I stopped by this Subway today to take advantage of the subway deal on their footlong meal. I had issues on their app putting in my order and also on the website because it kept saying my cart didn't satisfy the coupon deal. So I went to the store to see if they can help. I found parking easily in the front because it was early morning. When I walked inside, there was only 1 lady working and she told me she couldn't help me. So I went back in my car and figure I would try one more time but this time put each item individually. That did the trick and my order went through. I went back inside and the lady knew it was my order. I was going to get a cherry coke for my drink but it was out of order so I got a regular coke. I took my food back to my work to eat there. I got the footlong all American club since I wanted to try it because I always get the oven roasted turkey. I thought the lady put too much mayo on my sandwich and I didn't really like the overall all American club so I won't order it again. read more

Guess I should have read my own last review. Once again, it was too hot to cook. Dear Hubby was will to go out to pick up whatever I wanted to order. I signed up for the Subway app to earn a discount, and the "meal" still ended up being crazy expensive for what we got. Despite ordering ahead, when DH got over there, our order wasn't ready. He reported that there was one young man trying to take care of all the orders by himself. To me, that reflects poorly on the management of the store, not the poor kid trying to do all the work himself. Well, everything was wrong. Wrong bread, special instructions weren't followed, the bread wasn't toasted as requested, wrong chips. Also, like what happened five years ago, the amount of meat in the sandwich was miniscule compared to the veggies that were the bulk of the ingredients. It looked Nothing like the menu photo, that's for sure. I rarely order beef, but the beef with garlic sauce sounded interesting for change of pace. I could barely taste the beef because there was so little of it that it didn't get to present its flavor profile. It just was a bad eating experience, and it sure wasn't cheap. The next time I get a similar craving we'll probably go with The Hat or Green Acres. Subway won't be near the top of a list of options for takeout. read more

Never disappointed with the Subway in Wood Ranch, even on the off chance an order mistake is made! I have a Subway right across the street from me on Madera, but unfortunately that location has been going down hill in terms of service and sub quality. The handful of times i've gone to the Wood Ranch location it has truly been a quality and atmospheric difference! The employees are always incredibly friendly, fast, and quick to correct any mistakes they might make on rare occasion. It's the little things like always smiling, putting off positive vibes, and even doodling on to-go orders for extra personal touch that make this location welcoming and superior. This location is small, but still has plenty of parking, seating in the community, and always very clean inside with air condition running. I appreciate that this location also uses their to-go order shelves unlike the one off Madera -- I always have to wait in line and proceed to ask for my order, but at this one I can quickly get in and out when needed! Overall, this is hands down my new favorite location and I recommend others give it a chance. I plan to start driving the further distance due to the outstanding atmosphere and quality of their subs! read more

I've eaten at various Subways for years and never would have thought to leave a review. The sandwiches have always been fine, and service was always satisfactory. Today I visited the Reagan Museum and wanted to find something to eat that was close by. This place seemed to fit the bill nicely. What impressed me was when I arrived and was warmly greeted at the door. I noticed quite a few new sandwiches on the menu from what I remembered in the past. Oddly enough I have a pickleball lesson coming up and noticed a sandwich named for it on the menu. I figured I have to try it. The woman putting it together asked me a couple of questions and then asked if I wanted all the ingredients as listed on the menu. I said yes (I am an easy customer). What really impressed me, is that when I sat down and took a few bites, she actually came around the counter and asked how I liked the sandwich. In all the years that I've eaten at Subways that has never happened before. I am returning next week with some family members to see the museum again and I plan on bringing them here. Absolutely terrible customer service provided by the owners @ this location. Placed an order online for two footlongs with specific instructions in the order. Picked order up before I went to work thinking everything was ok, I couldn't have been more wrong. Total fubar of order. Called and talked to a wonderful young lady, Brooke (I think), who was handling everything fine until some idiot took over. She refused to admit she effed up, claiming since she made the sandwiches personally they couldn't be wrong. She refused refunding $ for incorrect order and told us to bring sandwiches in to show her the mistakes. It took me 6 mins to drive back to the store only to find out she hightailed it out of the store 2 mins after telling me to come back and show her. She left the other young ladies take the bullet for her mistake, true leadership. Upon arrival with fubar order, Brooke again took care of me and the order. She is an Angel who should be running that joint. Left my number for the owner to call to discuss the horrible service his manager gave and I'm still waiting. I highly recommend going to a different location unless Brooke is working. If she's there, you can't go wrong, if it's the manager, lord help you. 1 star because Brooke was so great, 0 stars if she's not there. read more
