Customer service here is the best I have seen at any subway. Ziara really made my sandwich with perfection and every single bite of my steak and cheese sandwich tasted so fresh. My chicken noodle soup was hot and went great with today's cold weather! On top of the that, this location just feels so clean, has beautiful gray floors, and made me feel very welcome! Really disappointed in the service i received, especially since this is the subway I normally go to. This past week i went to subway, and i had a coupon that i was planning to use. The employee that took our order was a young employee with purple hair and glasses, very polite employee. However while taking our order another employee comes in with a very angry demeanor. He was a white older guy, probably late 20s/early 30s. He had a full beard, gray sweater and wore glasses as well. I'm not sure if he was the manager at the time, however he began to berate me for not knowing that the coupon was expired. Like, relax, it was a simple mistake of not seeing the expiration date. However throughout the whole time being there he kept REPEATING, "THIS will be the only time we do THIS." Keep in mind his tone kept getting louder and he would make pompous remarks like "should've checked the date" while shaking his head. Things were getting really awkward for myself and the other people around. This employee ended up taking over the order and continued "this will be the last time we use coupons that are expired" while scoffing, like if i didn't hear him the other times. The purple hair employee realized how rude his coworker was acting and apologized for their coworkers behavior. The ONLY reason i didn't give this one star was because of the polite worker there, that worker is great for deescalating the issue. However the older employee definitely needs to be checked about his attitude. Will not be going back here! read more

I recently went to this location. Staff is friendly enough but I would not recommend you go there. The place was so warm and the cooler where they keep their drinks was broken. I got a stomach ache after I ate here because I don't think the food is kept at the right temperature either. Like I said it was so warm in there. I should have trusted my gut and not ate the food because I had a feeling it would make me sick due to the temperature in there. Now I'm here with a stomach ache. I came into this establishment on Saturday. Business was slow so I expected some good service being that there was only two other customers already eating. Instead, I got an under their breath "welcome to Subway" and sandwich maker with messy hair and an extremely filthy shirt. She was terrible at making my sandwiches and salads, and just threw everything together with out asking what I wanted on them before she started making them. There was another messy person working there that looked just as bad. The tables were dirty, and there was a pile of trash on the floor like they started sweeping and forgot to pick up all the trash. Came to this subway with my family we got 3 tuna footlong and 1 ham footlong while we are sitting there enjoying our food my mom takes a bite out of her sandwich and a hair comes out of the sandwich witch didn't belong to her it looked like it was mixed in with the tune...my mom was so grossed out and the worst part is that she couldn't even go into the restroom to wash her mouth cause they don't have a bathroom witch sucks... It is o.k. for fast food sandwiches. It place get direct sunlight in the afternoon; and it gets stuffy. Food is prepared satisfactory. Sometimes the Subway staff do not clean up right away when customers leave. Food will stay on the floor. This is by far THE WORST Subways I have been to. Staff is very unprofessional and manager doesn't seem to care about any of the problems. I rarely go there but the few times I have gone, my order has been wrong every single time and I've had to go back. I actually was there today and got a footling tuna and as soon as I took the first bite, had to spit it out. It tasted and smelled like BAD fish. It made me sick to my stomach. I recently visited this particular Subway and was content with the outcome of my meal. I entered the restaurant at around 30 minutes after opening. Considering the early time, the restaurant was not fully presentable. The restaurant seemed pleasantly clean and gave positive vibes by the energetic staff working this early shift. Chairs and tables were all ready and functional for any customer looking to enjoy a sit in meal. There were no cleaning product in sight which was beneficial for the health of people and great considering the clean windows surrounding the restaurant. The ceiling fans were also surprisingly clean considering the difficulty of reaching them at such a high distance, and portrayed the professionalism of the employees and managerial workers. While ordering food, I was properly greeted and felt happy to be ordering food at this particular restaurant. I ordered a 12 inch chicken breast sub sandwich and was happy with the outcome of how toasted the bread and cheese was. Often times the bread is toasted too much, or under toasted in other restaurants. The only problem that caught my attention was the flooding of lettuce, as if it were more of a salad. When there is too much stuffed into the sandwich, the bread can sometimes tear, but not in this case. While eating the sandwich, the fruits and vegetables seemed very fresh and crisp. In all honesty, this was probably one of the freshest sandwich I have ever consumed from a Subway restaurant. I plan to be visiting this restaurant very soon. read more
