    Everything I didn't eat.
    Janice B.

Very disappointing, I think the positive reviews were under a different owner. When I started my order I asked for brown rice and it was like a blackish color. When I questioned it saying it looked different than what I expect they tried to convince me it was brown rice. One of the workers went into the back and brought out a container with brown rice and said the "black/brown" rice I was previously shown was mixed with something. They asked if I wanted the brown rice from the back but just opted to play it safe with white rice. The raw proteins looked questionable so I decided to get cooked shrimp and tuna to play it safe. Half of the toppings are hidden so that's off putting. My boba was pretty good. But I don't think I will ever come back here. I didn't even eat half of my bowl. The tuna tasted like it was kept at room temperature and the mango was not fresh and tasted slimy. There was also a container of pineapples thawing on the counter, so that leads me to question what food is actually fresh. The overall place itself was clean and quiet. I gave it a chance even though it started off weird so now to find a lunch I can enjoy.

Beautiful and surgically clean! The best taste experience! I love getting the fishy bowl with jalapeno and spicy sauce. Be sure to grab a musubi or 2 for the road!

This subway-esque Poke restaurant gives it to you any way you like it! You can see all your potential selections through the glass and can verbally adjust how much or how little of something you want in your bowl. The staff are so friendly and attentive. I wish I took pictures of the inside because it is beautiful and spotless! This poke place has endless toppings and sauces to add, most with no additional charge. The best part of it all is the staff is not skimpy with portions and you get a mountain of a bowl. The Ahi Tuna, avocado and Salmon tasted so fresh!! The bowl was 10/10 great experience. The Thai milk tea was incredibly tasty, smooth and honestly perfect, even the tapioca pearls were not too chewy and didn't have an overbearing taste that complimented the tea very well. Another 10/10 experience with the milk tea, and I can't wait to try other flavors, particularly the mango milk tea. The miso soup was extremely flavorful, albeit very salty. Fresh scallions and chunks of tofu helped alleviate from the salty broth. I highly recommend coming here!

"O M G" is the first thing comes to my mind after visiting this place. This place is owned by Indonesian people where Suka name came from. First moment we walked in, we were greeted very politely. The place looks clean and decorated by nice art on the wall. There are 6 round tables which can fit about 12 people. There were 3 groups of customers ahead of us and they were all ordering to go as same as us. We got all large poke bowls which costs $18 a bowl while medium bowls are $15.75. We are amazed by the portions of the food given and how fresh the food were. It's totally worth $18. I still couldn't believe I coincidentally found this place on Yelp and I was so pumped I did. We will definitely stop by there again if we have chance. Note to the owner: Hi hope you remember us from NYC. We all love the food so much and we probably see you again next month. :)

YUM!!! Was looking for places that sell Boba Tea and discovered this absolute gem!! Picked up a Suka Hawaii bowl which was delicious! The restaurant is located at the end of a strip mall and was deserted when I walked in. Inside is small with several places to sit and VERY clean. Looks a bit like an old ice cream shop which I believe it may have been. The gentleman working was very nice and helpful-explaining things to me. I will definitely be back and encourage everyone reading this to stop in!!

This is the best poke spot around. Incredibly fresh ingredients, great choices, and very filling. The owners are the nicest people and really want you to enjoy your experience! This is my 4th visit.

