This salon deserves zero stars. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, but that was where the hospitality ended. When it was our turn, the technician simply pointed at us, said my daughter's name, and walked toward the pedicure chairs without any greeting, introduction, or even basic customer service such as offering a drink. Once seated, we were only given one polish color board unless we wanted to pay an additional $15. The technician turned on the water extremely hot without checking if the temperature was comfortable. She then began my daughter's pedicure without asking what scent she wanted and added the product to the water without consulting her. During the service, she suddenly got up and walked away for several minutes without saying a word. Later during service she accepted a phone call and talked for several minutes. When my technician came over, she also skipped any introduction or hospitality, though she at least offered me two scent options. Unfortunately, the quality of both pedicures was among the worst we've experienced. For my pedicure, my feet were still rough afterward because there was very little exfoliation, the massage had virtually no pressure, I specifically asked not to have my nails cut but the technician cut them anyway (including cutting my skin), and my nails were left uneven because they were not properly filed. My gel polish also has bubbles and an uneven finish. For my daughter's pedicure, the nail shaping was uneven even after asking for corrections three separate times. She requested a French pedicure with a slightly pink base, but several toes have different base colors, the tips are uneven, and there is noticeable residue left underneath the nails. To make matters worse, when we checked out, the pricing did not match what was listed online or in the salon's service menu. We were genuinely hoping to love this salon, but unfortunately this was one of the worst salon experiences we've had, and we will not be returning.

What will you find at Summit? Bougie Summerlin moms, women who work in the F&B or adult industry, and couples. Probably not the average Joe salon. They have over 20 chairs for pedicures and stay consistently busy. I've had great experiences as well as mediocre ones. My first time, I went all out with the Lush pedicure. While the products were nice, my pedicure wasn't anything special, and that's just as important as all the extras. My second and third time I got the deluxe option, which is still an upgrade from the basic pedi, and I had great experiences. Alyssa has been my favorite tech so far. They should offer champagne for a full luxury treat. Or maybe a nice latte. Something above and beyond the normal.

First time here and I loved it ! Viet and Nini helped me out and made my experience here at Summit Nails Spa so enjoyable. The salon was so clean and welcoming, and Nini was incredibly thorough. My nail beds have never looked better. You can tell they truly care about their clients here at this establishment. 100/10 would come back, solely based on their outstanding customer service.

I've been going to Summit Nails for a while now, and Alice is hands down the best nail tech. She's incredibly talented, creative, and always comes up with fun ideas when I want to try something new. My nails always turn out beautiful, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments because she's so fun to talk to. Scheduling appointments online is also quick and easy, which makes booking super convenient. One thing I also appreciate is that their pedicure chairs are actual massage chairs. I know a lot of newer salons have switched to more modern looking chairs for the aesthetic, but I personally miss the massage chairs, so this is a huge plus for me. Great service, easy booking, great conversations, and consistently beautiful nails.

I was serviced by Gloria and she did such an amazing job! I was serviced the 24k Gold Pedicure resulting at $115 with regular polish/ polish and $135 with gel ($20 add on for gel polish) , and i have to say it had to be one of the best pedicures ive received! as a licensed technician myself, and also being in the industry i can say this was such a phenomenal experience all thanks to Gloria! i am usually very picky and attentive but she did such an amazing job that i was able to just relax and enjoy. I was given a 30 minutes hand massage WOW!! i didn't like the massage gun so she just proceeded to hand massage the entire 30 minutes. overall, this is such an amazing salon for it being open for only 4 months, so modern and gorgeous on the inside and i know this location will do so great !

I had the most amazing pedicure. The quality was excellent, vibe of this nail salon was so relaxing, I fell asleep. Savannah was exceptional, one of the best pedicures I've had. I opted for the Deluxe Radiance Pedicure. My massage was perfect along with the entire visit. Customer service absolutely fantastic.

Classic Gel Pedicure w/ French and Small Design

I've booked with Valora twice now for a classic gel pedicure, and each appointment just reaffirms why I keep coming back. Her work is always so clean and precise, and her attention to detail is seriously amazing. This past appointment I added a small design, and it came out absolutely perfect! She's also incredibly professional, welcoming, and such a great conversationalist. The appointments are always so comfortable and enjoyable. I always leave so happy with both my nails and the overall experience. I truly can't recommend her enough. If you're looking for someone who is talented, detail-oriented, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to be around, book with Valora. I'll definitely keep rebooking!

