If I could give zero stars, I would. I have SO MANY words I could say but two come to mind (that arent profanities)...CHOP SHOP. UNPROFESSIONAL. MORALLY BANKRUPT. OK. That was 5....but.... The move was a mess. Two kids who dont truly know "how to move". By the time they were unloading, they were exhausted and not doing any kind of work that was meaningful. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and numerous areas in my brand new house were also damaged. I messaged the company several times with slow response. This was April. I was told reparations would be made and that monies were expected to come in as help for Covid so they could "make it right". I never heard back again. I have a chain of 20-something emails. No avail. Damaged goods. Abysmal service. I filed with BBB. I will file again for other damages. Be aware. I wanted to take more pride in my community, but seriously let down. Go with another company.

Does this moving company (and others in the area) ask for a deposit? If so, what is the typical amount? First time moving in the area, and just wanted to make sure. Thanks.

They charged us a 100$ deposit that they applied to the final bill

We had a fantastic experience with this moving company from start to finish. One thing that really…read morestood out was how easy it was to communicate with the team ahead of time via yelp messages and their portal. I was able to message with someone online to coordinate details and even adjust our move as plans shifted, which made the whole process much less stressful. On moving day, our crew was incredible. Andy, Miraj, Muha, Tatty, and Aibar were kind, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. They worked hard, stayed positive, and handled everything with care. You could tell they were experienced and really took pride in doing a good job. Moving can be chaotic, but this team made it feel organized and smooth. Well worth the cost we had a ton to move. We're so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Two Asian dudes showed up, barely spoke to me, one would only speak his own language while the other would then speak to me in English. They rudely took pics of my apartment, then went and sat back in their truck. After about 20 minutes, the guys came out and said they couldn't do the move because it was "unsafe". Prior to that it was because I had too many small items, and in between that I was told it was because I asked for 3 hours and they'd need 7-9 hours. I called dispatch again and told Karina she sent me two racist movers. She claimed that couldn't be. I explained my stance and she said she'd call me back. Meanwhile, I have no way to move my stuff. Karina said she would talk with her moving team and call me back. Guess what? She never did. I guess you get great service when you have the right skin color. Move your stuff yourself and save the headache. The worst company ever and I don't see how Yelp recommends them. I'm disgusted.

DON'T WALK, RUN away from these people. Setup: I had already started packing. So along with sq-ft…read moreof the apartment, I provided a detailed inventory of all the large items, and an estimate of cu-ft in boxed sundry. I also gave them photos and suggestions for off-street parking. On moving day, they arrived 40 min late and had no information about the parking situation (+15 min for moving the moving truck). Either the estimator or dispatch listed me as a single room rather than top-to-bottom 1,000 SF apartment. They only booked a 2-person team for 4 hours (needed to be double), and nowhere near enough packing materials to finish the job. Between the late start and fixing all the problems, we burned 2 hours before even getting started. The guys were complaining TO ME that they wouldn't be paid overtime. Their preferred time-saving method was to simply empty kitchen drawers (including sharps) into huge boxes that also had paper lantern floor lamps, decorative pillows, and random stuff from my office (lamps were trashed). There were only 2 closets; both had gotten the floors cleared, but no one bothered with the overhead shelves. Due to limited space on the truck, I had to make other arrangements to move my couch, 2 living room chairs, and my bed. Once we got to the new place, they ignored the room labels and simply piled everything I own in the middle of living rm/kitchen. Instead of using the rest of my weekend to unpack, it took me TWO WEEKS to dig out, distribute, and get stuff put away. I made several trips back to my old apartment to clean out the closets and rescue other stuff that I discovered. I paid another $900 to have those last 4 pieces of furniture carted out and donated. Hire these idiots at your peril.
