I ordered a mcgriddle and hot cakes and didnt check my food as I normally do. When I got home I was dissapointed to find theybgave me a mcmuffin instead. Thats not why I'm leaving this review. When I came back an hour later to let them know and to get the right food the ladies working that day were very sweet. They even offered me an ice cream cone for my inconvience. My kids love to come to the place area in this McDonald's! Sometimes they even see their little friends here. There is plenty of space for me just to hang out in the play area while they play ! My kids love their happy meals ! if we don't go inside, I hit the drive-through I have never had an issue with any food here. I usually just get happy meals for the kiddos . Everyone is very nice and helpful I have nothing negative to say about this location. It's your typical McDonald's It's always clean the food is always consistent! We will be back to get more happy meals ! The place structure is a nice touch ! I know in the Bay Area they don't exist anymore! I had my location set on my app for the same spot I always go to (here) for mobile orders and while I was driving made an order and it placed it for a different location, even after I checked it was ordered here. I asked my location if they could take the order but they refused and said they couldn't refund or get a refund too (it was legit just a medium french fry and icecream cone). After reordering, which the app made me wait to do since my other "order" was pending, they then gave me extremely rude customer service and the smallest ice cream cone ever (see photo). Every Wednesday morning, my family stops by this restaurant to get some breakfast before we take my daughter to piano lesson. And there was no line AT ALL. I got a sausage McGriddle and a cold stale piece of cheese in a box on the side. There is a very rude "server" named Patti who called two little girls and Grandma (age 9 & 11) "liars" when they mentioned to Patti that their order was wrong. The rudeness and disrespect has to stop because if I had been there poor Patti and her associates would have the LPD called on them for verbal child abuse. One of the girls broke into tears because the girls and Grandma were called liars by Patti. Grandma was there but she did not hear Patti talking crap. Wish I could do a -1!!! Had a coupon from the app. I gave the code to the person at the drive thru. They said it wasn't for what I was ordering. I offered to show them the app - the person, Joseph flood, claiming to be the manager, refused to honor the coupon. ( have you heard that the customer us right?). Clean, newer McDonald's. Like Rodel's review stated, they have a lot of Asian employees. So if that's not your thing, you should probably find another McDonald's. That said, the employees are very friendly, whether or not it's faked enthusiasm, I don't care, I'm fully aware that fast food workers are generally not working their dream job. The lobby and dining areas are always clean. While eating there I noticed that they had an employee dedicated to ensuring the place is clean, this is awesome. The food is McDonald's, consistent with other locations, the temperature of the food is right and the portions are also consistently where they need to be. We've always preferred this location. There's some maintenance that needs to be addressed in the kids area, but overall clean location. They were recently closed for filming. I'm so split about this location! I come here all the time for a quick snack/sweets/coffee for the family. Let me start out by saying the morning crew is KILLER!!! They know how to be efficient while delivering quality, cheerful service!! With that being said... NEVER. COME. AT. NIGHT. The crew is careless, inconsiderate, and flustered every time. I've come here before their closing hour and they are REFUSING CUSTOMERS or have shut off a majority of their machines! We go to this Lincoln McDonald's almost every Saturday and we have had some problems with the food, but after this experience we will never come to this location again. We placed a curbside order and when all our food came out we found multiple pieces of hair in multiple places of our food. We went inside to get a refund for our food and they start going through the whole food and arguing with us that they don't see any hair. Throughout the whole time of us trying to get a refund they and the manager are accusing us of lying and that they can't give us a refund. Not only that them talking to each other about us badly in front of us in Spanish. Then when they finally said they need a receipt to give us a refund. They said that they can't refund us because the order was too much so when my other family member said why we can't get refunded for this issue so we can leave they ignored her and so when she talked a little bit louder to get them to stop ignoring her they starting yelling at her that she needs to stop raising her voices at them. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Everytime we go through the drive through we have to pull over and park to get our food no matter what we order. The girl in the drive thru has poor bedside manner and shouldn't be working with the public because she can't stand being nice. This should be fixed by management. This used to be a perfectly good McDonald's, but they installed do it yourself kiosks which are so difficult to use, even the employees have trouble with them. I wanted a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. But the worker stationed at the kiosk kept trying to order me a child's nugget happy meal. He did this over and over again. Not only did he not understand the machine, he didn't know the menu. I finally figured out where to look for nugget meal and tried to pay with my card. The card reader has a sign that says "scan" card. To me, that means swipe. But to them it means insert. Why don't they just have a sign that says "insert card"? Paying cash is a two step process that will require to go to the counter after using the kiosk. And if you get a drink, you'll have to find a worker to get your cup. As you can see, the new system is slow, cumbersome, and stupid. McDonalds is trying to save money by replacing humans with machines, but what's the point if you still need a human to work the machine, or go to the counter to either pay or get a cup? This is a big fail for McDonalds. Regarding the food, on my most recent visit, I ordered from the kiosk and specified light salt on my fries. It's nice that you have that option. However, they pretty much ignored the request and gave me cold salty fries instead. The chicken nuggets were also lukewarm. It was very disappointing that they couldn't fulfill the most basic principle of food service: serve warm food. It wasn't busy that day. They must have actually tried to serve cold food. read more

I am getting less and less free with my 5 star reviews as I see a difference in a true 5 star establishment, and a "good" establishment. That said I give them 5 stars. Mc Donald's is McDonald's, sure, but there are still huge differences between good ones and bad ones. Here in Lincoln for example, there are 2 distinctly different McDonald's.. This McDonald's has always been quick, accurate, clean, and with smiling helpful employees. They have a large play place with its own family restroom and large windows. If there is ever a mess, left by inconsiderate customers say, (rare), an employee will cheerfully come right away and make it disappear. That is a big one for me. Wi-Fi as is common to majority of McDonald's is readily available here so multitasking is effortless. They even do some fundraisers for local schools where they have teachers work registers and give a percentage of sales during that time to the school. Kind of cool. I'm not big on fast food or anything, even if I do easy allot of it, but this McDonald's has earned 5 stars from me for sure. read more
