Absolutely obsessed! Just started Brazilian waxing at the beginning of the year but then COVID lol and I was very hesitant to go back to painful waxing. I was referred by a friend, who actively goes to Sugared + Bronzed, to try sugaring last month. I just came back for my 2nd sugar today and can confirm sugaring is THE WAY to go!! Yes the first round is and will be as painful as a typical wax but now that I am starting to get my hair cycled I am definitely seeing the benefits of sugaring over waxing! First time getting SUGARED. Quite an interesting experience. Let's just say overall experience took longer than regular waxing and was a bit painful at first. However, as of now, no ingrowns and very happy with the results. Facility was very clean. It is located in a small plaza in Newport and is upstairs. Took me awhile to get there. Lots of stairs but a great workout. There is a mini waiting area that they offered coffee or tea and various magazines for you to view. Megan was great. She explained overall procedure and talked to you while performing the service. It was a nice distraction. Definitely will be going back soon. Hoping the next time is less painful. read more

I love sugar + bronzed because of the great service and professionalism by all of the airbrushers. I've never been let down by any of the ladies and I've gone to a lot of their locations from Dana Point to Studio City! As long as you follow the directions, your airbrush tan will last all week long even if you go in the pool. :) The only bummer is their prices have gone up a bit, assuming due to inflation, BUT they do offer a great deal from time to time for $5 airbrush with a trainee which I've done several times and had no issues and flawless tan :) read more

Sugared + Bronze is wonderful! I waxed for years and I could never get rid of the scratchy grow back and ingrown hairs. Now my skin is smooth and the grow back is much less and soft to the touch. My skin is also prone to skin cancer and I love that I can still have a sun kissed look with their spray tans. Great service and friendly staff! read more

This place is so great! I started coming here after covid since I was desperate and actually attempted sugaring on my own and liked it more. Sugaring last way longer and is more efficient than waxing for me...I've been waxing for 15 years now and I'm sad I just discovered sugaring now! I received a terrible customer experience on top of what turned out to be a bad spray tan. I have reached out to the "customer experience " department via email 3 times without a return call. Don't do the membership because if you have credits available and freeze your membership you can't use your credits without being charged again. If I haven't had time to use my available credits why would I pay for more credits. Hopefully I will get a call back sometime soon! read more

I went in for an evening appointment and it was not crowded and had plenty of parking. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. I am pretty pale so I was scared that the tan would be "Too Much" It was perfect. It was that perfect glow that I was looking for!
