Pedro Lopez is the on site manager and works the morning shift along with Patty, Patty with Double Trouble and now Mouse has been added to the shift since attitude has left.. Great location as far as franchises go. Clean location, friendly staff, and great service. Only thing that sucks is the parking lot. It is pretty small and since it shares the space with other business, lunch times often leave you parking on the sidewalk. read more

I have lived nearby this Subway for years. It is conveniently only 2 minutes away. But in those years, the quality of service has diminished. Firstly, they always try get as many people on one order so as to fill it as quickly as possible. This is very confusing and frustrating as it requires me to keep up with two or more people asking me what I want. This has made it all too easy for mistakes to be made on my orders like the wrong bread, wrong condiments, onion when I didn't want it, etc. Secondly (and the most irritating), the general need to rush to complete the orders is rude and inconsiderate. Recently I went to get to dinner for me and my family. There was a fair few customers sitting in the shop but no one in line with me as I started to order. The moment one person stepped up behind me to order next, the server proceeded to rush me for my ingredients and literally slap them into the bread. Not only did I feel like I was in the way but they shoved way to much spinach and very little condiments in my sandwich. Subway always had fresh ingredients and amazing sandwiches but the service in this shop cannot be excused. read more

Wow so i live across the street from this subway i always come here 2x a week in the afternoon or sometimes more since i buy my little brother some when he comes from school . Today i went with my bf in my car , we got down to get a sandwich combo , i got the 40oz drink the guy who made my sandwich was name dete or doto something like that he is tall, and looks from india. I bought my sandwich filled my cup & went outside with my bf ! To eat in my car! I paid with my visa card! 10 min later my bf was hungry , so i offered to get him a sandwich i came back inside with my empty cup, and bought a sandwich!!! I was about to pay and i didn't have my visa card turn out he never gave it back in the first place ! He was being all rude because i was trying to refill my cup!! He said other restaurant do that but not this one ! He charge me 1$ extra i told him i just came back for another sandwich that i had came like 10 mins ago ! And i even had forgotten my visa card at the register ! And he gave me attitude !! He charge me for my drink refill again like ! What is that ? I was outside in front of subway ! This is my first time at this Subway and man is it the last I ordered steak & cheese which I do agree there wasn't enough lettuce but anyways the bread was cracking all over the place like if the bread was freaking old the meat had some very hard pieces which was very disgusting to me. But today I just have a question about pricing...either I was overcharged or whatever I tossed my receipt before I chance to look. I ordered the $6 combo with 6 inch sandwich chips and drink. Awesome. My tally always comes to just under $7 after tax. But today I added avocado and the price jumped to a staggering $8.97 I read online that adding avocado is 50 cents for 6 inch and $1 for footlong....what the hell was I charged? I asked the Indian lady why it was so high and she gave me an atittude and said U WANNA TALK TO MANAGER?! AVOCADO IS EXTRA! No thanks!!! I understand it is extra...but Deeeeeyum how extra??? Their food servers are very friendly and quick especially I always take the food to go running fast to catch my bus. Eat fresh and get charged extra. This subway location has terrible customer service. I personally enjoy eating subway sandwiches regularly as part of my diet but this particular location had charged me a hot meal fee when I was told there was "no extra charge to heat up the sandwich". When I ask the cashier Jitta why I had gotten charged extra his only explanation was,"it charges automatically" as he took my money instantly to complete the transaction. I am not sure if there is a language barrier involved with this situation because I have was trying to explain to him that his own employee had said there is no extra charge to heat the sandwich. I was baffled that he kept telling me to look at the computer register to see that it charged me extra! From my understanding when a customer is told that they would not be charged for something I would expect not to be charged. I have had better customer service at many other locations along California whom were more professional. I highly recommend other locations if you want to be charged the right price for their products and talk to employees who understand customer service. read more
