This is definitely an experience kind of restaurant. It's a great birthday spot for anyone. Our table ordered the King Kong which is a HUGE sundae, and you can choose what song you'd like the servers to play when they bring it out. Be aware, they also come out with a light up huge sign like you're at a club lol the food was good, we had no complaints on the burgers or fish tacos. The price point is high, but that's to be expected when the restaurant is in the casino.

So holly, so jolly! This was the merriest and brightest lunch I've had this season. Yes, the decorations were wonderful and whimsical. Yes, the two items I tried off the holiday menu were excellent. And wow, my server Taylor was full of good cheer. She took this already happy holiday visit to the next level. She "sleighed"!!!! I love going to the casino. I always feel like I'm far away on vacation... not just the road. But in all my visits to this Hard Rock, I'd never stopped at Sugar Factory until now. I'm so glad this was my first impression. This place gives off the cheeriest holiday glow. From the moment I was greeted by staffers in Christmas costumes, I knew this was going to be great. I was seated on the "patio," since there was a very festive private holiday party in the main dining space. I liked my spot! It was peaceful-with a great view of the revealers. After studying the fun and photogenic holiday menu, I went with the Christmas sliders (cheeseburgers with crispy onions) and the Jack Daniels punch. Wow!!!! Both of these... so, so good! The sliders were cooked to perfection-and the vibrant-hued buns had a nice "crunch" to them. I actually said out loud:"man, these are good." The cute snowman mug full of the equally delightful punch (it was apple based, with all the warm spices. Fantastic!) winked back at me. Taylor suggested the punch and I'm so glad. I'm still smiling over how fun and helpful she was. I can't say enough about this visit. I can't wait to go back. This could become a regular Friday thing for me. I'm also starting the countdown clock till the next holiday season! Oh! And it's an easy walk form the free parking in the Lucky Street garage. I'm all in on Sugar Factory!

The shakes here are actually delicious. I thought this place was mainly for pictures. All the menu items seem over the top, like let's shove more sugar in this dessert for the gram. Right now the place has exploded Christmas with the men dressed as elves and women as sexy Santa's. Therefore I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the cookies and cream shake. It is definitely for sharing and at $16 it's more cost and waist efficient that way. I definitely couldn't finish one on my own. I was shocked how much I liked it. I thought I'd just have a couple of sips but kept going back for more. There was a bunch of whipped cream on the top and it was heavy (which I like). This place is known for their giant goblet drinks. They are around $40 for non alcoholic and $47 for alcohol which makes me think based on that price difference it's not that alcoholic. Our server was great. She even suggested she could split the check for us and brought extra cups. This wouldn't be a place I want to come back, but if you love sugar, I highly recommend it.

Food 7/10, music 9/10, drink 9/10, vibes 8/10, location 10/10. Basically 80/100, it's good, love the spot and the feeling being here just makes me happy, but unfortunately the price isn't all that good especially for the food we received. The quality was good but the taste wasn't all there you know. So then again the drink was perfect just overpriced. Nice date night spot in the casino. Idk if I would come back often maybe once a year spot just cause it's easy and fun!

Took my daughter here for her birthday. Everything is over the top the shakes have five other desserts in it. The burgers say they're smashed burgers, but they're not really smashed burgers, but they are delicious. Food was fantastic. Service was great. I forget the guy who was serving us, but he was very attentive. We left there very stuffed and she was thrilled with her birthday. Will for sure go again as the menu constantly changes and is massive.

First time going here I really didn't like the food at all. I did find the milkshakes to be fun, tasty and over the top. On a second visit I found the food better but just ok. More options than I remembered. Had a hot honey chicken sandwich which was heavy on the honey but not heat. Was with a large party and it was pretty slow service. Took about 30 minutes for dinner orders to be taken. Good attention to drink refills. The restaurant is really loud. I felt like I was shouting to talk to my table. Music was millennial club throwbacks, though most tables seemed to be families celebrating kids' birthdays so I'm not sure who the target demographic is. The drinks and desserts are very instagram ready so if that's your focus for a celebration this might be the right spot.

Came for drinks only, so can't review food! But this place is a vibe. Because it's inside the hard rock, not a lot of kids were in there (which I enjoyed). They were blasting old 2000s hip hop which was awesome. We sat at the bar and it was fun to look at all the candy toppings they had. Service was great, but we were just at the bar.

Stopped by here while we were at the casino because the noodles place had a very long line. This sugar factory location wasn't horrible. My drink was amazing. The burger was okay, nothing to rave about but it wasn't horrible. I actually couldn't finish the burger, it was huge. My s/o liked the steak a little but it reminded us of the steak you eat with steak and eggs. Also had minimal seasoning. Ambiance is great. This is a small location given its inside the hard rock hotel but nonetheless it is just like a regular Sugar Factory location.

This place is a fun spot for children, as evidenced by the numerous birthday parties taking place there. However, the food was quite average, and the special martinis were priced at over $24.

This Sugar Factory is located inside of the Hard Rock casino and if you park in the Lucky parking lot, it's a short walk as it takes you directly there once you enter the casino. They don't take reservations on the weekends but we had no issues getting there once they open and basically had the whole place to ourselves. It is very aesthetic and lots of photo opportunities. Sample Platter: 4/5, very tasty. Nutella Pancake: 5/5, so fluffy and so good! Salmon with Mash Potatoes: 4/5, portion was very small for $33 and mash potatoes had a hard outside but they were both tasty. Just a little pricey for the portion. Hawaiian Punch: 3/5, it was a cool drink but the dry ice component made it hard to drink as it completely froze the bottom of the cup and it tasted like Minute Maid. Good but still expensive for $30. Henny was our server and was super awesome! It was pricey for brunch but staff and everything else made up for it so I would definitely go back! Better experience than the one in Orlando!

Smelled like vomit. All food dry and overcooked. Sketchy check split tip suggestions. Do not go to this location.

We were at this location yesterday. I have been here once before as well. I was reluctant to revisit, but the food court was removed at the casino and this seemed like the best choice for a casual meal. First thing I would like to state is the hostess was polite and waiter was decent himself. We ordered 3 cheese burgers (that are advertised as "monster burgers "), fries and Mac and cheese. We waited for approximately 35 minutes, a tad lengthy for 3 cheese burgers. I'm not sure who was in charge of the kitchen yesterday, but after waiting all that time for a burger you would think something great should be coming (monster burgers) but take a look at the picture of my burger and keep in mind they were all the same way. I was a little bit confused when I looked at our burgers. We never really got an apology about the wait time or the fact that the burgers came out this way, like little hokey pucks. It was very difficult to hold the burger because the bread was unstable, it lacked the blue cheese, etc. Note These were not cheap burgers. I thought the bread was good, the fries were also good, and the Mac was average. I did point it out to the waiter, again he was a decent guy, but he might have been confused as well. Anyway, I more than likely won't return. Its to bad kind of cool looking place. Food 6.5 Service 8.0 Atmosphere 7.5

Our party of 5 booked a dinner reservation for a celebration. The lowdown- the drinks are super fun! Desserts/shakes- so good and so creative. Apps and entrees were tasty and pretty standard fare for a chain restaurant. We truly appreciated our server, Taylor, who was helpful, patient, and served us with kindness and a smile! If you're going to the casino, or if you live close by, it's a fun place to pop into- otherwise, I'm sure your town has a shake shop or good apps restaurant closer!

You don't need a reservation to dine here, but it is kinda small so I'd recommend calling and getting a reservation just in case.