Decided to check out this salon and left very happy with my service and nails! The salon itself is pretty and spacious. Tons of pedicure chairs along both walls. I also saw on their screen that they offer complimentary drinks, but I'm not 100% sure. Maybe you just have to ask at the check in desk but that would be a nice amenity! I'll definitely be back. 5 stars for Sean. He was able to copy and freehand the design I wanted. I had an appointment and was taken back right on time. The manicure itself was pretty fast and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time!

I finally visited Summit Nail Spa. OMG, this place is so beautiful and elegant for a nail salon! It's also conveniently surrounded by many restaurants in the area, which makes it a great spot to visit. I had a gel manicure and pedicure. I absolutely loved the pedicure chair, it was so comfortable and relaxing, especially with the massage feature. Thi, the staff member who did my pedicure, was amazing. She had very gentle hands and was very careful while cutting and massaging my feet. I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. They accept both appointments and walk-ins, which is very convenient. I'll definitely be coming back!

Manicure results after hybrid gel removal

I went in for a hybrid gel removal and a manicure with no polish because I wanted to give my nails a break while still leaving them looking clean, shaped, and well cared for. Unfortunately, I paid $40 and left with my nails looking like this. I went in with almond-shaped nails, and when the tech asked if I wanted to keep the same shape, I said yes. What I left with is oval at best, with inconsistent shapes and lengths, rough edges, and an overall unfinished appearance. I completely understand that natural nails may not look perfect immediately after removing enhancements, but I expected the manicure portion of the service to at least leave them smooth, neatly shaped, and presentable. I was really hopeful this would become my new nail salon, so this was disappointing. I'm not sure if it was an off day or perhaps a newer technician, but for $40, this is definitely not how I expected my nails to look after a removal and manicure.

Saw an ad for this place on my Instagram and also happened to walk by so I was intrigued.. as always by luxury pampering :) especially when there's a special! I couldn't make an appointment online for some reason so I was able to do it in person. My daughter and I came on a Friday evening around six, and it was not busy at all, but there was a steady stream of customers. The facility is nice, clean, new, comfortable, and definitely caters to parties or crowds. Natalie did my gel cat eye regular manicure while my little daughter got a nice glitter kids manicure. With the discount it came out to about $65 for both of us plus tip. I enjoyed the space and service but wish I was offered something off their drink menu which looked appealing (entitled I know lol). I told the manager they should def open a boba bar in their coffee bar space. Anyhow, have a pedicure scheduled for Sunday to same advantage of their soft opening special before they grand open on the 7th. Add this place to your list of beauty services and get in to take advantage of their specials!

Stopped by this new nail salon near Honey Salt and had a really nice experience overall. The interior is super inviting and cozy, very clean, and the staff is friendly from the moment you walk in. I booked online with Alice and received a confirmation for an appointment with her, but when I arrived I was assigned to Scott instead. Scott was friendly and welcoming, though I had looked through reviews beforehand to see who was recommended, so that part was a little unexpected. My manicure still turned out nice -- I did a chrome manicure with polka dots. The only small downside was that the polka dots weren't perfectly symmetrical, which would've made it 100% perfect. That said, I'm still happy with how it came out. Bonus points for the little extras: they offer discounts on certain days for seniors, military/medical personnel, students, and more. They also have sodas, coffee, and tea available while you're there, which is always appreciated. Overall, a solid experience and a great addition to the area. I'd definitely come back and try them again.

Came in for the first time today and had such a great experience! I called 5 minutes beforehand and they were able to take me right away. I had been looking for a new manicurist for a while -- probably cycled through six or seven people at four different salons -- when a friend recommended Saundra, who had just moved to Summit. I'm so glad I listened. From a technical standpoint, my nails are gorgeous. Balanced, beautiful shape, and no breaks or weak spots. I'm also very happy from an artistic standpoint. Saundra demonstrates the same professional care, whether I want an intricate, fancy design or something simple and classic. The salon itself is beautiful. In the past, I have never really paid attention to the salon. I didn't really care about the environment as long as my nails were done well. But the salon is so lovely. The people working there are very polite one accommodating and it feels like a very high-end experience. While it is true that I have only been a few times, I can already feel getting my nails done is shifting from a chore that I need to do every few weeks into a genuine act of self-care that I look forward to. I cannot recommend Saundra or Summit Nails highly enough. read more

I have been going to Valora for quite some time now and she is the only artist I've seen in the past several years who has helped me grow my nails stronger than they naturally are. I go to her for gel and regular manicures and while my color options are usually neutral, she's done a few free-hand designs that I always get compliments on. Never a painful cut or missed note, and the absolute nicest person with the best vibes. Summit Nails just opened, and I just went to see her there for the first time. It's probably the nicest environment of any nail salon I've ever been in - everything is brand new and stunning, and it feels less like upkeep and more like pampering. Getting your nails done should feel like a luxury, not a chore. While I probably won't be switching up too much from my standard pinks anytime soon, I'm so excited to make my next appointment! Summit has officially rotated into my monthly routine, and Valora remains an essential part of it. read more