Not what was expected, but not bad…read more Missus is on a dumpling kick, so we looked for some of the best dumplings we could find locally. Found this well reviewed shop close by, so we dropped in. The inside is very sparse, lots of stuff strewn around. It was lacking a lot of polish, but it didn't seem too sketchy. We ordered from the nice lady an order of dumplings, pirogies, and a couple of bao buns. Price was good, and food took about 15 minutes to cook but we did some trekking locally to waste time, We got our food, took some pics and dug in. The pirogies were for me, and I must say that they were not pirogies. It was mashed potatoes with cheese in a dumpling wrapper. The dumpling wrappers were fresh, but the dough was not what I expected. The potato and cheese was pretty good though. Didn't use a farmers cheese but did some type of white cheese. The bao were generic. They used the same filling as the dumplings as the bao filling. It really needed a sauce inside to help differentiate it from the dumplings. We also got a black sesame bao, but the inside was very watery and not appetizing at all. So we threw that one away. The owner is a very nice lady, and she's working hard to keep her place busy. It's clear that the stresses of the day keep her strained, but she does mean well enough. For those in the area, it's not a drive to destination. It's pretty good dumplings in a run down shop with an owner fighting to stay afloat. I would recommend going here if you want to support local, and don't mind a bit of grit. The dumplings are fresh, the pirogies are interesting renditions, and they do boba tea.

I've even seen her do Labubu trade events via Instagram. My most recent visit I brought my mom to try her very first mochi donut. We tried so many flavors, but my favorite was the rose lychee. Absolutely amazing and light, the texture is always perfect. To drink, I got the Matcha with the cheese foam on top. Definitely a new experience for me, but I liked the contrasting, sweet and savory flavors of the drink. My mom got an Vietnamese iced coffee with mango boba... What a combo lol! Big mistake but thankfully Tookie remade her drink with some brown sugar popping boba. Can't wait to go back, as always!

Good donuts, needs tlc…read more I've been to this place before, and I appreciated the location despite it being an event. So being in the area, decided to come here and pick up some donuts for the ride home. We got here late in the day, and they were out of almost everything when I got there. I managed to get a churro and matcha donut. I then saw they did a Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, and had to give that a try as well ( they only do the cup on the weekends) The donuts were very fresh, light and chewy. They are high in price but much better in quality compared to other places I've tried. The Dubai strawberry cup had a kind of weak chocolate sauce over them. Not the cheapest stuff on the market, but not strong or mellow like the expensive chocolates. The strawberries were fresh, and the Dubai part needed a little salt to counteract the sweet and enhance the earthy. Inside is well decorated but dirty. All the tables were dirty, there's lots of dust and other ditritus when I was waiting for my dessert. It was end of day, so I get why they would not be fully clean. But there's some repairs that need to get done and there's cracks in the facade. Despite the lack of donuts, the quality was good and the Dubai strawberries were a nice sweet treat. This is a good place to get some interesting food items or sweet treats. Not a trek worthy spot, but good if you're around

The menu has a lot of options from salads, stir-fry, curry, noodles, and specialty entrees. They have a small dining room and you can order for carry-out too. There are fun and adorable boba/animal plushies, key chains and gifts for sale too. I ordered the Mango Curry with tofu and vegetables. The waitress was very kind because I had to bring up my food allergy and she took note. The curry was very good... Curry is one of my favorite dishes. The broth was spicy, coconutty, and smooth. The mango on top was perfectly ripe as sweet. There was a generous amount of veggies were cooked wonderfully, still have a nice crunch. The tofu was tasty and had a perfect golden fried coating. It was also served with a small bowl of rice. I had leftovers because I wanted to save room for an Ube Boba Tea on our way out. There was a separate menu for the boba tea--Bangkok Boba Tea--that you order at the counter when you first walk into the restaurant. This was a little confusing, but we figured it out. The boba menu had a of flavors with real pictures of what the drink looked like. My Ube drink was visually neat, dark Ube paste smeared around the cup and the pastel purple of the milk tea. The boba was some of the best I ever had, soft, chewy and lightly sweet. The drink was very sweet and glad I saved it for my dessert. Everyone I was with also enjoyed their dishes. My husband got a steak salad dish that tasted like how his mother makes it, so he was pleased. He also enjoyed a Thai Iced Tea. For four people, plus two drinks, our bill was reasonable, around $85. I can see us becoming regulars at Somewhere In Bangkok. There were a few other items that I'd like to try like the Crab Fried Rice. I can't wait to drink my way through the boba tea menu too.
