenance". ALL orders have to be placed/picked up through the drive through, even DoorDash and other delivery app orders. I pull into the extremely long drive line. It took about 25 minutes to get to the front. I tell the guy at the window, I'm here for a mobile order and gave him my name. He says the total for my order, I pay and ask if my order has been sitting this whole time because I ordered over 30 mins ago at this point. He says no, it was made 2 minutes before and I said ok and drove off. Stupid me. I decided to pull into a parking spot and check the order, should've done it before I left the drive through. That's when I realize: why did I pay again, I paid online?? CRAP! My brain wasn't fully functioning and I didn't even think about it when he asked me for my card, I just wanted food and to get home. The order he gave me wasn't even mine. What now? I sure as hell wasn't going to wait in that drive through line again. I went up and started knocking on the door. After a minute an employee came and asked what I wanted because they were closed. I explained that I just waited 30 mins for my mobile order and got the wrong food and was charged for it. He went to the back and a woman came out. I asked for a refund for the food that I paid for that wasn't mine. She was able to that and then told me to have a good night. I still didn't have my actual order at this point. I asked if I could have it, she handed me a bag and I asked if the food had been sitting this whole time because at this point it would be cold. This Taco Bell constantly gets orders wrong. They used to apologize and sometimes give you a taco coupon. Today my nacho fries supreme with no beef substitute beans had what appeared to be extra beef and no beans. After driving back and telling them what happened, they remade it but didn't apologize at all. They must get many orders wrong because they didn't even bat an eye when I told them. While I use the kiosk to order my meal, I always choose to pay cash at the counter. Times in the last months I have been left waiting at the counter to pay cash more than five minutes. So I've been following the progress of this Taco Bell during construction. Today is finally the day of their grand opening. I got here a little after 7 PM for a quick snack. There were at least 8 cars in the drive-thru line so I decided to park and go inside the restaurant. This place still has the new restaurant smell of course. It's a nicely lit and very modern design inside. It's one of the smaller Taco Bell restaurants that I have visited but of course it's clean and looks to be a nice place to have a quick bite and socialize. There were several patrons sitting down to eat and chat. There are two registers at the front counter. The counter was kind of sparsely decorated. I don't know if this is by design or is it because all of the "stuff" isn't in place yet. The kitchen in the back is pretty large. A nice menu board on the wall above the cashier is brightly lit and easy to read. The cashier greeted me with a smile and took my order. I made small talk and she seemed to be genuinely happy to be here. I ordered two taco supremes and a chicken quesadilla. My only gripe I guess was that it took 8 minutes to get my order from the time that I paid. There was only one order before mine in the restaurant at the time. I won't hold that against the team as it seems like they were still getting used to things. I am sure that with time, this will become an efficient restaurant. The most important thing is the quality, freshness, and taste of the food. Both tacos were fresh and tasty as is expected as well as the chicken quesadilla. All-in-all, this wasn't a bad first day for a restaurant in my opinion. I am glad that this has opened up in my neighborhood and it looks to be a busy location. What a great spot for them. It is located right next to a fire station on Wildcat and the Goddard School. It has a decent-sized parking lot with at least two spaces marked and designated for van pools and clean-air vehicles. It's been fun watching this place being built these last few months. Several months ago, we watched as the Goddard School next to them was built. Then a few months later, we were surprised to see a "Taco Bell, coming soon" banner on the street corner. A fast food joint here? But hey, it will definitely be convenient so close to home. I'm sure the Whitney High School students will love having a fast food place not too far from their campus as well. This place seemed to be built so fast! I guess I don't usually see a restaurant being built from the ground up, but this one seemed to be built lightning fast. Today (Dec 28) was their opening day, so we figured we would stop by, to support our local establishment. There were a good 6-7 cars in the drive thru, so we ended up parking and walking in. The dining room was pretty empty other than a family who had come with their kids dressed in their pajamas (I guess that's what you can do when a Taco Bell is so close to residential areas). The food took a bit longer than we were used to, but I figure they are still working out the kinks. Probably about 7 minutes after we ordered. The interior is nice and clean. It's hard to believe that this building wasn't even around just a few months ago! Food was good for a Taco Bell. Chicken quesadilla was good, as well as my Taco Supreme. read more

Today I ordered taco bell on the app for pickup in the drive through, when I arrived there the drive through line was no joke 10 cars long so I went inside. I got inside and they asked me for my name for pickup I told them Matt and went and sat down. After 15 minutes I stood back up at the counter where the same guy asked me again for my name I told him Matt again. Another worker hands me my cups to fill up with drinks. Same guy from earlier comes back out to ask again for my name. I tell him MATT. He then tells me there is no order for that name when their in fact was. I say well go look he goes we have no order for Max I say it's not for max. A new worker then brings me 3 full drinks even though they already had given me cups to fill. Finally they give me my food and of course they forget items. This location is so poorly run and they literally hire the most incompetent people ever, cannot even read orders write or hear a god damn name. read more

Let me tell you, there is little I love more than Taco Bell. Yes, there is better Mexican food around every corner in California. Yes, there is healthier food everywhere you look. But, crunchwrap supreme's will always be near and dear to m heart, and that's just who I am and always will be. With that in mind, not all Taco Bells are created equal. But, this location goes above and beyond. This spot looks like it's brand new, I have no idea if it's actually brand new, but if it's not then mad props to everyone who works there to keep it looking great. The inside is clean and pristine which definitely isn't always a given for fat food. I recently went through the drive through and they have it down like a well oiled machine. The people at the window were so kind, fast, and just generally nice to chat with while waited for my (very large) order to be ready. And when I asked for extra sauce packets, they delivered. Look, I'm not saying that Taco Bell is top not cuisine, or it's going to save any lives, but for me, it just always hits the spot and was more than pleased with this location. read more

You know, there just isn't that much open in Rocklin late at night, and if you're hungry and not in the mood to drive all the way to Roseville to get groceries to go home and cook, this is your jam. Located right next to the firestation on Wildcat, this Taco Bell serves local aficionados and kids afterschool. It's spacious with a good drive thru, and a good parking lot.