This was my first time visiting this place. I had booked an appointment in advance with a specific person, but unfortunately, when I arrived, there was no record of my booking in their system. In the end, my pedicure and gel polish were done by someone who clearly seemed inexperienced or in the very early stages of training. This was very upsetting for me, as I am quite particular about these services and had previously been going to a place with a much higher standard. The only reason I chose this salon was because it was closer to my home. After the service, I felt really disappointed and frustrated, but I didn't say anything at the time. However, I've decided that I will never return. I believe that for any business, especially when it comes to first-time clients, it is very important to ensure a good experience in order to retain customers. Unfortunately, I did not get that feeling here at all. No one even asked me whether I was satisfied with the service. On top of that, the quality was so poor that after one to two weeks, I had to remove the gel polish myself. Now I'm just waiting for my nails to recover so I can go back to the place I used to trust. read more

Absolutely love it here! The checkin was super efficient, I was taken to a chair less than 5 minutes from checking in. I asked to be out in 45 minutes and they made it happen in less than that. Went to treat myself for a pedicure on the last day of their grand opening special. The technician suggested I get the gel polish and said that it'll last longer. I went here over the weekend for the first time. I needed a pedicure with gel. The place itself and the customer service was great. We were greeted right away. The staff is accommodating and there's so many stations to choose from. However, I chose the deluxe pedicure and there was nothing special about it. It was a mediocre pedicure. I was supposed to get red light therapy and they didn't even give me what I paid for. They have tons of colors to choose from. The two that I happened to choose, they didn't have. Super annoying. I had to go with a color I didn't even like much. Both my big toes nails are two different sizes too. My sister was beside me and the lady that was doing her pedicure kept dropping the stones on the ground and didn't even get another one or rinse it off. She put the dirty stone back on her legs. Linda did my Gel X nails and my toes, and I am beyond obsessed with how everything turned out. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she was also so gentle, patient, sweet, and caring the entire time. Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.

I was referred to Johnny and Jason and I'm so glad I went. I have acrylic with gel and Jason is absolutely fantastic with both. My nails were a complete disaster when I walked in, the previous technician had made them way too thin and they were actually curling on the sides. Jason completely transformed them. He was incredibly patient and a true perfectionist, taking his time to make sure everything was just right and my nails honestly look better than they ever have. Johnny has such a great personality and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they placed a cold water bottle right in front of me, took my purse and hung it on a hanger next to me and even put a warm heating pad around my neck, I felt like a queen. What she meant was a paraffin wax dip service added to a basic manicure, sooooo I bit the bait and found myself needing an upgrade. Nail health: She does not do a soak and scrape approach, she will file your nails all the way down to remove the color. She will soak and then use the drill again. There's no consideration for the health of your nails. I got my nails done by her less than a week ago and they're chipping the top coat is peeling off and the work is generally messy. The gel manicure is pooled into my cuticles and set like that. The products seem super old or just not used correctly because it's less than a week and they're peeling. By the end I was ready to go. I wasn't going to ask her to redo them. My nails couldn't handle any more filing down. She was talking personal calls the entire time and I feel like her work is a reflection of that dismissal of concentration and focus. I'm really disappointed and feel like I got hustled so I just want to warn those shopping around.

I ask for an acrylic fill in and gel. I work with my hands so I need my nails to be pristine at all times. She starts on the fill in and I immediately ask "can you please file down the nail to an acceptable length" she says " reshaping the nail is an additional $10" to which I have no choice but to agree to. After she's done filing them down, I noticed they are uneven, at least 6 of my nails were slanted. I asked that she please make them straight, and she continues to file them slanted. I spent a good 15 mins having to review her work to make sure she didn't leave them uneven. After that, the gel coats. She applied the first gel coat and one of my nails started to crack, I told her about it and she accuses me of hitting the top of the UV machine. I've been getting my nails done for the past 3 years for work, I think I know to be careful and not hit the top of the machine, yet, that was her first assumption and she accused me. Very disappointing. After a few days I noticed another one of them crack and realized it's their poor quality materials that were cracking on the first layer. To top it all off , after I left, I noticed horrible bumps on all my nails, and two of them started to crack immediately the next day. They are horrible. I was so embarrassed to show my hands at work to my clients! Please see the photos for yourself. The photos are of literally the next day, and one week later I had to get them removed because of the horrible chips and bumps! Disgusted by their work! Don't waste your time!
