I looked and looked for a spot to being my friends to from out of town.. we actually set out to get El Vez down the street but the reservations were too long and we were STARVING!! anywho, we found this place on a whim and it was the highlight of our night. literally NO complaints. our server Nicky was a HUGE part of it!!!! she was nice and sent us all the right recommendations. I have waited 3 weeks to write this review. I was patiently hoping that I wouldn't need to. After leaving a 20 perfect tip, I later realized a 20 percent tip was already included in bill. The bill gave me an option to leave a tip with the amount already figured out according to which percent we wanted to leave. If a restaurant is going to include a tip for large parties they should not display the different amounts you can check off for the tip. Our waitress ended up with not just a additional 20 percent on the bill but with 20 percent more than our actual bill!!! So I tipped on the bill that included my tip! ugh!! i called immediately after realizing this and was told their accountant would return my call . Well, that never happened! I called 2 more times and no one ever got back to me!! What a horrible and unprofessional business!! I am now trying to dispute this with my credit card company!! I would never go back and will continue to discourage anyone from patronizing this restaurant. Oh and the food is nothing special. I would say 3 out of 5 stars for the food. read more

Everything I attempted to order I was told that they had to check to see if they could do it, or had it. Waitress was not attentive walked past several times and didn't even stop to take our order or bring water. Happy hour may be fine for a quick drink, but nothing more. I haven't seen someone so rude as a server. We had to ask sides to our meals about three different times in order to get them. She didn't even want to come back to our table to serve us, sent a male bartender to ask us what if there were any problems and he could get us anything. The kitchen closed and we wanted desert and she didn't even tell us it was closing and just brought out the check to us, without asking if we needed anything else or even if our food was good. We wish gratuity wasn't included because she did not deserve that high of a tip. This is coming from servers ourselves. If you go here do not get Jennifer as a server. My bf and I came here with a couple friends bc of the margaritas towers and were so excited until we were told they no longer serve margarita towers. Honestly not worth it. Food and drinks are average but the worst part is the service/check situation. I called them earlier to make sure they did happy hour and they said yes but didn't mention to me that it was at the bar only (had I known I wouldn't have even gone). We still sat down and ordered and when the bill came we split it between two cards. When we got our checks we saw that she put the entire charge on one card and then half the charge on another card??? When we talked to the server she told us it was some prior authorization but she actually just charged us wrong. Then we spoke to the manager Megan who re charged us the correct amount and said to keep an eye on our credit card statements and if anything was wrong to call her. The week after we both checked our cards and were double charged. When we tried calling the number she gave us it didn't work. So basically not worth the effort. read more

Went to this place with my girlfriend because she saw it on tik tok. Because of this, we never actually looked at the google and yelp reviews which was our first mistake.....Place had a nice atmosphere and decent food but that wasn't enough to cover up the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Me and my girlfriend purposely went during happy hour and sat at a table. EVERY TABLE IN THE BUILDING HAD A HAPPY HOUR MENU ON IT. So me and my girlfriend naturally order a bunch of stuff off the menu including tacos, nachos and guacamole which were all admittedly good. As well as a strawberry margarita pitcher that maybe held 4 total small margaritas advertised on the happy hour menu as a reasonable $15. But the issue began when the check came. Apparently "happy hour only applies to people sitting at the bar". No where on the happy hour menu that was on our table did it say that. Our waitress (I think purposely) did not notify us of this when we ordered food directly off the happy hour menu. The prices for everything we ordered were all higher especially the margarita pitcher that was $55. Idk about you guys, but no strawberry margarita that you can make with $10 mix at home is worth $55 lol. In total, we were charged about $80 more than expected. So obviously I complained to my waitress. She was very dismissive and stated that it was a miscommunication. When I asked why there were happy hour menus on every table if its only available at the bar, she said she didn't really know why. BUT IT GETS WORSE. The table next to us had 2 girls who JUST sat down and ordered a margarita pitcher. Me, currently a little heated and feeling bold, walked over and asked if the girls knew how much the pitcher was. The said it was $15. When I told them that they would actually be charged $55 as well as extra for all their food they called the waitress (the same girl I had) over to clarify. The waitress informed the woman of the real prices and the women were obviously VERY upset because apparently they even confirmed The prices with our waitress BEFORE ordering. So this waitress JUST SO HAPPENED to make the same "mistake" twice. Sounds very suspicious. After calmly notifying the manager, she rudely dismissed me which tells me that this bad business and false advertising is common practice in this restaurant. And then after reading the other reviews on yelp and google from people consistently saying that they were charged twice or even straight up robbed through an edited credit card tip, it comes full circle. This place is full of thieves run by a conwoman. I understand it's difficult to run a business nowadays but misleading your customers will do nothing but get you in more trouble. I went to Tinsel this past week. We had pre bought tickets and when we arrived the line was long and we were told even though we had tickets we would have to wait in the line. We did not get in until over a hour after our ticket time. The manager was not polite when we asked about what was going on. There was no organization what so ever. They tried to get people to stand 6 feet apart, but obviously no one listened. I was nervous because the group of young kids behind us were so close, even though we had ask them to back up. Oh yeah and the ticket was supposed to come with a free dessert and drink. We were able to get a drink but when we asked about the dessert they had ran out and didn't seem to care. Mind you the "haunted" house was a joke and took less than 5 min to go through. Don't waste your $22 dollars. You can tell the owners placed too much on the managers and just wanted to open it because they need money. You order drinks outside Sueno, yet the bartender up front can only get cans or frozen drinks. We had gotten two specialty cocktails while we had to wait in line and it took over 15 min to get them. Oh yeah and also they had customers standing around the bar-huge COVID violation. I felt bad for all of the staff, you could tell they did not have much help and they were obviously slammed. A manager was walking around with no mask both inside and outside. Also-the staff was not wearing the required face shield for indoor dining. You can tell the owner does not care about the health of his team. I will never be back. Also, please do better to take care of your staff. The place had tons of younger adults (who you know do not take COVID seriously and are more likely to be a-symptomtic) and the poor staff did not have the proper protection or help! read more
