If you didn't already know, KT is considered an upscale restaurant specializing in traditional Korean cuisine. The Wagyu beef dishes and the premium tofu soups will leave you craving for more. Due to the high ratings and non stop foot traffic, reservations are highly recommended and come here expecting a wait regardless of doing so. Lunch: *Sikhye Pumpkin- Korean Sweet Drink *Abalone Galbi Tang *Spicy Wagyu Oxtail Jjim [medium spice level] *Japchae *Chinese Date Dessert Thank you to Ms. Jennifer for being so patient, helpful, and informative with the menu and its offerings. Your input did not fail and your attentive service is unmatched. Food: Everything was delicious, including all 10 of the different banchan provided. My most enjoyed sides were: seasoned squid, pickled radish cubes, & the crunchy root. The japchae was good- nothing great. The best part of this dish was the thick chewy noodles, flavors were alright. The abalone galbi tang was delicious- the broth was clean, beefy, and deep in flavor. The huge chunks of meat were tender, falling right off the bones. The spicy wagyu oxtail jjim was the highlight of my meal. Oxtails were cooked to perfection- tender, gelatinous in the right places. The sauce was rich, flavorful and tasted so good smothered over the purple rice. 10/10, I would recommend the oxtail jjim to everyone! 5/5 stars for the yummy eats. Pricing is kind of high IMO and the portions are small but the high quality and delectable taste is undeniable. Another 5/5 stars for the staff who is all so very kind and pleasant. Jennifer, you honestly made our very first visit so memorable. We cannot thank you enough for your time & sweet service. ** I'M A FAN, Y'ALL!! I guarantee you will be too!!**

Not sure if there is specific water for each row of table booths. This is basic. Come on! Seafood pancake: It wasnt anything spectacular. Maybe, my expectation was higher for this dish since its one of my favorite. Bulgogi: This was really good. Sauce and flavor on the meat is just right and not overpowering with sauce or greasy with common korean palces. Tender too! Seafood soup: This was really good both and fair amount of seafood in there. The flavor of the broth itself is savory and not the typical korean soup taste I have come to expect in a good way. Was just disappointed with the service.

It just happened to be today that we got to go visit one and I was pleasantly surprised. From the quality and speed of the food to the prompt service, my visit exceeded my expectations. Firstly, their Signature Udon, it's not like anything I've ever experienced and it was great! That creaminess, that umami-ness, that well balanced saltiness, it was very good and I'd definitely get it again. My wife got the Tonkatsu Udon and that in itself was very good. It wasn't just replacing ramen with udon noodles, it was more to enhance and make it all work. We ordered a kids udon and the quality of the fried corn and multiple items prepared seemed thoughtful. We also ordered the Udon Meshi, which was good, but the other items shined. Service was great. Granted, we were the first in the door, but we were greeted by multiple wait staff and water level was always kept above half. The restaurant itself has great ambiance. Tables that seat many people comfortable and some tables that allow for a more romantic setting. Parking may get tricky, but a worthy spot to visit.

I will say that sometimes their broth is a bit spicier than described, so just keep that in mind! You can always spice it up with the sauce bar if it's not spicy enough for you. The service is usually fairly good. It's self serve while you build your bowl of toppings, most of the service is at the beginning then just refilling water and giving you a to go container. It gets pretty busy, so it can be noisy and a bit of a tight squeeze between tables. The wait isn't too bad though because there's a lot of tables!

My daughter couldn't resist trying everything and her mix dry pot was over two pounds. She took leftovers home. I selected 4 beef rolls, half a tube of soft tofu, two shrimps with the head, two lobster/crab fish balls, two types of mushrooms, baby bok choy, broccoli, and achoy. It came up to 1 pound 4 ounces and I selected the tom yum soup. It was a little salty but delicious and more than enough for one meal. I dipped it in chili sauce for added spice. There was a spice center with different spices, green onions, & sauces. It is one pound minimum for $14.99 lb. I was super full. Next time, I would take half of it home. Service was great. We walked up to sign in and they asked how many and gave us a table. We filled our bowls and someone was sitting at the assigned table. The cashier had someone move them so we were all good. The place is actually clean considering all the different bowls of raw ingredients to choose from. Tables were white with plastic orange/black bowls, chopsticks, and orange plastic spoons. It took less than 10 minutes for our bowls. Everything was hot & heated thru. They also refilled water. Employees weren't overly talkative but they were polite.

The wait is always not too bad (usually max 30 mins) which goes to show how fast the service is. The menu is pretty simple but always really good. Banchan - 10/10. Refillable banchan is always amazing but it's even better when it's all my favorites. I love the radish, kimchi and cucumber banchans the most and this is exactly what they have. It is so refreshing and adds a lot of flavor. Bibim naengmyeon - 10/10. The noodles are chewy and refreshing. They do not skimp out on the toppings. AND the spice is totally doable. My personal favorite part is always the combination of the banchan and the noodles. SO GOOD. Seolleongtang - 10/10. I love how hearty this meal is and how it never fails to warm me up from the inside out. This is the perfect comfort meal. The meat is also so tender and the noodles really soak up that broth. The broth is the best part, you can season it to your own taste but the base itself is already pretty great! Very savory. And the plus is that they give free yakult at the end when you pay so it's a cute lil free sweet treat to enjoy!
