This place always treats me nicely. Its clean. And the sandwiches are a really good deal. Not all subways have daily specials. This one does. Service is great. I couldn't eat my whole sandwich so they wrapped it up for me to take with me. read more

Ordered online through the app and never received a receipt or confirmation, so I had no idea my order had actually gone through or was waiting for pickup. What I did receive was the charge on my bank account.  I never got a confirmation, not an immediate response.  It didn't confirm anything, and I am on computers all day!  This happened on a Monday, and I spent several days trying to call the store. Twice I was told by an employee to call back in the mornings to speak with the owner. I work too, but still made multiple attempts--no answer and no voicemail. When I finally reached the owner and explained the situation, I was hoping for at least a credit or some understanding. Instead, I was told no because I called "4 days later," despite spending those days trying to reach someone. Very disappointing very rude customer service and frustrating experience. A quick call or message letting me know my order was sitting there could have solved this entire issue. I would not go there ever again. They are rude when you are there, and they have huge turn over with staff. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't' wash their hands or spit in the food! A courtesy call, anything...I mean it's not like their is a line out the door, they could careless! Eat healthy food anyway...artificial crap! Don't order there! read more

This is just fast food. The flavors are artificial, but sometimes you need something to eat.

I eat at Subways all across the United States and I always love the Veggie Delight Sandwich which is chock full of fresh veggies. I never have a problem with my order until I visit the Sebastopol location where the woman named Terri makes the sandwiches. The problem is that she insists on putting only a very small "topping size" amount of veggies on the Veggie Delight. Today she put the bare minimum amount of veggies on my sandwich and when I asked her for more she said no. I tried to explain to her that the veggie sandwich has more veggies than other meat sandwiches. The sandwich she made me was ridiculously small with almost nothing inside. She became very rigid and rude and refused to add a single additional vegetable to my sandwich. When I explained how every other Subway location gives me a generous amount of veggies, she said "well then you should go to another location." I left, I went to the Santa Rosa location, got a big fat Veggie Delight and then I came home and gave Subway Sebastopol a one star review. Showed up at 11:08am on a Saturday. Store was empty. Used the bathroom while inside the employee was screaming at someone on the phone i come out and a guy was ordering a teriyaki sandwich another employee was sitting at a table. I feel for workers who are underpaid but the environment was not comfortable also the shopping center is run down and lots closed businesses. Last time i was here months ago tons of homeless and tweeks in the parking lot. read more

This restaurant is terrible. I ordered a sandwich with meat, cheese and lettuce only and that's it, and AGAIN they couldn't get that sandwich correct. I've had more issues with this restaurant than I've had with any other place that I've ever eaten at before. Somebody needs to figure out how to manage this place and train the employees and have some sort of accountability and quality checkpoints in place. With the amount of times I've returned to have my sandwiches fixed, you would think that they would offer me a couple gallons of gas or maybe a cookie or something. This is yet another place that I will not be giving my business to anymore in Sebastopol. I would be ashamed to be called manager of this place. read more

2 1/2 stars. Taste wise, it's Subway. Biggest complaint is portions. Most other Subways pile on the veggies. Not here. I asked for lots of olives. I got 5. The manager lady/owner is stingy. Probably won't return as this was my 3rd time here and nothing is getting better. read more

I love getting sandwiches here, I've been coming here since it opened. It's easy, convenient, and fast. Most of the staff are very friendly.

There's a super friendly girl who works here, and always makes my veggie subs very well. Tomatoes are lined up, and she doesn't skimp on my jalapeños & olives. The employees keep the restaurant clean, you could eat off the floor. Always air conditioned, and the glass isn't full of greasy fingerprints. Adequate parking and seating. Winning. read more

2 stars for the current situation at the place. You know you can expect 5 star food items from the Subway menu so you go in and have a meal you've experienced better. This location is currently short-staffed, and too bad it's their fault for not offering raises and living wages that would support the sandwich artisans in return. It's not that bad until there's a boss with a very demeaning attitude to those who try to work there. Still; best time to visit is after 4pm when it's slow around dinnertime. Best deal is the veggie delight on wheat with no cheese, and I recommend using the text alerts (the code is on the back of the receipt) so you can get coupons by phone. read more

Tasteless turkey breast sandos. The teriyaki chicken was good. The toasted bread on all our sandwiches made the corners feel like staled hard bread. I don't know why this was different than the other subways we eat at. read more

So I usually like this place however today...you should no by now I try to be positive in my yelps ..so here is the positive. It was 100 outside and very cool inside and clean. So here is negative. I get sane sandwich allllll the time subway club has turkey ham roast beef NOT bacon. And then argue with me..ugh.get your menu right if you work there ..don't get mad if someone as nice as me advises the bacon is wrong. You will be yelped. I am sure owners don't really look at these but just double check your sandwich before you seal the deal. read more
