Typical Man Bar This was my first time visiting the Sugar Suite. The bartender was very attentive and the drinks were good. There were mostly men in there but they were respectful and looked like regulars. It was clean and a good time.

Great interior vibe. Comfy for drinking

First time in on Saturday. Popped in after a day of shooting to unwind. Bar has a great retro feel / vibe. Steve, the bartender was fantastic. Attentive and friendly. Exactly what you want in a bartender. Might be my new "go to" when in the neighborhood.

Holiday cheer and a Space Dust IPA.

I don't know why anyone has ever said to me that this is a "dive bar".  It isn't. It is a nice bar, clean bar, organized bar, fun bar, inclusive bar, accessible bar, and a place with a staff that makes the experience SO SPECIAL.  I think Steve is one of a kind!  Just watch him care for you and the bar for clear evidence.  He is ONE OF THE KINDEST, MOST ATTENTIVE BARTENDERS AROUND; Evi and Kristen are smile makers and know how to make your time here memorable (depending on your drink inventory).  I am grateful for a place like this that I can go to recharge!

Mens bathroom. Super clean. And this is a dive bar.

Waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from the bartender as she carried on her story with her friends. Walked out. The end.

Always a good time here. 6 am or 12 pm. All bartenders are cool. But Kat is my favorite.

Good chill spot on a Sunday night. Make it your bar home if you live close, you won't regret it!

I was sitting at the barstools along the wall at the pool table. One of the regulars started an altercation. It escalated almost causing a fight when the bartender then took the side of the regular and it showed favoritism and made me feel unwanted in the establishment. This is the first time in ten years when I felt unwelcome at this bar.

I think dirty is an understatement. Yuck. Awful dungeon of a place where you see and feel the creepy crawlers. Drug deals going on in the back. Don't drink anything unless it's bottled and even then, be careful as nothing is sanitary. Came in to pay respects for a friend we lost. Now I know why old Rick used to come here. Drinks are warm, pool table is crooked. Not my crowd, $35 for two beers and I think I have had friendlier service at the boarder of US and Canada. I'm not one to give unfair reviews. This was a horror show. Restrooms were deplorable. Not much ambience other than all I wanted was to leave the moment I walked in. The county health department should be giving this place a visit.

Everything was well organized and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The food was amazing--the wings, cheese sticks, and pretzel bites were huge hits with everyone at the party. You can tell the kitchen cares about what they're putting out. Chef Angel was especially friendly and professional, and it was clear he takes pride in the food. The service was excellent too. Chris and the bartenders/servers were quick, attentive, and super friendly, even with a big group. Drinks were coming out fast and everyone felt taken care of. Overall the whole place was clean, accommodating, and just a really fun atmosphere for a birthday celebration. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back for another night of pool, food, and drinks. Highly recommend for parties or a fun night out!

My first time visiting The Break Room, and I'm sure I'll be back. This is a large,…read morenicely-maintained pool room with assorted other games available (darts and such), a great digital jukebox system, and plenty of TV's playing sports. The decor is "industrial," but it's clean and airy, so there's no sense of being in a "dive" -- in fact, this is a family-friendly place, and I saw some youngish couples playing pool on what seemed to be afternoon dates. The physical bar is relatively small, with only about 8-12 seats, but that's because they're keeping as much space open as possible for game play. The staff was friendly and chatty, and seemed quite intent on making sure everyone had everything they needed. The menu is wider and more interesting than one would expect in a pool hall environment, with creative pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and salads promising a more unique and memorable meal than the average hangout. I opted to try the Pastrami Pizza: a traditional tomato and mozzarella pie topped with what they call "mustard fried pastrami," onions, chopped pickles, and a drizzle of yellow mustard. It's a good-sized pizza, larger than a true individual pie, and enough for 2 people to share. The pastrami was savory without being too salty, while the pickles, onions and mustard all added nice pops of flavor without feeling like a gimmick. My one disappointment was that the pizza was not prepared well-done as requested, making the crust more doughy than crisp. Also, the temperature in the venue was darn near frigid, so my pizza got cold very quickly, which reduced my ability to enjoy it as much as I would have if the pie had been piping hot. Other food being enjoyed in close proximity to me looked and smelled very good (wings and burgers), and like I said, the people were all top notch hosts. So, while the final pizza prep could use some improvement, I think these folks are doing a very good job of making bar food that's more interesting and memorable than you'll find anywhere else in the area. Definitely stop in and give them a whirl.
