It's located on the second floor of the casino space and easy to locate. If you're wondering, the parking garages that are closest to the restaurant are Lucky Street and Winner's Way at the 2nd Floor/Casino level. After walking into the casino, it's a straight shot to the Sugar Factory as it's hard to miss with its bright and dazzling lights. The Sugar Factory takes a super playful approach at the dining experience as it truly makes everything a photo op. From the physical restaurant to the food itself, the patron is immersed in a "gram"-rich environment (light weight mad that the food here is more photo-genic than I am). It appears to be great for large groups and parties/celebratory events. There is a small candy/sweets section from where you can purchase those delectable morsels by the pound, along with other small trinkets. The menu is similar to other bar/grill-type restaurants (comparable to a BJs and even the Hard Rock Cafe). One main difference is in the focus that they place in their dessert/sweets section. We've visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences started the same way. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, we had to wait 15-20 minutes just to be seated because there was never anyone at the host stand. During our most recent visit, we eventually walked into the dining area ourselves to find someone. Even after asking for help, it took another 10 minutes before someone came to the front to seat us. The desserts, however, are absolutely incredible. They offer a great variety, and while they're definitely on the expensive side, the portions are huge--one dessert could easily be shared by three people. The hot food, on the other hand, was underwhelming and didn't leave much of an impression. So holly, so jolly! This was the merriest and brightest lunch I've had this season. Yes, the decorations were wonderful and whimsical. Yes, the two items I tried off the holiday menu were excellent. After studying the fun and photogenic holiday menu, I went with the Christmas sliders (cheeseburgers with crispy onions) and the Jack Daniels punch. Wow!!!! Both of these... so, so good! The sliders were cooked to perfection-and the vibrant-hued buns had a nice "crunch" to them. I actually said out loud:"man, these are good." The shakes here are actually delicious. I thought this place was mainly for pictures. All the menu items seem over the top, like let's shove more sugar in this dessert for the gram. Right now the place has exploded Christmas with the men dressed as elves and women as sexy Santa's. Therefore I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the cookies and cream shake. It is definitely for sharing and at $16 it's more cost and waist efficient that way. I definitely couldn't finish one on my own. I was shocked how much I liked it. I thought I'd just have a couple of sips but kept going back for more. There was a bunch of whipped cream on the top and it was heavy (which I like). This place is known for their giant goblet drinks. They are around $40 for non alcoholic and $47 for alcohol which makes me think based on that price difference it's not that alcoholic. It's such a fun stop, especially with kids. We went for dessert and one of their signature goblet drinks, and the whole experience felt like a show. This Sugar Factory is located inside of the Hard Rock casino and if you park in the Lucky parking lot, it's a short walk as it takes you directly there once you enter the casino. They don't take reservations on the weekends but we had no issues getting there once they open and basically had the whole place to ourselves. It is very aesthetic and lots of photo opportunities. I was reluctant to revisit, but the food court was removed at the casino and this seemed like the best choice for a casual meal. I was a little bit confused when I looked at our burgers. We never really got an apology about the wait time or the fact that the burgers came out this way, like little hokey pucks. This place was extremely popular as reservations were difficult to obtain even with the impending Hurricane Milton lurking around. Pro tip, they page you at the counter via phone. I guess verbally calling out people by their name when a table is ready is so outdated. We were waiting at the front patiently waiting for them to call out my name since the reservation was under my name. The drinks are definitely very gimmicky where it is theme oriented like Halloween or celebrity endorsed cocktail. I liked our drink with the dry ice effects. I had the fish and chips but the wait staff managed to misplace my order which was very disappointing. They did try to make up for it which was admirable, but by the end of the night, I was pretty frustrated by the entire dining experience although the fish and chips were actually pretty good. I would not recommend if you're going with kids. This place is inside of a smoky casino. There is no restaurant bathroom, so you have to go out into the casino to use the restroom. We were in town for a huge cheer competition and didn't book the "party package" because we couldn't get enough people to commit early, and didn't want to leave someone on the line for $50 extra per person. The hosts seemed bitter about this from the start. The waitress was amazing. Extremely kind. We had a ton of people coming from the competition , and the traffic was insane that weekend because of all the people in town. Our waitress was extremely patient. Extremely impatient, and seemingly doubting that we actually had as many people as we said we did on our reservation because we didn't all show up together. The adults were stressed the whole time because of the attitude every one of us received from the hosts, but I think the girls had fun with each other either way. The Sugar Factory must be known for birthdays, because I heard the serenading of nearly a dozen other guests during my visit to celebrate my friend's birthday. The Sugar Factory's team mixes up their songs & tunes so it's definitely more festive than repetitive. And the space offers many spots for great photos. Be aware that the restaurant is noisy & loud, but the volume fits the party atmosphere. Originally my friend had made a reservation for 10, but closer to Sunday evening, we grew to a group of 13. Including a separate reservation for 2, the Sugar Factory was able to squeeze all of us in at a long table together. And our server Caleb was quite attentive to our large group. The bar was backed up, though, because only one bartender was making drinks. So we did have quite a bit of a wait for our initial drink orders, but we were chatting so not a big deal. Food service was quicker but haphazard. I'd ordered a grilled 4-cheese melt with ham & asked to add soup for $6 as the menu suggested. Evidently no one has ever done that though, because our server said he had to enter it separately & include a note, which wasn't followed as my sandwich was plated with Mac & Cheese. I didn't even know THAT was an option to add! I also wasn't sure if I was still getting fries, but Caleb brought them with my tomato bisque. Interestingly, everyone who had received fries already had lamented that theirs were cold, but mine were piping hot. Hubs & I shared the sandwich & we both agreed it was really good. I also thought my hot fries were delicious. My bonus mac & cheese was amazing and I would definitely order that intentionally next time! I was less impressed with the tomato bisque & thought it tasted like the sauce from a can of ravioli. I'll note that the Sugar Factory's website was not helpful with parking suggestions for this location so of course we parked in the most distant garage, and I have no clue which one that was now. I booked a reservation, though I did not need it. Please note, we started our travel day at 4 am California time and didn't eat all day except for some chez-its on the plane. We were hungry. Back to Sugar Factory. The restaurant is located in the Hard Rock casino. Parking is casino parking. It takes a few minutes to walk to the restaurant. Signage directing you where to go is not abundant. That is the casino's issue, not Sugar Factory. We were greeted by TiTi. She was very friendly. The restaurant was completely and totally decorated for Christmas. Will Ferrell's character from Elf would have loved it. Christmas music was playing. Even the serving staff was dressed for the season. I loved it. Titi was great, explained everything well, and even told us if my daughters did a TikTok, we could get a dessert for free. We ordered. Taking price out of it, our food was average to pretty good. I asked for no onions on my salad and it was full of raw onions. But the salad itself was pretty good. My wife and one daughter got salad with grilled chicken and it was not great. Another daughter got a burger that was pretty average. The highlight meal was my oldest daughter's Sugar Factory club. The other highlight was the dessert. We got a Christmas theme, gingerbread man, shake. It was Spectacular! It looked incredible. My girls did a TikTok about it, and like TiTi said, it was free. So, for service and atmosphere, Sugar Factory was 5 star. Food was 2-3 stars.
